BBQ Prawn, BBQ Chicken, BBQ Mushroom, Chiken Kabab, Tawa Sea Food platter were showstopper. BBQ watermelon should be served with the drizzle of lime to enhance the taste. Should pay a bit attention to cheesecake. And given it is done; they are the king of the arena. Ambiance and food is good, however due to shortage of staff and poor management, they don't serve properly. Do not try it on weekends or else be ready for long frustrating queues and the worst eating experience. On the Chat, Pasta and Pizza counter only 1 person was there to prepare it, and that was also too slow. The same experience at almost all the counters, even the icecream serving counter was crowded due to single man serving. The worst part was, I had a rubber band in my soup. Had an amazing experience at absolute barbeque. Absolute Barbeque have wide range of lip smacking food in veg as well as in non veg. Egg options are also available. A huge beautiful ambience having comforting vibes. Staff is cordinative and responsive. Service is also really really good. This place having specific Chaat counter, bar tender, wish grill section, tawa ice cream and many more. Starting from soups to desserts their is nothing to complain about anything. The quality they serve is commendable. I loved thier veg as well as non veg starters. If you're a non veg person don't forget to try thier murgh Biryani. It's heaven for dessert. Desserts having lots of varieties like brownies, pastries, gulab Jamun, jalebi, moong Dal Halwa etc. Highly recommended this place. Must visit with your friends and family.

Aimlessly wasted 1747 on this today for dinner. Service is not good & fast .its like you need to wait for dishes to serve for long. Start handling each customer with 1 permanent boy . In the Starters only crispy corn was the one which we took 2/3 turns .nor a single starter was repeated. . The taste wasn't their + it was too spicy. When asked for less spicy on mutton keema in that the taste went away. Main starter was 0 . we tried each one spoon .nothing was there which was eaten by us like full stomach. Chat countet we took Pani puri were the fillings wasn't aloo so no idea. At last which changed our mood is the dessert counter. That was varieties + taste good. To know detailed what are the menu check pictures. Also when asked for table change at the start this Ravinder said no but exact 5 min later when 2 couples came they did for them. Overall worst experience with money , time & mood wasted .

Recommended place for both veg and non veg lovers.there are many varieties in both section. This restaurant is far better than barbecue nation. We tried both veg and non veg. Service is very fast and taste is just awesome. In non veg i must recommend shark dish,mutton seekh kabab, chicken lollipop,grilled fish, prawns and many more. . In veg papadi chat, corn , pizza, panner tikka,mashroom , and many more ... Paan ice cream is must recommend.there are also many option in sweet and ice cream. We tried some main coures its ok ok.. I give 5 star for service super fast.i never seen service like this.. I give 4 star because of no cold water and in dinner u didn't get drink.you have to pay for this.. Dont visit this outlet at all… all bbq items came late and that too limited quantity. Have uploaded the photos, do check it out. No chicken, mutton,fish , prawn items. It was not only us that was angry with the service. They also switched off the ac at around 9:45 pm. Absolutely disgusting experience!

Here the menu is very elaborate and the price is comparatively good. The food is also good in taste. The place is quite big and can accommodate a large crowd. Their one backlog is they don’t serve beverages in their unlimited menu. The beverages are on chargeable basis. No doubt the beverages I tried were not so good in comparison to the food. The name is enough to describe the taste. Amazing ambience, polite and carrying staff was the best experience during dinner. Food options and quality was good enough. Veg and non veg food both were testy. I personally experienced a better option for barbecue nation. This place is simply awesome..

Basically they are having Buffet options for both Veg and Non-Veg Meals. Statring from welcome drink to 3-4 types of starters and 5-6 types of barbeques. There are so many options to eat from the lavish spread of main course , Italian , Continental cuisines. Best part was Dessert having various types of Pastries and indian sweets. Staff service was so good. Overall it was really a worth to visit.

This 1 star I am giving because the staff was also feeling embarrassed the way they didn’t have enough food to serve which was given in the menu. Worst management I have ever faced in this level of restaurant. 60% food provided in the menu was not available with them and they didn’t have any reason - they just kept saying nahi Hai ye to. whatever was available and they provided us was of so bad taste not up to the mark.For everything we had to keep insisting them to serve it hot and fresh every single time be it barbecue,other starters,roti,naan etc. Pizza was not good. Only two things in vegetarian food I liked 1) pani puri that too only due to the tangy taste of pani 2) pan ice cream - which they call as pan shots Non vegetarian food was appreciated by two friends in my group. They need to revisit the entire process,management,food quality every level.

Post Lockdown Review: Visited this place for the second time, they are taking all the necessary precautions during this crisis. We were welcomed with complementary welcome drinks ☺️ The variety of food you get here is unending. You will be spoilt with the choices..Staffs are extremely courteous here. Ambience and food quality is of top notch. MUST TRY: If you are a non-veg lover, do try Musterd Garlic Fish, Peri Peri Prawns (spicy) and Reshmi Chicken Tikka in the starter items. They are known for their exotic meat spread amongst which we tried duck, shrimp, turkey and Kadaknath chicken but honestly the spices used last time was way better than this time. They made it very spicy this time. Sweets: I enjoyed their Firni, Angoori gulab jamun, Custard and pudding. Ice Cream: They have a live counter. You can customise as per your choice. Overall a very nice experience and of course highly recommended 😊 P.S: Book a table to avoid rush during this time.

