They need a bigger hall/ room for OPD counters. The check in area was quiet crowded but everyone was wearing mask. Parking directions in the basement could be confusing . Security was average.

A hospital doesn't seem like a hospital it's a care center. People here are well educated & informed starting from doctors to staff. My mother had a total knee replacement surgery & Dr Rachit Seth is excellent Orthopedic surgeon has taken very good care of my mother. After surgery everyone from hospital has taken a good care. Hospital is good, treatment for the heart patient is best but one issue is very worse. They don't allow family member to stay in the night, very rude behavior by security staff with us despite of paying 4L package for the treatment. From past 2 days i have to sleep in my car daily because of this. Very pathetic for patient's family to stay here in night.

It's very nice super speciality hospital. My father have undergone for implementing pacemaker in 2015 under Dr. Ajay Naik sir. After 6 years my father is absolutely fine. We are visiting cims annually for routine check up. For execution of procedures the staff are well cooperative and kind. They are guiding the patient patiently. Hospital is quite spacious and neat and clean every day. It has sufficient parking facilities and also the facility of entry of vehicle upto gate of hospital near cardiac facilities.

We opted for a Knee surgery at CIMS. Hospital services are very precisely curated for patients. Very clean premises. Doctors are very dedicated. Cooperative staff & nurses. An experience faced at CIMS by my grandfather Mr. Jitendra Mehta. We went for a biopsy to CIMS, where we were guided to the radiologist, Mr. Uday Patel. He was very humble and polite and made the biopsy very comfortable for my grandpa. Within 2 days I was mailed the biopsy report and was called by CIMS to meet the Mr. Uday to discuss on the biopsy report. We went to meet the doctor and he informed us that the cyst is cancerous and we should consult an oncologist. My father and me were broken and totally numb to think anything. He comforted us and suggested us that they have the best team of oncologists in CIMS. We were quite weak on the financial ability to go for such a surgery and we shared the same to our radiologist doctor. He understood our situation and advised us to meet Dr. Darshan Bhansali (Oncologist at CIMS). We went ahead and met Mr. Darshan the next day and he had studied my grandfather’s report and had also known our situation from Mr. Uday. He told us that my grandfather has a cancerous cyst which is growing too fast but can be still operated safely and he can save him. He also informed us that we had only 5 days time to decide due to the speed of the growth of cyst. We were blank and wanted to do everything possible to save my grandfather due to my grandfather’s health and our financial situation. We also told the doctor that grandfather wanted to attend my wedding scheduled on November 30, 2020. He assured us on August 16 that my grandfather would be in his best health by then and would dance in my wedding if we operate him immediately. His confidence and empathy had our blind trust on the doctor. We totally trusted Dr. Darshan’s word and went ahead as per his advice. My grandfather got operated 4 days later on August 20, 2020. It was a 5 long hour on the surgery which was carried out by our head doctor, Mr. Darshan Bhansali and our Gastro-Intestinal Surgeon, Mr. Manish Gandhi. When doctor came out of the Operation Theatre, he asked us if we would like to see the cyst. Me and my father agreed and then what we saw was something we could not believe or digest. It was a fully grown 5.5kg tumour grown from pancreas and removed from my grandfather. He told us that my grandfather is safe and we breathed a tear of smile. The word spread across the entire hospital as such kind of an operation was a rare occurrence to be successful. We thanked the entire team of CIMS and specially Dr. Darshan Bhansali. We then spoke to doctor to give us an estimate of the expenses. Again to our surprise he told us an amount which was very reasonable compared to what other cancer operations are charged that we had heard of from our relatives or other hospitals. We were overwhelmed by his gestures. A couple of days after my grandfather was operated, he suffered from a minor heart attack in the hospital itself and again Dr. Darshan immediately arrived in the ICU with a Cardiologist. My grandfather was given timely treatment and he was again saved. After total 10 days of being in the hospital when my grandfather was being given discharge on August 29, 2020, we were again charged very reasonable amounts for a cancer operation & cardiac arrest succumbed patient. We again thanked the whole team of CIMS and specially Dr. Darshan Bhansali who saved my grandfather with his expertise and of all the help he provided while we were there. A month later when my grandfather had recovered a bit, we went for a follow up check up and my grandfather cried to thank Dr. Darshan for saving his life. My grandfather was fit and fine to dance and participate in my wedding on November 30, 2020 as was promised by our doctor. We shall always be thankful to CIMS & Dr. Darshan Bhansali.

