Very clean and well maintained place with great museum. Have escalators and lifts to reach the required places. The food court is limited but one can manage if needed. Best time to visit is during evening and not to miss the laser projection. The staff is well mannered and helpful.

The Statue of Unity is more than awesome loved that place. You need to stay there atleast a day or two to visit all the exciting places and have fun in traveling and exploring . The cost is somewhat high than expected and the entry ticket or the express entry ticket is expected to bought in advance so that you won't feel disturbance or hassle while entry in the monument and the checking (security) is too tight and that's really cool thing. The monument and other surrounded things are just amazing, no words to say. It's a good place to see, enjoy and more than expected adventures everywhere.

Minimum 2 nights destination in itself if one feels that it's only a large statue to click and come back. Thanks to the honourable PM, GJ government and multiple people who worked hard day and night to make this a class tourism destination in itself dedicated to Indian heroes of independence. Talking of just the status , it's an Engineering Marvel of one of the greatest freedom fighters, further deputy prime minister and a strong hold man leading to the unification of multiple princely states into the Indian union. The viewing gallery experience beats any such experience including the Statue of Unity in the US hands down. The elevator is fast, preferred pass online booking is smooth, staff management for the queue are prompt and despite tremendous footfall the place is kept clean. The museum at the ground level bust of Sardar Patel is the next level infrastructure built as a world class tourism destination. Not to miss the evening laser show where the big miss is that there is no information in the car parking lot to reach which shuttle spots and what time. Further owing to the rush , the free shuttle buses were also falling short. That needs to be coordinated and improved.

The whole complex is absolutely worth visiting. The statue in itself is 10/10 but one thing to keep in mind is viewing gallery is not that great. There’s no point in paying 1000 Rs extra for priority entry for viewing gallery. Do stay for laser projection mapping those 30 minutes are absolutely worth it. Zoo and other places are optional hence do plan accordingly.

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing this place is. Do visit this place with ur family / friends. Take 4-6 slot if possible so that you can view the laser show. When you buy your tickets, tick on projector view for laser show tickets. If u have anyone in your family who cannot walk long distance, ask for wheelchair at the entrance. Outside food is strictly not allowed here. Starbucks lovers.... There is Starbucks in SOU premises. Only small bags are allowed so don't carry big bags to avoid security issues while entering the SOU premises. For viewing gallery, take the lift from ground floor and then come back to take the escalator to go near the feet of the statue. You can easily spend 2 hours to cover this place. Sharp 6 pm the visitors are directed towards the exit / laser show. For elderly people this may be a little tiring. But this experience is gonna be one unforgettable experience.

Statue of Unity SOU visit is worth. Everything is up to mark. You may plan for morning to night or a 1-2 day visit too. The gigantic view from the main gate and bottom of the statue will surely amaze you. Best time to visit morning or evening slots. The view of Dam is also mesmerizing from the SOU. The roads, campus, building, and everything is neat and clean. The sound and light show is also a memorable and good experience. There are other attractions also nearby. Every attraction will take time to roam. You need to walk more and also be ready to stand in a queue for long too if it is a weekend or vacation time. I am proud of being Gujarati to visit Sardar Shaheb’s world’s tallest statue in Gujarat One of the best man-made places in India. Definitely must visit. Very well design keeping elderly in mind also. Lots of attraction points for young ones. If you can spend 380 Rs ticket then please do buy that to experience Laser show from viewing gallery. Proud to be a Part of Indian.

Amazing place, marvellously created and well maintained. Lot of places to visit around and one can spend whole day easily. Statue is off course the best part to see along with the exhibits, videos, posters, statues inside and decent cafeteria. Free bus service will take your to all the other attractions inside the city, as your cars are parked outside and not allowed in the city. Travelator and escalators makes your trip comfortable. Evening laser show on the statue and light & sound show at the dam are must watch. Beautiful parks, zoo, glow garden, valley of flowers, cactus garden, jungle safari and lot more. Cycling tour on electric bike 🚴 is enjoyable and nice way to see some more attractions in a different way, electric bikes are effortless and cost you 800/- per person and normal cycle cost you 400/- per person. Overall must visit place but my advise is to go in winter or off winter season, summer is very hot.

