Best doctor for diabetes treatment, But staff behaviour is so rude when u ask them a ? Especially front desk person and the Lady sitting outside doctor Room Staff need little bite politeness

It is one of the biggest hospital in Anand, and the only big hospital in Borsad Chokadi area and the only hospital for diabetes in Anand. It is well located and well built new hospital. It is well maintained too. The doctors are good and efficient. The staff is co operative and helpful. The surroundings of hospital are nice and green. I live very near to it. I like it.

Very good hospital for routine body check up as well as specific diabetes check up! The staff is supportive, good in communication and well behaved. The main doctor himself is humble and knowledgeable. The only thing I found to be change a bit is it’s canteen service, canteen service is bit poor and not appropriate according to patient what I felt. Rest everything is perfect. The pricing for body check up and package everything is appropriate nd balanced. Appreciable for their efforts to make every patient understand about their health status 👍👍

Title: Doctor Excellent, Medical Store Management Poor Rating: ⭐ I had a mixed experience at this hospital's medical department. The doctor was intelligent and provided excellent care. However, the management of the medical store was poor. The store was disorganized, staff seemed overwhelmed, and essential medications were frequently unavailable. Improvement is needed in store organization and staff training.

Service is excellent but system is very poor. I am here for my wife regular check up since 9:00 AM and still in a queue nearly after four hours. I don’t know how long it will take. Can’t you setup the system and minimize the waiting time ?

We went today to pick up my mom’s medication and the staff at pharmacy’s specially the girl was rude while addressing us. If you need respect give respect. This comment is specifically for the pharmacy staff. Doctors are really good here based on my mom’s experience and she is visiting here from long time.
