I visited X-Ray House Anand before 2 days with my aunt. Very good experience of x-ray and very silent atmosphere. And staff is very supportive. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

Wow what an experience. I came over there yesterday for MRI report, staff is very supportive and from begining to end they guided me. And behaviour is also very good and warm. Thanks for such a new X-Ray experience.

Staff is polite and well behaved. The place is a bit congested. It would be a good idea to establish at an open and spacious place,even if it is a bit far. Generally this days people prefer a place where there is enough parking. The experience was very good. Professionally managed diagnostic centre. Keep it up.

Please avoid this place if you can if it is last x-ray house in the world and have no other option then only visit this or lease please please its humble request avoid this place any how paid money and got reciept at 9.00 and waited till 10.30 pm small baby with 6 hour empty stomach and without drinking single drop of water but still our number didnt came at last i asked reseption to give my money back and i visit shreeji xray. according to me please better go to shreeji xray it it i think bettee then this worst xray house

Excellent facility with well maintained medical and ancillary equipments. Clean & well planned layout with nice ambience for all including handicapped patients(ramps for wheelchair and elevators with chair in it) Pricing at par with local market rate and a deal compared to USA market cost(insurance Copay). Lastly quick and prompt service with systematic work flow- thanks to well trained, empathic and professional staff. No doubt the best imaging facility in Anand Market.

Actually it was my first experience to visit X-ray house. All the members of the house were well behaved and in polite manners. From security guards to the doctor every body were fine. Reception counter staff was very fine and I got my sonography report with their smiling face and good wishes too. Great experience. Thanks to X-ray house.

Mismanagement of staff behaviour. After MRI scan someone from staff told us to wait till we call you and do not change the cloth, we waited about 45 min but no one came then after I insist them directly what we have to do then one of lady told us, your report is ready and collet it from 1st floor. They have already taken 8000/- rs in advance for MRI so why should they care for us. Even I request her that i want to meet doctor and want to discuss for this scan but she had denied and told you can not meet to doctor. Very horrible experience after paying such huge amount.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I found one of the receptionist called someone from staff to help very old age couple who were there to have MRI,but did not know how to go from lift or which floor to go. Coming from rural area they were really uncomfortable at the place as it seems to be high standard location. However,the staff treated them really well and helped them out. Quite costly, But overall very good experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t have to wait much for my reports, they are well managed. I had some concerns but they have responded that properly.

Clean hygienic and very friendly staff overall the techs. Are all well mannered and skillful with latest and well maintained equipments