Fantastic and an engineering marvel. The statue is right now the tallest statue in the world with a height of 182 metres. U can go to neck using lift and view the beautiful Narmada River and Dam. U have river rafting and food court. Transportation is absolutely wonderfully planned and executed. U need to book tickets online for easier travel and visit

Over the weekend, I visited the Statue of Unity and had an amazing time! 🌟 The place is so well-maintained and organized. I managed to explore everything there, from the iconic statue to the Jungle Safari, Pet Zone, Maze Garden, Unity Glow Garden, Ekta Cruise, Tribal Food, and the dam. 🗿🌳🚢 I highly recommend trying out all these attractions; it's a full package that will keep you engaged for almost two days. To make your visit smoother, consider buying tickets online. This way, you can plan your day-by-day itinerary and make the most of your time. 🎟️📅 If you're going for just a one-day trip, I suggest prioritizing the Jungle Safari, Pet Zone, Maze Garden, Statue of Unity, and don't miss the Laser Show in the evening. 🐾🌿🌌 The laser show was absolutely fantastic; I personally loved it! 😍 The only thing that left me a bit disappointed was the viewing gallery; it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Nevertheless, the overall experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back! 👍🏞️ Don't forget to capture some memorable moments and enjoy every bit of your visit! 📸🤩

A beautiful, fantastic and a must visit place. The statue is situated on the banks of river Narmada near the Sardar Sarovar Dam. Number of other tourist attractions are also there. The regular entry ticket will also include their bus services which takes you to Dam, and the other nearby attractions such as butterfly garden, valley of flowers, jungle safari, Cactus Garden, Unity glow garden. The newly opened Jungle Safari is one of the best attractions. It consists of all different types of animal, birds and in addition to it Giraffe, llama, kangaroo 🦘, wildebeest, zebra and two aviaries inside which all the exotic birds are free to fly which gives you an unforgettable experience.

Amazing. Must visit place. Hats off to the team and leader of the master mind behind this project. Massive structure. One can feel when we go close to the foot of Sardar Patel in the first floor. It is definitely an ‘India proud’ monument. No words to explain… one has to feel it. 1000’s acres in total. Several places to see . 5-6 kms area. There is a free shuttle service buses and paid e-auto (driven by ladies drivers) to move around. Need a full day to see the entire place. Statue alone need about 2 hours to cover. Excellent facilities inside. Tourist friendly and staff are well behaved.

We visited SOU in November 2021. The statue is quite good and the museum in the basement is a must visit. There is an elevator that can be taken to the viewing gallery but the view from the gallery is not great or worth the wait at the elevator. There are express tickets too but still not worth the view. the statue looks better from outside and the best sight is from the bus depot. The washrooms are clean and the museum is very well kept. There was no social distancing or covid protocols being followed during out visit. The light and sound show is quite nice and you need to take the evening tickets 4-6pm slots to see the show from the viewing area.

Experience at statue of unity was not good. On Saturday Sunday so much crowd is there and they could not manage it as they have kept compulsory bus services to visit every place at SOU and private vehicles are not allowed and as the bus arrives public were running to catch the bus as if it's local government intercity bus. Their security guards were also not present at some places moreover every place is far far away from the bus station it takes too much time to visit only one garden. So in my opinion it's not worth to give so much time and crowd for surrounding places but yes only statue itself is good to visit

Statue of Unity: A Towering Tribute to India's Iron Man Standing tall amidst the Narmada valley, the Statue of Unity is an awe-inspiring monument that fills you with pride and admiration. From the moment you witness this colossal structure dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, you are transported to a space of historical significance and national identity. The sheer scale of the statue is breathtaking. As you approach, you are met with the imposing figure of Sardar Patel, towering 182 meters above the ground. The intricate details and lifelike features of the statue are a testament to the skill and dedication of the artists and engineers. The museum housed within the statue base takes you on a captivating journey through Sardar Patel's life and contributions to India's freedom struggle and integration. The interactive exhibits, multimedia presentations, and artifacts bring history to life and offer valuable insights into the life of this visionary leader. Overall, the Statue of Unity is more than just a tourist attraction. It is a symbol of unity, strength, and national pride. It is a place to learn about history, appreciate the efforts of our forefathers, and feel inspired by the values they stood for.

