Owner never responds to call. Also starts ignoring you when you ask for exchange that too for damaged stuff. Poor customer service. (Already sent you the pictures and called you too, still didn’t got any response.)

Seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. However, we had requested for buying a Labrador puppy from them and despite assurances from him and after multiple reminders, they could not get one for us and have not even updated us till today (after 2 months) !! We ended up getting the puppy elsewhere !!