I have admitted my daughter with Marengo CIMS Hospital on 06.10.2023 and get discharged on 09.10.2023. I have given deposit of Rs. 20000/- even if I have opted for Cash Less. My Cash less claim has been settled with the company and billing department has said that 18300/- deposit will be refunded to you within 2 to 3 days. Even after constant reminders and frequent visits to the billing as well as accounts department, they have yet not refunded my deposit yet without any reason. Immediate action in this regard must be taken.

Since eight years, I am attached with this Hospital. Doctors are outstanding services are outstanding equipments are latest and keep changing based on requirements. This review is specifically for Dr. Bhowmik Meghnathi, North OPD Cims Marengo. Worst doctor. A doctor of his grade should not behave and respond to his patients in such a manner. I visited him for my father's Rhemotoid Arthritis on 17/02/2024. My father just asked him doctor Saab in dawaiyo kaa koi side effects hai kya...? On which he gave us such a negative and inappropriate response - ki side effects to paani peene kaa bhi ho sakta hai...side effects to yha se ghar jaane kaa bhi ho saktaa hai...yha se ghar jao aap aur aapka accident ho jaaye.....felt so bad after hearing such a negative comments from him. He was so much hurry that he did not want to explain what he wrote in his prescription letter. He was very rude to my father who is of his father's age. Such a waste of time and money to visit him. I travelled all the way from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. He just gave diplomatic answers to all of our queries. He was not at all sure of any advice he gave us. Don't visit him. He will charge heavy..2200/- for this kind of behaviour and expertise not at all justified.

No words to describe Dr. Ajay Naik, one of the best doctor we have met in last so many years. Expert in his field and so humble and down to earth personality. Truly human touch observed while being in CIMS. Only reason I am giving 4 star rating is they take service charge on debit/credit card. Who does that in today's world, specially on debit card. It's lots of inconvenience to patient coming from outside if you do not have NetBanking on mobile, debit cards should be accepted without any charges. Rest everything is just perfect.

One of my relative was admitted . We had a good experience. Staff was good and courteous. Doctor was very courteous and had sufficient patience. Billing and discharge were fast. They need a bigger hall/ room for OPD counters. The check in area was quiet crowded but everyone was wearing mask. Parking directions in the basement could be confusing . Security was average.

Great hospital best treatment.. The doctors here are excellent at their work. They work hard to treat the patients providing very good service. The floor manager is really supportive ,co operative and are available round the clock. We appreciate their efforts and highly recommend it.

Dr. Natoo Patel sir is very excellent doctor also a kind person. He explains disease and its treatments very well. Also staff of hospital is very good and supportive due to such excellent care from staff patients feel like home.

Good thing first - well located, well designed, good infrastructure & spacious. Sad part - Most of the staff are mediocre. The administration is very lax and lethargic. There is hardly any quest or monitoring to improve service standard, time taken for admission, billing or discharge. Employees' behaviour, whether at reception, billing, TPA or pharmacy counters - is like a typical govt office or department, endlessly chatting and gossiping among themselves, engrossed looking into their mobile phones, without bothering to even look up and pay attention to the people waiting at the counters. I was amazed to hear them say proudly that they need 4 hours to prepare the bill for discharge,even if there is no insurance claim involved. As if it is a golden standard, they have put a notice to this effect at the billing counter. They do not even intend to understand how their inefficient work flow impacts the patients and their relatives. They do not even think of any need to look into the scope for improvement in their processes , TAT or patients' experience. It is like telling the patients - this is our rule ; accept it or go away. Well, the hospital is thriving despite the complacency, insensitivity and mediocrity on the part of majority of its staff because it has no real competitor in this part of the city. Clearly, it is unsustainable. In any business, you cannot survive for long ignoring your customers and choosing to remain inefficient.

We came for a regular health check up, and the experience was very good, the front desk staff of health check up was very polite , helpful and was very co operative. The over all experience was very good with Marengo CIMS.

I have been admitted for dengue treatment and cant regret for choosing this hospital for my treatment. They took care of all the small needs, were extra carefull with my diet plan as i was having severe weakness. House keeping and patient care was at their best. Good hospital and cooperative staff. 4 star as the hospital ICU is costly for patients on ventilator. ICU security staff Mr Narayan Singh has been very helpful in relaying our day to day requests and queries to the ICU team.