It's a really good place, and thing that one should keep in mind is, to carry cards, and online booking before coming to the trip. You have lots of things to cover here. Come with dome lite food in the morning and start exploring in the free buses provided there and will run every 15 anywhere you wanna go. I really appreciate that. and it also give the opportunity for local vendors. Note:- And one thing to remember, if you buy a low cost ticket, try to stay inside or check-in in the evening around 5:00 to get allowed inside so that you can watch the laser show up close. If not you can buy a costly ticket that can accommodate you. You can have a great experience there if you get there with filled pockets ;)

Great place to visit on a weekend. Apart from the main attraction, the statue/laser show, there are quite a few places around it that you shouldn’t miss. If you have kids along with you, do visit the Unity Glow Garden, which looks really pretty in the evening. There is even a pet zone, where you could pet you favourite animals! If you are into plants there are bunch of forests/gardens that you can meander about. You wont certainly be able to cover everything in a days’ visit. So if you are not planning to stay, I would recommend to buy tickets for visiting the places that are of your interest.

Exploring the Statue of Unity was a truly awe-inspiring experience. Standing tall and majestic, it commands attention and reflects the visionary spirit of unity. The intricate details of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's statue are a testament to the craftsmanship involved. The surrounding infrastructure, including the museum and exhibition halls, provides a comprehensive insight into Patel's life and contributions to the nation. The scenic location by the Narmada River adds to the grandeur of the site. Overall, the Statue of Unity is a symbol of national pride and a must-visit destination for its historical significance and architectural marvel. Recommendation if you visit on public holidays try to visit as early as possible because so much rush inside and you have to wait for long queues. Light show in the evening is fantastic. Other than this their management is no good there are buses and their services are incredibly helpful to visit one to another places nearby. Check ticket and places info prior from the website.

Full 5 stars to this monument!! Visited this place on 17-18th Sept. The first look of the monument was enough to make our jaws drop to the floor. I've always felt proud after knowing that we have world's tallest statue and that too of our Country's strongest man Sardar Patel 🙏🏼 Visiting took it to the next level. For whole two days of our stay there I never was able to take my eyes off it. From every angle it’s just magnificent. Inside it got to know the life of Iron man of India and his contribution towards integral India . I was Surprised to see the planning and execution they’ve managed in this whole project. Along with statue they’ve developed lots of other attractions like laser mapping show, cactus garden, butterfly garden, valley of flowers, jungle safari, arogya van and so on. There are great arrangements for food and internal transportation. We can see almost all staff being from local community and village which is great thing too. A great tribute to Mr Sardar Patel !!

The great history to learn from the viewing gallery. The surrounding facilities very modern and clean. Nice free drinking water available on site too. The museum is very informative and of a high standard with interactive screens and theatres. The booking system of the tickets need to be improved through UPI mode of payments. However, as a foreign visitor it is highly recommended to book online before visiting!

One time visit I would say but after the recent developments like the Tent City and other stuff I would give it another try. If that was not the case then I wouldn't drive all the way ti such a remote place then just to see the statue. The light show at the end is really worth the time you spend walking and watching a single statue for the whole time of trip.

