Hospital with all the facilities. But staff is rude especially nurses. Doctor should explain the situation to the patient.

Overall infrastructure and Parking space is Good. Security behavior is worst. Also Not a Proper system implemented of First come First serve. Patients who come earlier not getting first priority because of lack of system implementation. They have to give token to patients so patients can relax and took a seat without any worry. Not Happy with this rude behavior and System.

About this hospital, i would like to say that hospital is good, doctors are also good and supportive. But I don’t like the most thing is in the night duty nurses are sleeping and when anyone ask them for help then they don’t take any action seriously and not supportive at night time specially in baby delivery ward rooms. So please solve this problem by taking correct action against those who are sleeping at duty time and do needful process for it. Thank you

Treatment is good but when it comes to andministration and security first of all the family members should have atleast 3 pass for meeting patients but the chairman or the head of the hospital haven't thought about it at all I thing the head of hospital is a sense less person and when it is Sunday at that time people comes to meet their familiy member but they are not allowed so at Sunday family members should be allowed so today is 29/08/2021 so let me share the photo of the people came to visit their family members

I am totally disappointed with Service And All Staff, Staff behaviour was very rood and disrespective...they are treated very badly and housekeeping staff is to bad. Management system is very bad. No body can give proper answer. All staff have rood behaviour and attitude..... Totally bad experience I have.... Only and only. Medicine are to good...👍

And there is no seating arrangement for the people who come with Dardi, hence people are found sitting on the floor. Proper system of first come first serve is also not implemented. Due to lack of implementation of the system, patients coming first do not get first priority. The doctor staff is good but the behavior of some nursing staff also seemed wrong to me. Securities are like boss here who think they are the doctors and owner of the hospital, Speak very loudly with the patient's family, Very rude behaviour of the staff and securities, i must say you have Remove those securities and either yur hospital is useless. Doctors and nursing staff are good natured and behave well with patient and visitors. The treatment are as well as private hospital and almost free of cost.

Only infra structure is good otherwise very worst treatment , in covid i lost my father because of hospital careless , my father was admitted in hospital in very good health condition and but due to hospital careless i lost my father. They were not doing daily blood reports like D- dimer and CRP etc they didn't check d-dimer report in hospitalized time (10 days) and gradually it was increased and suddenly brain stroke was came and i lost him. we didn't get chance for further treatment and during hospitalized no one was giving such information of treatment and what is exactly condition of patient.

I lost my grandpa because of this hospital. We called them because my grandpa was unable to breathe and they agreed. But when we reached there , my grandpa had already lost his breath , they could've given him CPR and saved him but they didn't . I am going to file a case against this hospital. You should be ashamed to call yourself professionals. This anger in me and our family will sink Dr nd Desai hospital.I myself asa a teenager want to ask the prime minister instead of making alliances with other countries he should work on the infrastructure and working of private hospitals, beacuse today it is us who lost our grandpa tomoyit could be anyone , and by anyone I mean it could also be the cm of Gujarat , and I don't think that this so called hospital would deny to help that person. I request the pm of india to punish the faculty of this hospital.

all Nursing staff & DD Staff Behaviour are rude..so no word no maners & girl staff are very bad & no limits & no serious work room no 406 all girls staff are very bad person nd hospital cleaning & hygiene not proper in all areas...so remove all staff new hire educated staff..
