In museum it's explained very nicely in common language, details also written in English and Gujarati language of all animals and where were their fossils found. Yet not completely made construction work and renovation going on. 3D show was also not there yet work is on in theatre room. Fossil park where they actually found fossils needs walking and in summer in heat it was difficult to visit so I couldn't visit it

Beautiful place at where before approx 400-600 crore years ago dinosaurs were living on this land.. In museum you can see all history of how earth was formed in video form through projector also there is one little theatre where 3D movie of dinosaur was played. It was amazing experience. Ticket charge- kids-20₹, Adult-50₹, Foreigners-300₹ Museum is amazing also well maintained.. Need to improve restaurant facility as there you can buy only tea or coffee and ice cream (limited). It us workds 3rd best archeological site. Really appreciable work has been done Everytbing about dinosaur one can learn through videos and models. Real eggs, vertebras, bones are oreserv6very niceky but not articulated or importantance given very nicely. The 3D and 5D theatre steals the show. 70 rs ticket each The working model of dinosaur is really unique experience. Entry fees is 50 Rs. I dont if they will develop this site more or close it. But i really wish they develop it more because they have already made itso beautiful. Preserved all the folis and the skeleton made from real moulds is so fascinating. Great experience for true seekers in field of geology/paleontology. A guide who is not that well to do with the above subjects will help you to spot something that's worth it. But you have to search for him first. Good free parking facility is available atop the entrance gate. The site approach road is mostly of single track type but in good condition. A museum as such a building yearning for visitors lies shut near approach road to fossil site. Good place for star watching.

It's one of a kind park where you can see and touch real dinosaur fossils embedded in rock. Gives a whole new perspective of time and the changes that comes along with it. Unfortunately I couldn't experience the museum; waited 4 hours for the museum to open today, but it remained closed due to power cut. But certainly it's worth a visit. There is still ample opportunities for development of the park and I hope the concerned authorities take it up.

Still more conservation needed and it is going on. Vast land and it has only few glimpse to see..But it is proud for us. Visit once. There is a harry/museum cum wonderful place just 200 mt near this junction. Where audio, visual show and virtual gallery made for more understanding and information related to it. You can take photos here too.

The place is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere and hasn't received the praise / appreciation it deserves. It's located at a distance of about 110km from Ahmedabad - on the road that leads to Indore - near Balasinor. The attraction is split into 2 parts - 1 outdoor area that covers the places where the actual fossils were found are still preserved and on display, and another indoor museum where you find the interactive shows and galleries that guide you through the entire evolution and extinction of dinosaurs. The entry to outdoor area is free and the tickets to the museum cost Rs. 20 and Rs. 30 for adults and children respectively. You can watch a 3D movie, play some games and go on a walk through with some excellent videos and detailed descriptions and depictions of various kinds of dinosaurs. Adequate parking space is available. There's also a souvenir shop too. The washrooms, kids' play area and restaurant could've been better though. The staff could be trained a little better to be more interactive and pleasant - almost everyone was busy talking to each other or playing games / watching videos on their phones. Definitely worth a visit, especially for kids between 10 and 18 years of age. A half day trip from Ahmedabad / Baroda. Do carry some light snacks since there's no reliable option nearby.

Museum is good informative place but required much care and maintenance. Few kiosk and projectors are not working. Actual site location is just a place with boundaries, and only one fanced square with notice board where it is written with one photo that from here eggs were found. All other part is just barren unattended piece of land. If we wish that coming generation will visit the place government should work much on encouraging experts to explore much at site to found other things too...

Most fascinating Dinosaur park and museums. It’s located near the Balasinor town a bit remote place to reach but worth it. The open park which is spreading about the area of 72 hectares land. One can see both eggs and skeletons fossils preserved in Lameta formation limestone. on outcrop one can see the fossils of dinosaur spred throughout. Must visit at least open outcrop in compare to museums.

An absolute waste place. Do not visit this place as this place will completely spoil your expectations. This fossil park has fossils which appears like stones, if information board isn’t there on top of this so called fossils then every one will consider them as stones. In the name of fossil all you get to see is fragments arranged shapelessly. Museum is OK but honestly nobody comes so far in the middle of nowhere to see some man-made statues of dinosaurs. The fossil park spoils your mood so much that no museum can uplift it.