Great Experience...😊😍😎 Please go to the normal day .. much more crowded in the weekend... A basic entry ticket to the Statue of Unity costs ₹ 120 for adults and ₹ 60 for kids. It gives you entry to the valley of flower, memorial, museum and audio visual gallery, the Statue of Unity site and the Sardar Sarovar Dam. To be able to get a bird’s eye view of the surroundings of the site from a height of about 400 feet, you need to buy a viewing gallery ticket, which also gives you access to the observation desk. This ticket costs ₹ 350 for adults and ₹ 200 for kids and takes you to a platform along the chest of the statue in high-speed elevators...

Best engineering marvel by Indians. Being the tallest statue is works at 182 metres and erected in a record time is really an achievement an Indian should be proud of. Made to copper, brass and zinc facing another engineering feet, the Sardar Sarovar Dam. World's third largest. The facilities and the surroundings infrastructure is works class. The roads and the decorations are really unique and awesome. The food served in the malls below are at quite reasonable rates. The light show at 7 in evening is not to be missed. The duration is for saboot 20 minutes. This is really something new for an Indian to admire. This monument is going to be game changer for the economy around this entire region.

There are a lot of attractions like flower valley, cycling , rafting etc. One has to spend at least a day for a good experience. Starbucks , subway , Hocco and other food companies are also present in the area.

What an experience!! The statue is massive and spectacular. Great experience for kids as well as adults. The viewing gallery view is also breathtaking, but we had to stand in line for 45 mins. I would suggest express tickets for weekends or public holidays. The staff and security were also very helpful and courteous.

A must visit attraction once in your life! This majestic grandeur is mesmerizing and is a sight to behold. Had gone in diwali week, still faced no rush in entry or while walking towards the statue. Only waiting period is at the elevator, which is fast (39 seconds). Also the laser show at 7 pm is unique and a must watch if you're visiting the statue of unity. Thoroughly enjoyable experience

A visit for my mother... A great place to visit atleast for one day. Lots of fun for routine outing and a great opportunity to visit the tallest statue in the world.. The theme is Unity and the guides will explain you in details what a great vision Sardar Patel had for the independent India. Truly a Sardar..as a leader... Visited by booking online with express ticket fascility as I was there with my 80 year old mother. You can opt for Re. 350/- ticket if you want to reach the top level of the statue..but have to wait in the queue,..Should visit once in your life.. Try to avoid weekend and holidays if you are allergic to crowd. You can have fun also with zoo, safari ,boating etc. Lots of options for hungry people... A nice place for one day family picnic also..

Must visit place but just for once. If you are going with family then it is a good place to spend your day. Flower garden, jungle safari, day and night cruise, flower garden and lot of other man made things are there. Lift will take you only upto the chest of our " Iron Man". View from there is not upto my expectation, but it's fine. You can download statue of unity of app to book tickets and no offline ticket facility is available.

Must place on your bucket list. Great tribute to a great man and one of the key founders of United India. The surroundings are tastefully done with sprawling gardens and a well appointed museum. Tickets for the entry along with viewpoint are priced at 360 which is very reasonable. Plan to stay a night so you cann experience the lightshow and glowing gardens in the evening.

Very nice place. I went to pet zone, jungle safari, viewing gallery and cruise. There are many animals in jungle safari like rhinos, iguanas, lion, tigers, hyena etc. About 1 hour walk in jungle safari. According to me the cruise was best at night. In viewing gallery we saw a view of narmada river from great height. This place deserves 5 stars.

It is one of the best attractions in India. Very clean and well-kept establishment with an excellent museum. Fantastic and a feat of engineering. With a height of 182 metres, the statue is currently the tallest in the world. The food court offers a variety of cuisines. The best time to visit is in the evening, and don't forget to watch the laser projection. The staff is courteous and helpful. Finally, I'd like to say Great Place. You Will Certainly Be Proud Of Our Indian Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Must-See Locations 1. Valley of Flowers 2. Gallery of Viewing 3. Safari in the Jungle 4. Glistening Garden Five. Tent City

Jungle safari, glow garden, cactus garden, nutrition mall etc. Totally neat n clean area. Excellent transportation facilities which are free. Everywhere discipline is followed. The staff is well trained, polite and helpful. Very reasonable cost of tickets. Washrooms are available at all places which are clean and hygienic. Care is taken for senior citizens.

