Respected
Dr.
Jethwa
Sir,
Belonging
to
a
medical
family
and
being
a
medico
(specially
surgical),
its
highly
understandable
the
life
we
live.
It’s
a
complex
life
we
deal
with
it,
where-in
in
we
are
heroes
in
stranger’s
eyes
and
always
lead
to
dissatisfied
personal
family
life.
Each
surgeon
has
a
dream
to
have
his/her
own’s
surgical
unit
with
extreme
levels
of
comforts
for
patients.
We
sacrifice
half
of
decade
of
our
lives,
grinding
ourselves
of
years
of
minimum
wage
practice,
much
work
complications,
higher
risk
factors,
unfavourable
environment
to
work
on
pt’s
body
and
still
always
feel
one
thing-
I
would
have
done
better
in
this
case.
But
still
everything
makes
sense
when
we
heal
the
patient.
Surgeons
live
for
that
very
moment
of
complete
healing
of
patient’s
body
and
sense
of
trust
patient
usually
develops
only
after
post-operative
period.
In
all
there
struggles
of
life,
when
we
finally
reach
upto
the
level
of
comfort,
luxury,
Premium
Practice,
highly
sophisticated
OT
complex,
latest
equipments,
we
tend
to
loose
ourselves.
We
forget
our
roots
and
earlier
days
of
practice
we
used
to
do.
We
loose
our
humbleness.
One
thing
I
have
learnt
from
you
and
its
highly
respectable
is
to
be
attached
to
your
humbleness,
no
matter
what
!
The
more
you
have
succeeded
in
life
sir,
the
more
you
have
grounded
rooted
to
your
humbleness
and
been
more
helpful
to
people
around
you
with
your
empire.
I
try
to
imbibe
to
qualities
of
life
around
me
from
people.
You
definitely
prove
that
a
person
can
be
same
as
he
was,
in
any
position
of
life,
until
he
chooses
to!
Talking
about
the
personal
help
and
dedication
you
have
given
to
mom,
any
kind
of
gratitude
would
less.
Our
eyes
are
responsible
for
all
the
colours
of
the
world,
which
ones
gone,
make
life
unworthy.
You
have
restored
the
colours
of
my
mom’s
life,
and
thus
have
restored
world
of
our
families.
The
silence
and
few
advisory
words
of
yours
were
enough
for
the
proper
guidance.
life
goes
on,
our
surgical
practice
goes
on,
we
grow
and
deal
with
even
rare
disorder
in
life,
get
famous
to,
locally
and
nationally,
but
what
makes
major
difference
is
the
impact
we
leave
on
our
patients,
you
have
earned
everything
along
with
great
impact
with
your
nature
and
skills
of
surgery.
Today,
and
forever,
we
thank
you
and
will
always
thank
you
for
every
small
thing
and
minute
personal
care
you
have
taken,
considering
us
as
your
own
family!
With
all
gratitude
from
bottom
of
our
hearts,
Thank
You!
