Operative Dr's couple (Dr Sandeep soman and Dr margi) are the best counciller giving detail regarding my health issue to me They both are the best surgeon ever. After surgery I was shifted to Surgical ICU for further care were Doctor on duty,Nursing staff, House keeping staff (Mukeshbhai) are the nice and cooperative and carring to me. After shift from ICU to ward were all the staff like HK Binu sir (Hasmukhbhai,Rakeshbhai,Jignesh bhai), nursing staff (Priya,Kinjal,Nasrin and other all nursing staff) are good behaved like family and including in duty doctor (Dr Mahir Kapadia) and (Dr Kartik,Dr Dhrumin) are the best helper ,carry person and doing best treatment to me. On 10th Oct.2020 I had sever cardiac attack. With that pain i Reached rhythm heart hospital. Dr. on duty had tarted me very well immediately without asking any advance money and save my life by putting one stent. In fact doctor said to save life is more important for them. Where as other hospital asked 1.80 lacs with in 10 minute to be deposited before giving any treatment and very rude doctors. Hope nobody need to go hospital, if you do Rhythm Hospital is really good and Doctors/ All Staff are really Good at job and humanity.

The doctors are really incredible. Not only have they taken great care of my Father's health, but also they all are lovely to speak with at every stage of his treatment. It’s rare to find doctors,medical officers,para medical staff,admin staff & security staff that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. They all are highly trained & most important aspect is their Sincerity & Dedication. None of them even are using phones during their working time. Positives: Good Doctors. Very supportive nursing staff. They maintain cleanliness in side rooms and hospital. Negatives: Billing & HR staff could have been better. We had to wait till late night for discharge because of there mistake. They hold your deposits for 2-3 months in case of Cashless claims and even after claim is approved by insurance company. Deposit amount is also very high compare to other hospitals.

Overall hospital is good but for insurance they will over charge you, for room rent normal rate is 1200 and they will apply for Mediclaim room rent 2200. For normal operation they will charge you heavy amount, but when you negotiate the final amount payable after insurance then they will give discount of 50-60 Percent. Please note- In this hospital you will be charged heavily for insurance and your insurance will not get approved fully. Rest they will ask you to pay from your pocket. Moreover they will ask you to pay 20% deposit of whole amount. I must say please avoid this hospital if you have insurance. When i visited this hospital before 3 year it was the best hospital of that time.

Had very unpleasant experience at the hospital. We were denied admission despite having insurance. Staff kept on asking deposit and told us that they would refund deposit only after 60-90 days even after getting insurance approval. Would recommend Bankers hospital Vadodara over rhythm if your loved ones need proper care and you need stress free administration.

My recent experience with Rhythm Hospital wasn't great, and I feel it's important to share. They asked for a deposit, even though my insurance covered the services. Also, they kept 30% of the money for 60 to 90 days, which seemed unfair. What bothered me more was the way the staff treated me – not very friendly and quite disrespectful. I admitted my father who had issues related to Heart and Oedema on 16th Nov 23. We had a very good experience with the hospital during our stay. The hospital and the rooms were kept very neat and clean and almost 3-4 times rooms was cleaned in a day. All the attending doctors were very good and took great care. We were under care of Dr. Anand Ahuja. Doctor answered to all our queries/ concerns and updated us on the progress. My father being old, we had to call the support staff very frequently at odd hours. But everytime tbey attended with smile in their face. Specially I have to mention the staffs Mr..Hasmuk bhai, Mr. Yogesh who took great care about his needs.. Sisters like Ms Priya, Ms Nasreen were very caring. Their were other doctors in the shift who attended promptly. I might have forgotten some names but I sincerely thank all other staffs and doctors whom we came in contact with for their support.