Great experience We had to park our car around 6-7 km away from the statue from where we took an electric bus to visit the actual site, it all costs us only Rs. 150 (including bus travel) It was a great experience with all the escalators around the area for the smooth movement. We were not able to see the laser show as all the tickets were already booked (so kindly book the tickets in advance). However if you wish to see the laser show you can sit outside the main entry of the statue premises along with so many other people as well.

Statue of Unity is a must visit place in Gujarat. Because of this place Gujarat is now on the international map of tourism. As on today it is the world's largest statue. Apart from statue there are various places developed around the statue, you must visit all. Please note now there is so much variety around this place you cannot visit all in a single day.

This the tallest stayed in the world and I found it really good as it can surely become the symbol on one nation, I has God the viewing gallery, the memorial, audio video library and they have also added a valley of flowers view on the dam site. But only thing that bugged me was that there is very limited public transport..

Best tourist spot for every person in the world. The world's largest statue is constructed at this place which is known as 'Statue of Unity'. I was very excited to see this place. My excitement to see this place became true when I actually saw that mind blowing statue. Apart from that there are various spots around the statue which are pleasant to see like Cactus Garden, Flower Valley, Jungle Safari, Waterfall, River Rafting, etc......... There is a better food facility available. Snacks, cold drinks, etc... is available at every food station. Only the worst food which we experienced was in Amul foodland situated 3 km away from the Statue.

The Statue of Unity is a colossal statue of Indian statesman and independence activist Vallabhbhai Patel (1875–1950), who was the first deputy prime minister and home minister of independent India and an adherent of Mahatma Gandhi during the nonviolent Indian independence movement. Patel was highly respected for his leadership in uniting 562 princely states of India with a major part of the former British Raj to form the single Union of India. The Statue of Unity is the world's tallest statue, with a height of 182 metres (597 feet). It is located in the state of Gujarat, India, on the Narmada River in the Kevadiya colony, facing the Sardar Sarovar Dam 100 kilometres (62 mi) southeast of the city of Vadodara and 150 kilometres (93 mi) from the city of Surat. Kevadia railway station is 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from the statue. The project was first announced in 2010, and construction of the statue started in October 2013 by Indian company Larsen & Toubro, with a total construction cost of ₹2700 crore (₹27 billion; US$422 million). It was designed by Indian sculptor Ram V. Sutar and was inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 31 October 2018, the 143rd anniversary of Patel's birth. Narendra Modi first announced the project to commemorate Vallabhbhai Patel on 7 October 2013 at a press conference to mark the beginning of his 10th year as the chief minister of Gujarat. At the time, the project was dubbed, "Gujarat's tribute to the nation". A separate Society named Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Trust (SVPRET) was formed under the chairmanship of the Chief minister, Government of Gujarat, to execute the project. An outreach drive named the Statue of Unity Movement was started to support the construction of the statue. It helped collect the iron needed for the statue by asking farmers to donate their used farming instruments. By 2016, a total of 135 metric tonnes of scrap iron had been collected and about 109 tonnes of it was used to make the foundation of the statue after processing. A marathon titled Run For Unity was held on 15 December 2013 in Surat and Vadodara in support of the project. Design The statue depicts Vallabhbhai Patel, one of the most prominent leaders of the Indian independence movement, the first home minister as well as the first deputy prime minister of independent India, and responsible for the integration of hundreds of princely states into the modern Republic of India. After studying statues of Patel across the country, a team of historians, artists, and academics chose a design submitted by the Indian sculptor Ram V. Sutar. The Statue of Unity is a much larger replica of a statue of the leader installed at Ahmedabad International Airport. Commenting on the design, Ram Sutar's son, Anil Sutar explains that, "the expression, posture and pose justify the dignity, confidence, iron will as well as kindness that his personality exudes. The head is up, a shawl flung from shoulders and hands are on the side as if he is set to walk". Three models of the design measuring 3 feet (0.91 m), 18 feet (5.5 m), and 30 feet (9.1 m) were initially created. Once the design of the largest model was approved, a detailed 3D-scan was produced which formed the basis for the bronze cladding cast in a foundry in China. Patel's dhoti-clad legs and the use of sandals for footwear rendered the design thinner at the base than at the top thereby affecting its stability. This was addressed by maintaining a slenderness ratio of 16:19 rather than the customary 8:14 ratio of other tall buildings. The statue is built to withstand winds of up to see lakh (5,000,000) tourists visited the venue.

