I have been here quite a lot of times since we have a corporate deal with them. Their rooms are pretty decent; we come here more times to have breakfast and it’s good food but they could have added some more items to their list since it’s a four star hotel I believe. But the quality of food and taste is good.

Convenient location. Friendly service. Clean rooms. Good variety in buffet breakfast. This is one good hotel that's worth your money. Found non veg food too oily. AC didn't work & got set on the second day. But yet it's a good hotel as they tried sincerely.

We went here for a function for one night, the rooms are awesome, the hotel's infrastructure is also awesome and the view was also great. The thing is they lack in serving room service, we asked nearly 10 times about the room's wifi password and they weren't even updating us and weren't giving proper answers. Moreover the food was also great!

The cleanliness is very average for this class of hotels. I found dirty linen, cutlery and smudges in the room. Toilet/bathroom is also average. The hotel is supposedly non-smoking but my room stank of cigarette smoke. The food at the buffet was TERRIBLE! Very limited choices and not good at all. Would strongly advise to skip the buffet. Staff tried their best though. Still, compared to other business hotels like Taj/Hyatt/Le Meridien, this one is a joke. The Royal Orchid in Bangalore is a 1000 times better than this one!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to, I visited this hotel today with my friend who is giving IELTS exam in the hotel, and as a matter of fact they don't treat you well once they knew you are a teenager and just waiting inside the hotel, they asked us to leave the waiting room and wait in the basement or in the parking outside in the heat even though the main waiting room is empty they asked us to leave. Very poor hospitality. I think there are many other good hotels in vadodara and according to me this was the worst hotel staff. If anyone of the hotel personal is reading this review, you guys need to work on your hospitality.

Really enjoying our stay at Royal Orchid Central. Staff is cooperative and well dressed up. Neat and clean rooms. Food taste is good. Good variety of food is available. Located at the central area of Vadodara, we can easily reach at different location. Vishwamitri river is just flowing nearby our hotel. Service is good. 8 km away from airport. You can take auto to visit different locations. Statue of unity is just 75 km away.

Terrible unprofessional staff who don't even know how to smile. I wouldnt even stay at this hotel.even for free. The staff has no people skills and didn't even know how to process my reservation even though I had provided my booking details. He had me seated at the reception for 20minutes and had dealt with another customer who came 10 minutes after me. I'm sure he was racist or maybe he had a problem with my beard who knows. This hotel is stated as a four star but for me it was three star. Maybe for local Indians it may be a four star but for a British citizen it's definately not a 4 star. The staff definately need retraining and they need to be taught the discrimination laws. So my honest review is.. stay away if you have standards. Fortune inn is 10 times better or welcome hotel. 100% these hotels are worth every penny.

Awesome hotel in tier-2 city. Food is delicious. Good buffet. Breakfast is well decorated with good taste. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Staff is available for 24*7. If you ask their help. They even go and catch Auto for you at early morning 5am. Very helpful staff.

I have stayed at Royal Orchid Jaipur and comparatively, this property is smaller. However, the quality of service is maintained and I enjoyed my stay here. The buffet served was also quite good.

This is located on Mujmahuda area. Very easy way to find location. Location of hotel is very nice in middle of city. Easy taxis and auto available from this hotel. They have valle parking facility available - a good part for any hotel. Have nice dining hall/ restaurant area which we never used. There is good part is that they allows anyone to visit hotel where your friends or family is staying. The service was we felt is quick. Moreover the food served was also a nice. I stayed here for two times and total of four days. They provided all the requirements at a time as we asked. Like bathroom kit, towels and Iron at quick basis. The rates are affordable. They have swimming pool on terrace too but we are not able to use it as we have tight schedules of the visit. Overall this is nice hotel in city.

The view site of this hotel is just awesome, it is almost beyond of description, staffs are very well educated and served the very test food, overall the experience was too good.

This property of the Royal Orchid is Awesome room are very clean neat , its gives very welcoming and warmth atmosphere and very very and high courteous staff . Well coming to food opted for buffet for dinner and breakfast quite nominal for the spread which they had was wide and food was hot and tasty and staff come back to you asking for any other requirements though they have packed floor still they pay attention to guest at each table . I have stayed in few of Royal property I feel this is the only property which is well maintained Kudos to you guys , Please keep the standards !!

I have visited this hotel with my son for his IELTS speaking exams and i was waiting at reception for his exam to end but suddenly someone from management comes to me and ask me to go outside and said that you can't sit here if you have not booked room. He said you can't wait here you have to go to the basement scooter parking area and have a seat there. Very bad behavior by reception

Good business Hotel near city center. Tasty Breakfast and good service. Room was spacious and clean.

This is not 4 star eligible hotel. Rooms are small in size. Food quality is average. Only if you are looking for hotel between 2 to 3 thousand then ok. People with high standards can't stay here.

I'm happy to have stayed here at this hotel. It was my first time ever visiting India, and I wanted a pleasant place to stay that wouldn't give any trouble-- and Royal Orchid certainly delivered! The rooms are clean and everything works properly. The bed was so comfortable, I slept blissfully for hours. Great view of the city from the rooftop terrace and gym. Staff is also very friendly -- every time I called the reception desk and asked for something, they would deliver to my room within minutes. Continental breakfast was amazing with its north and south Indian blend with plenty of variety.

Had diffiat the time of check in. But was satisfied with the staff specifically with Rajendra who was the cleaning boy but really good service given by him for room 404 and 409. All 4 days got good service

Good location, easy to locate. Staff service was good. We use the banquet service. Hall was small, can accommodate up to 200pax and we were more but staff manage it quite nicely. Food taste was good. Gajar ka halwa was hot and tasty. With icecream it's super.

They should teach staff members how to interact with other people.. Their behavior was worse.. I did not eat there but rooms are quite appropriate.. But employees do not behave as a human.. This is my experience, other's may have distinct opinion...

We booked a banquet hall at this hotel on 28th August lunch 2022. Overall experience was good including staff behaviour, food, hospitality, banquet hall quality and management.But ,we had a bitter experience  which needs  serious attention of the management and the reviewers as well. They have a rule that we can only hire 2 of their preassigned vendors; they provide details for decoration. Out of them , one is inexperienced and expensive. Other is very arrogant and says I dont take orders less than 25k for a simple balloon decor of a baby shower!! One manager of the hotel Mr Vikas Singh forced and did not allow outside vendor giving safety reasons. But we remained adamant on our request. Finally he agreed but after that our vendor increased the price of decors and upon asking the reason vendor informed us that Mr Vikas is asking for 3k rs in order to allow them for decor Completely illegal bribe!! In addition to that he talked rudely and mannerlessly. At last moment he again refused to give banquet hall for decoration until his arrival on the day of event just before 1 hour of actual event! Created a lot of panic ! Not expected this kind of incoherent,rude and arrogant behaviour from hospitality business We take service of the price we pay and it is not a favour! Really disappointed with such poor experience. I will not recommend this to anyone because of Mr Vikas. Also I am considering to take this matter to concern authority.

The hotel is good. Room experience was funtastic. The room was very good with all needs. Staff was also very humble to serve. Breakfast also was very good with various items. However most of them were South Indian.

Excellent place for hosting a social event. We had our son's Yangyopavit sanskar at Royal Orchid Central just a few days ago, and it was a super success. We loved the arrangements, food, the space and climate of the venue. The rooms we had booked for the guests were also a great accommodation. Overall, a full 5 ✨

You can always expect to have a nice pleasant experience in this group of hotels. As to the restaurant, the menu is good but not as it was before the COVID. I expect a little more in the menu. However, the service, ambience, cleanliness deserve 5 star
