My problem is that when patients come you make sure we wear a mask and sanitize our hands. But your staff is not at all wearing masks. The person who took my file has been coughing into his hands and with the same thing he took my file without sanitizing. We are in a cancer hospital, half of the patients are on steroids with immunity compromised and where is the sensitivity of your staff. I see them wear masks if some big doctor comes. Then they remove it. How is this ethical? This is violating and biased. Please look into this. I request you. 11:02am - Now when the doctors have arrived they all seem to be slowly wearing masks. So are the masks to protect the doctors or the patients?

Good treatment horrible staff and security guards. No waiting area. Dehydration outside. Bullying security guards. The way they speak is like as if we are the ones serving them. Respect people. Every live matters. Teach staff respect.

The only thing that needs bit of improvement is staff should instruct the visiting relatives of patient and patient to keep their mobile phones on silent mode and not to talk too loudly in common and restricted areas.

Sometimes they are just around you waiting for your one call.” This is about time when my 47 yrs old father-in-law, Mr. Naresh Mandanka got diagnosed with a superficial tongue cancer and the entire family went in deep shock. Since the family is from Baroda, I discussed with Dr. Mauli from Pathology Department of Zydus cancer center and we have consulted Cancer surgeon Dr. Siddharth Shah. From the initial biopsy recheck to first consulting session by Dr. Siddharth, relieved half of our worries. They fueled us with assurance and boosted our morals like a family. We did not want to waste time in waiting and booked the earliest slot and the surgery was performed successfully within 2-3 days of first consultation. During the entire journey, the consultation, pre-surgery, post-surgery we were lucky to enjoy unconditional support both in terms of medical consultation as well as psychiatric consultation by Dr. Siddharth Shah and Dr. Mauli Joshi. Today I visited the hospital for ct scan and follow up with dr pankaj shah. I had travel from bhilwara in the morning and reach hospital early morning . With the support of coordinating team of mr parth and sarita madiam and Radiology department,I had able to get my ct scan report before 1 pm and able to meet the doctor same day with report. Dr. Dilip Shrinivasan, Dr. Sandeep Jain were very good and helpful on treatment also the office staff Mr. Viren Brahmbhatt was very good on treating us and helping for every subjective matters. But i would like to give negative review to Operation head team Shival sharma for some miss outs in proper management such as parking. There is no proper management of parking for patients getting treated for Radio/Chemo. There is multi level parking but it's not working i had asked for update about it in Feb and was informed that it will working soon but still there is no availability and we need to park our vehicles on road which leads to chance of getting towed up. There should be proper transparency about the truth rather than fooling people by saying tender is under process and we have few agency would be working on it.

On check in day the admission process was painless and they had an amazing light and airy room available for us. The surgery went without a hitch and they got out the cancer cells. Post op care is where the hospital shines. The nursing staff were amazingly attentive and helpful to every need. The security staff did their jobs well and made sure all the rules were followed to a t. This is something I have not experienced in India yet where people follow the rules. Attitude of security guard is very bad

A family goes through a lot when a family memeber is not well . We were scared , confused and blank all the same time. But once i reached zydus Ahmedabad they completely took over . We received the best diagnosis under Dr . Prakash Darji and Dr .Nidhi Jain .Both of them first of all took a detailed back ground report of the disease and symptoms and gave is a patient hearing time , many times . Emotionally and mentally i was so much at ease under them Infact everyone at zydus right from the cleaning staff , nurses , assistant doctors , all treated us like they knew us since forever Will always be eternally grateful to the Zydus team and to Gujurat 🙏🏽

I like the way it accepts patients by proper screening and triage in beginning with limited access to relatives. The most disappointing part was consultation. Doctor took less than 5 mins without showing much interest and even i felt less expertise in the field of oncology. My advise to improve customer support by providing best practise.