The whole campus of the monument is very well developed with top notch & seamless transport facilities. • The statue is humongous (you'd realize it only when you look at it from its vicinity). The cleanliness maintained in statue premises is world class. •Apart from the statue there are several other attractions which you must visit, such as Jungle Safari, Valley of Flowers, Sardar Sarovar Dam Viewpoints etc.

Takes two days to check out everything, there's so many things to see , one day is simply isn't enough. The statue alone roughly takes 3 to 5 hours including the wait time and time to check it out . There are several parks , gardens and points of interest that can take anywhere from 5 to 20 hours to cover it fully and enjoy it completely. The jungle safari roughly might take 3 to 4 hours depending on how thoroughly you want to check it out. If you want to finish it in one day I highly suggest getting there by 8 am . The bus is free , Erikshaws are run by women and you have to pay , there's a golf cart service which is available for the whole day .

A natural place, I loved the simplicity of this place, very clean and well-maintained, I would suggest buying tickets in advance before a day online, to avoid wasting time in buying tickets in the queue. I would suggest visiting in the early morning, there is a free bus and auto service from the railway station and bus station to the Statue of Unity or other related places. It was raining at that time so I loved the place so much.

December 2020 visit. Last visited SoU back in 2019, decided to go there again this year. I must say that it is very calm and peaceful unlike 2019 where i had to wait in long lines for more than 15 -20 mins atleast. COVID S.O.P. is in place and my visit this time around was very pleasant. Literally NO crowds or rush. I could observe everything and walk around peacefully. (you can see it in the photos, i have attached with this review) Recommended for all to visit this place.

It's an amazing place to visit. Even in the pandemic the place is open for tourist but a only limited number of people, as to follow the rules and guidelines. You can right now book the tickets online. As of now you can not buy tickets on location every thing needs to be booked online. And the view from the top of the statue is awesome. For that viewing gallery you need to buy the little bit expensive ticket than the other ticket as it includes access to the viewing platform, the other ticket only gets you access to the museum and only until the foot of the statue. As for safety they follow the ruled strictly. There are escalators and wheel chair at various spots for the elderly people. It is a must place to vist.

The recently inaugurated largest statue of the world of the Iron man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel which is of 182 metres height stands as a latest development step of India. It is the major tourist attraction in Gujarath standing amidst narmada river, satpura and vidhyachal hills, divided into various zones and having its own design consisting of memorial guide, museum and infrastructure at a world class level.Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is credited for uniting pre independent Indian states and hence it is a perfect tribute for his contribution. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel contributed for the construction of Republic of India.four years of construction work, hard work, crores of money spent on this statue is worth. There is also some amount of destruction of villages, trees, land and habitat of rural people. Many villages have been submerged by allowing the water flow from dam. It has also been noted that the villages and tribal people living in that area had to face some problems. The land being submerged and the sufferings of the people is to be concerned. In my opinion, as this statue can provide a large scale employment to people, the same can be of help to those people who suffered due to this construction in economy. Those village people can be employed here based on their skills and education and make their lives better. It is known fact of economics that a economic growth in a good aspect on one side may cause a small amount of negative impact on another side unlike it is significant when it comes to economic growth and development of country. However, this statue has taken up our country to a different level and surely also contributing to the development of our country in the coming future.