The experience was so so. The Tangri kabar, fish and chicken kabab they serve was so good. Exotic meat was a new experience there is 5 variety of exotics. I have tried kalamari there. Dessert items were so good. Specially the Rash malai, just loved it. Mutton was not that tasty to be honest. I don't know why here in Ahemdabad no restuarant can cook mutton properly. Apart from that every item is so good. The stuff were so friendly. Overall had a good experience. Should visit it once.

Worst experience of being in a barbecue restaurant. AC not working. The solution to a not working AC is that they will put a huge stand fan in front of your face. Light weight plastic cups will fall on your clothes. Food is either very spicy or very sweet. Food not served hot/warm. Complimentary mocktail is pure 7up. Old and stale cakes. Gulab jamun got over at 10PM cos they take no orders at that time. Came here with 10 guest paid about 10000 rupees. Just to save some money I choose this place and not Barbecue Nation and turned out to be a nightmare. And lastly they are all worst at taking criticism and accepting mistakes.

1) Don't expect any service. No tissue paper, extra spoon/forks on table. They don't check on you whether you need water (General etiquette which you can find at an egg stall anywhere in India) They believe in the 'Ask and you shall receive' concept. Which frankly I believe should not be the case when you're paying a good amount for the BBQ. 2) Get ready to stand in line and beg for food at their Live counter. Single guy takes your order, prepares the bowl and keeps it aside and takes other customers' orders and then when you go, they prepare your food in secrecy thinking you will steal the recipe- which is adding a lot of salt when you come repeatedly since the bowl is too small. 3) Main course counter, I had to search for the name tag which is not close to the dish, they kept it at eye level with some decorative bottles. 4) Food was okay. Nothing great.

Had a great experience here. The food is really good. And ambiance is also very good. The staff down there is very helpful and cooperative. The restaurant serves almost every kind of food. I tried out veg food. And they have very good options in it. The restaurant also serves non-veg food... which also have many options... One thing I did not like was the hight of the celling. As being 5'11 , my head banged multiple times to there decorative lights.

The variety of options you get for starters and buffet is completely value for money. Desserts were also amazing, really enjoyed the pan flavoured ice cream. Though was a bit disappointed with certain 'exotic' dishes they advertise as their primary attraction. Those could have been better and a bit more flavourful rather than a strong spicey taste which everyone may not like.

The place was great the ambience too the only problem was the topping on ice cream was expired. Food was Okayish they should include chicken wings instead of chicken tangdi. Overall it's a nice place to celebrate your birthday or to spend time with family.

Was a bit unsure about the place before as it was the first time of my visit. However, the service impressed me along with the delicious food. Catered by excellent staff Suraj and Arpan, the experience was memorable. Sure visit next time!!!

Absolutel barbecue is absolutely best place for BBQ to have a party with friends and family !!! The ambience of the place is upto the mark , the hygiene level is also remarkable and the behaviour of the staff that you are their valuable customer is very satisfying. Every thing was just perfect and the quality of the food was also 5star !! They have an endless menu which includes BBQs , pasta , pizza , north Indian , ice cream , desert , mocktais , salads and what not. The live counters are actually live counters not just to mentioned. They prepare everything according to your choice , taste and how you like it. It is bit costly but worth it , if you put cost a side than it's.. 10/10 for the menu 10/10 for the service 10/10 for staff behaviour 10/10 for ambience 10/10 for everything

Absolutely true for Absolute Barbecue that it is THE PLACE where one can enjoy the barbecue dishes to the fullest. It caters both vegetarian as well as nonvegetarian dishes. Priced reasonably well as the quantities are unlimited and barbecue dishes served hot in the platter with main course, soups and deserts to follow.

The food was amazing. my fav here is pan icecream. I start and end my meal here with it, with maybe another helping in between. The barbecue starters were great. The fish was amazing. The wish grill is nice where you get some exotic meat, grilled with veggies of your choice, customized to your taste. Loved the burnt garlic chicken and Sri Lankan fish curry in main course. Souvik was the captain looking after service. A very nice, friendly guy. He ensured that everything we needed was served on the table promptly, constantly checking with us the taste and feedback on food, offering to customize, suit our taste buds. Amazing service. The music could have been a little lower. There were few guests a little loud. The insistence on phone number for booking is irritating. People like me do not like to share their mobile number. One should respect the privacy. I understand the need to gather feedback, but that could gathered instantly via tablet or sending a link via email. I was okay sharing my email ID, but the guy booking was insisted on mobile number and I gave an arbitrary sequence number. Please look into this.

We went for a Corporate Team Lunch. It was good experience with AB's. Staff was courteous and friendly in nature. Some of the fun activities were there too as it was Christmas Eve. Try Paan Tawa icecream for sure.

It’s a nice place to visit in Ahmedabad. Definitely it’s not good as other Abs for example you can’t compare it with any Abs at Kolkata. However upto my understanding it’s far better than other Barbeque nations at Ahmedabad.

Undoubtedly Absolute Barbecues is the best buffet restaurant in Ahmedabad. I dined in at AB’s in Hyderabad earlier and my experience there compelled me to visit its branch in Ahmedabad. Dining experience is just out of the world at AB’s. Ambience is so relaxed and soothing. Staff is courteous and I would like to make special mention of Farhad who served us with so much care and love. Food is so yummy and delectable be it starters or main course or chaats or deserts, everything is lip-smacking. Paan ice cream is a must must try !
