This
project
is
a
total
ripoff.
They
initially
built
a
club
house,
common
swimming
pool,
three
sample
houses
(one
with
a
small
pool)
and
concrete
roads
made
probably
for
the
potential
investors
to
access
the
club
house
and
the
pool,
only
to
get
trapped
in
this
scheme.
They
had
also
put
up
numberous
palm
trees
so
as
to
get
people
a
good
vibe
of
the
place.
Majority
of
the
amenities
that
this
project
claims
is
not
yet
available.
They
forever
keep
saying
its
under
construction.
Others
that
were
built
like
the
club
house
are
already
tearing
apart.
A
lot
of
floor
tiles
are
now
uneven
as
the
land
beneath
is
sinking.
A
water
tank
which
connects
to
the
swimming
pool
that
is
meant
to
circulate
the
pool's
water
supply,
is
full
of
frogs.
At
least
some
species
found
this
project
useful.
They
used
Vivek
Oberoi,
Sneh
Desai
and
others
to
hype
up
this
project
and
make
people
invest.
Only
a
builder
with
stong
influence
and
connections
with
politicians
and
celebrities
perhaps
could
have
such
project
up
and
still
selling.
Wouldn't
have
been
the
same
if
the
builder
at
least
made
the
amenities
available
as
promised
and
built
concrete
roads
to
everyone's
plot.
I
know
some
lady
who
purchased
a
plot
here
in
2017
and
as
the
builder
hasn't
made
marking
of
her
plot,
when
she
visits
the
resort
she
has
to
find
her
plot
among
the
dry
grass.
She
cant
find
her
plot's
exact
location,
so
when
she
is
at
the
site
she
just
has
to
hop
from
place
to
place
and
imagine
that
she
may
be
standing
on
her
plot
as
there
are
no
markings
and
no
roads
leading
to
95%
of
the
plots.
Imagine
if
you
buy
a
property
and
after
6
years
you
have
to
struggle
to
identify
your
property
appropriately
among
the
dry
grasslands.
Anyone
reading
this,
i
can
bet
you
wouldn't
be
able
to
find
her
exact
plot's
location
even
using
a
map
and
a
gps.
Thats
what
the
harsh
reality
is
of
this
resort.
She
knows,
no
one
is
getting
their
money
back
ever.
She
bought
a
400
sq
plot
that
cost
her
760,000Rs
and
now
she
is
sure
even
mere
76,000Rs
she
couldn't
get
back,
if
she
were
to
sell
the
phantom
property
today
after
6
long
years.
How
she
got
into
this?
She
doesn't
have
a
farmland
so
she
thought
to
have
a
plot
far
from
the
city
where
she
could
build
a
little
house
and
go
there
once
i
a
while
for
a
weekends
holiday
with
family
and
friends.
The
dream
is
now
ruined
and
money
has
been
wasted.
Whats
left
is
pieces
of
papers
that
says
she
has
a
land
somewhere
among
the
bush
and
hope
that
after
next
30
to
40
years,
her
great
grand
children
could
get
to
use
that
piece
of
land.