Apart from being the world's largest statue this place also has a ton of other attractions which are just as great... And if you're visiting I'll recommend that you don't leave without watching the laser show... It's really worth it!👍 It was very beautiful experience. Must go to the top floor very much recommend because the view was breathtaking. The flower valley was very photogenic. But don't go towards Dam view which is waste of time. You have to wait for bus for long time if you want to visit other spots near statue of unity. Due to covid-19 online booking of ticket is necessary.

After a l9ng time I am giving my review to a place to 5 stars. Yesterday 's visit to Statue of Unity(SOU) is awesome and it was sudden and surprise visit. If you are planning to Visit to SOU, you should book Tkt online for Gallery view may be before one week or month. RS.150 is entry tkt. There other two tkts for a lift travel from statue foot to Chest height of Rs.380/1030. If you are planning to come to Visit here, Pl for full day. There are other attractions like Cactus garden, Would life sanctuary and Dino trail. Don't miss evening Laser show at SOU. You have to book separately for Laser show at SOU. It was over all nice visit and good learning that we , Indians ,can do much more than this , with this confidence I left there.

Amazing place but very poor bus service. Actually in my view when u cannot serve so many people on weekends this bus service should be discontinued and other options should be looked at. It gives more problem during pandemic than solutions. Mad rush after the event is over old people and kids should not visit during weekends. Everything else was a 5 star.

Very nice sculpture. Must visit once in your lifetime. Very clean and proper arrangement was there. Food area have scope of improvement and the main thing is there were security glitch at many point because people can touch the the monument and other things very easily.

We are proud that we are at the tallest statue in the world, Statue of Unity (SOU), so beautiful with the backdrop of hills, river and valleys above all the sky. Magnanimous scene to be viewed. The neat maintenance, Gallery with valuable photos and documents thrilled me more. Thanks to the organizers.

A place to be proud of. It simply proves that the Indian government is capable of delivering such a world class tourist attraction if its top leadership has a will. We opted for gallery view ticket and spent a day. Frankly the laser show was a bit dampener, waited for nearly 3 hours but could have given a miss. The food court has a good choice veg food options. A place that needs a visit.

Its 182 meter tall statue. The work is behind our imagination level. Just fantastic work by L & T. And also Govt. For such Innovation. Must visit place. If you are free for 1 day, then you can plan for it. It will add value to your day & also help to improve the knowledge.

Nice to visit in any season with family and children's. There is also ship cruise and river rafting. Please book tickets online from website or Google play app. Never go for offline tickets. Never carry food with you. Only drinking water is allowed. CISF are always stand by. Security is very strict. There is also first aid station for any medical emergency. There is lots of walking, as there is escalator in horizontal and vertical floor. And be careful with your health. Don't get panic. Be with your group people or say family. Otherwise it will be very difficult to coordinate.

The statue of one the important man in India is very well built. The care is not just shown in making of the statue but as well as the surroundings. Every one is kept in mind when this place was built, be it an old person, or someone having trouble walking as well as handicapped. The view of Narmada and Sardar Sarovar Dam is mesmerizing.

A great place to visit with family and friends. Should plan to stay for 2 days to cover all attractions. Avoid 12-3pm slot as it gets very tiring in the sun.

The statue itself is grand, of course the tallest statue you can see anywhere, and the whole place is pretty well managed. The museum and the displays inside the pedestal below the statue are pretty good. The highlights are the views up from the foot of the statue and the views down from top of it. The drive to the statue (from Vadodara) is very good - nice smooth roads and well marked directions. You have to park the car a kilometer away and take a free shuttle bus to reach the statue. They only allow entry at the time printed on your ticket. Then there's a small walk to the base of the statue (golf carts are available). The elevator upto the top of the statue is fast and you get a spectacular view of the Sardar Sarovar Dam and the river. There's free filtered water everywhere and there's also a small food court that has decent vegetarian options. The whole area around the statue has been designed like a theme park with many "points" like flower park, safari etc sprinkled across a few kilometers on the banks of the Narmada river.