Nice place but if you go with kids then bring some foods with you tyere are too much limited food available. Rate for museum - Adult 70, if you want to watch VR then 50 Rs. And 5D 50 extra.... seen everything then you have to pay 170 Rs. Else only 70 Rs pay and see without 5D AND VR.

The museum is world-class, well planned and contains amazing amount of information, fossils, videos. Besides information, it is also kids friendly and those with good amount of interest can spend 3-4 hours easily. It is air conditioned. Approach is still a little difficult but it is worth to visit.

Children will have a lot of fun visiting here. The museum features number of galleries fitted with projectors, informative walls, dummy dinosaurs, a 5D Theater and lots more. The fossil park covers a large area having skeletons of dinosaurs. No arrangements for food here.

Dinosaur museum provides ample amount of information to the one who are really interested to about the Earth inception and era of dinosaur. 5d show and VR experience was really an average. May be I have experienced better technology than this before. If you have not experienced VR or 5D in past then you must experience it here. Management should really look to maintain cleanliness. Canteen food was average and it was not at all clean. To summarise one can visit this place at least once who has really some interest to know more about dinosaur.

Need proper maintenance of equipment. Few Projectors were not aligned on wall properly. Also few AV buttons and touch screen were not working. 3D show projector was not working and 5D show air compressor was not working so we couldn't enjoy the whole attractions. Overall good experience.

That is why the fossilized eggs found here are in an almost pristine condition according to scientists. They are one of the best-preserved dinosaur remains of the world after Aix-en-Provence in France. It is a good idea to take a guided tour of the park since the location of the egg fossils are all over the park and they are difficult to spot without a guide. Princess Aliyah Babi who is the guardian and custodian of this park has done a remarkable job of maintaining this park and she gives guided tours to visitors sometimes. It is a multilevel fully air-conditioned museum and extremely child and disabled friendly with ramps for wheelchairs and prams. Dinosaur fossil park situated in Rayoli village near Balashinor which is 120km away from Vadodara city. Here you can find many trace fossils like Skin, eggs and many fossils of bones which was petrified. From here , 2 petrified eggs also found and exhibited in Dinosaur museum. It was a large nesting side of different Dinosaurs which was extinct now and and those fossils founded here... It is really interesting and amazing place.

The architect and designer poured their heart out to mad it look like live. Use of AI and graphics technology puts add on to this wonderful setup. I’m surprised why I hadn’t heard of this place before. Real eggs and bones were found here. There are preserved inside glasses. Lots of galleries with sculptures, posters and history of dinosaurs that were living in this area. Worth a visit.

Unfortunately, there was no transportation facility available, so you have to go with your personal car, bike, or other means of transportation. Public transportation options like buses, taxis, or rickshaws were not available, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this is just a minor issue and shouldn't deter you from visiting. Once I entered the park, I realized that it is one of the best places I have ever visited. The museum was inaugurated by Vijay Rupani last year and offers a thorough insight into the world of dinosaurs. The staff at the park were local and not necessarily professional, but they provided an excellent experience through their interactions. They were knowledgeable and enthusiastic, making the visit even more enjoyable. I purchased three tickets, including VR (Virtual Reality) and 5D experiences, along with the regular admission ticket. The total cost came to around Rs. 170 per person, which was reasonable considering the value provided. The museum showcased how dinosaurs existed millions of years ago, and it was incredibly informative. I highly recommend experiencing the VR and 5D attractions if you visit the site. They added an extra layer of immersion and excitement to the overall visit. In conclusion, my experience at Balasinor Dinosaur Park was great. Despite the initial setback with transportation, the park itself offers a fantastic experience for dinosaur enthusiasts and anyone interested in learning about the prehistoric era. Beautiful museum and we'll managed dinosaurs fossil site..love it, love my kids too.. museum is fully air-conditioned so don't worry about summer.. i highly recommend this place for kids and archeological lover.., there are 5D short movie which was our fun experience and VR also has.
