We had opted for fix lunch thali. It looked very nice. But the soup was too sugari. Could not use it. No alternative. Both the vegetables and dal look rich but had no proper taste or spices. So had to use pickles to balance it. Pineapple sheera was good. Service was indifferent. For credit card payment one had to go to the cash counter or the bearer was asking to hand over the card . The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice.

I Have My Pet Dog , And I recently had an experience where I was not allowed to bring my dog into woodland. I had planned a weekend getaway with my furry companion, but upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel had a strict no pets policy. I was disappointed and frustrated, as I had not been made aware of this policy prior to booking my order I was forced to make alternative arrangements for my dog, which added additional stress and expenss . I also felt guilty for leaving my dog behind and not being able to have him with me during my dinner . It was a reminder that not all hotels are pet-friendly, and it's important to do research and check policies before going there.

Very bad bad experience. Hotel do not care about customer. We ask to provide very fresh Garam Tava Roti. The head refuse to provide. The head of waiter told that they cook tava roti in bulk at 6.30 pm So it is not possible to prepare again fresh. Whatever is there that will be supply he refuse to give fresh one.The quality of butter is also not good.it was not soft. This fact was also told on counter. The dealing staff was arguing, diinstead of solving grievance. Customer service is very very poor.

Worst experience of dining i have had over the years. From the owner till the waiters everyone was showing false attitude. No value for money. Don’t take any guests for a dinner over here it’ll be a huge embarrassment. There are many other way better options in the town. The restraunt clearly needs to be shut down.

A spaciuos, clean and beautiful diner in the middle of one of the most happening streets of Nadiad. One can spot it while driving on the street. Although they don't seem to have dedicated parking lot, there is ample space right outside for safe parking. Well lit, bright ambience instantly elevates the mood. I visited the place with my husband, and we enetered in the mood to explore the chef's recommendations, well, and they didn't disappoint at all! I'd say, the surprise was totally worth the wait. After my cardinal trip to the restaurant, I paid almost everyday visits for as long as I stayed in the city. The food never made me feel homesick! Along with the quality and taste, the quantity surprised us too, better order dishes one by one, just to be sure you'll be able to consume what's on the platter! The staff is courteous and prompt at services. I'd surely recommend visiting the place atleast once, even if its just for a short stay in the city!

How the mighty fall, We have been their customers since the past 15 years. We visited yesterday and the staff and the management has changed, we did our research after the worst in life experience that we had. The rotis were like leather, the sabzi overdone with masalas and the chass/buttermilk sour like anything. Worst of all my parents and me suffered with food poisoning and we have been continuously vomiting since yesterday. Spent on food and now spending on medicines. Never visiting again, the management has changed and their attention to quality has gone down drastically. I am for sure complaining in the fssai asap.

It’s is one of my go to restaurants when I am in the city. There is consistency in food quality, taste and service. I took away a star is for the wait time. They do have a good waiting area. But there is definitely some room to create better space.