Amazing place to spend 2 or more days. Points to note: (1) Personal vehicle is not allowed. (2) Book tickets in advance. Online booking is available. (3) Do not visit this place on weekend. (4) Spend at least 2 days. Lots of attractions are there. (5) For internal tour, bus service is there. (6) E vehicles are also available but they are costly. (7) Do not miss view from the top at statue of unity. (8) Premises of Statue of Unity is very big. Escalators are everywhere. (9) Try to book Laser show in advance. There are only two spots available to view this show. If you book the tickets in advance, you’ll get a chance to view it from statue of unity compound. Otherwise helipad is the last option. It is good but quite far. (10) Tourist Attraction: Valley of flowers, Jungle safari, Pet world, Butterfly park, Narmada dam view, Aarogya van, Dragon trail, Statue of unity & Glow park. (11) Valley of flowers best time to visit in the early morning, Glow garden in the night, Jungle safari in the morning, Statue of unity in the evening.

It is hard to put words about this place and photos don't do justice of what you experience it when you are there. Beautiful place to visit. If you have time, book everything in advance and stay there for more than a day and enjoy the places around. If it is just the statue you want to see, then one day is enough. It is very important to book everything atleast ten days in advance, especially the laser show.

Amazing place. Must visit. Beautiful view. Do online booking of tickets and express ticket is suggested to avoid long waited lines. So many attractions available to see like cactus garden, children nutrition park, River drafting , dam vi:sit, jungle safari. All are beautiful. You need whole day to visit and see all attractions. Tickets are cheaper not so high. Food mall available inside. Parking facility available. Be prepare for plenty of walk.

Awesome place.. really great work of art and engineering.. you need whole day to enjoy SOU and other attractions. Better to be early or you would miss many things.

Worlds tallest statue with of height of around 182 metres. Its spectacular. U have to book tickets through online. It will be overcrowded during weekends. Evening laser show on the statue is good. U have got many other things to do here like cruise dinner, valley of flowers and so many. I would recommend visiting the statue and taking a Evening cruise of 415 rs is worth.

Statue of unity is one of the best tourist place to visit in your bucket list. Very well developed & maintained. You will have to park your vehicle at entry gates & then go in SOU bus ( Frequency in every 5 min). For laser show & glow garden you have to book tickets online well in Advance. The laser show timings are from 7-7:30 post that Statue of Unity is closed. Don't miss the laser show. So plan your visit accordingly. You can even think to stay in the tents.

Had so much fun. The atmosphere was a bit cloudy so it was very hot but the forest area and the place of natural beauty was very attractive. The construction of the statue is also very good. The best place to take photos inside and outside the statue. Narmada Dam which makes this place more attractive.

World's tallest statue is wonderful but to reach there was not a good experience specially this time. This year we visited the statue of unity twice. In January when we went porters were available but yesterday I went with my parents. Only wheelchairs were available porters were not there. Even Golf cart guys behaviour were very rude and non cooperative. Very disappoint and find very difficult to complete the visit. We haired a golf cart in 5000 rupees for full day. That service was very helpful. Visited the cactus garden, Akta nursery, temple, dam area etc. I think services can be improved.

Visited the Statue of Unity, and it's truly a marvel of architecture. The scale is massive, and the crowd management is spot-on. Purchasing tickets online saved me from long lines at the counter. The view is breathtaking, and with convenient eateries inside, it's a must-visit. Don't miss the impressive laser show at night, and the free bus service from the parking area adds to the overall convenience.

Went not knowing what to expect. They've made an entire township of sorts that's promoting use of sustainable modes of transport. They actively discourage use of private vehicles. Public transport is free, prompt and comfortable. The statue itself is a sight of beauty. Apart from the Statue of unity and the Sardar Sarovar dam, which are the main attractions, there is also a jungle safari with a walkable track around the exhibits. Over 100 species of animals can be spotted (Lion, Tiger, Deer, leopard, jaguar, llama, zebra, giraffe, amongst many more).
