    The doctor have no sense of hospitality whatsoever towards their patients. Room wasn’t allotted for almost 4 hours of admission for a pre-planned surgery. The staff made us talk to Dr.Nilay Shah regarding the problem despite us wanting to take it to the HR and not to the doctor. The patient was in OT while i was talking to the doctor. The response Dr Nilay shah had would screw up anyone’s brain. His exact words were “ we wont have room available for another 3 hours, we haven’t started the operation yet. You can take the patient back if you want. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT TO HEAR FROM A DOCTOR.
