Good
doctors,
unprofessional
staff!
Especially
the
reception.
Doctorโs
schedule
changed,
and
staff
didnโt
even
inform
me.
I
dragged
my
78
years
old
mother,
with
multiple
medical
complications,
and
mobility
restrictions,
all
the
way
to
the
hospital
on
time,
only
to
be
told
doctor
has
left.
The
staff
at
reception
were
more
focused
on
how
to
pin
the
blame
back
on
the
patient,
rather
than
helping
or
remediation.
First,
the
reception
informed
us
that
they
tried
to
reach
us,
but
my
phone
was
switched
off.
Upon
enquiring
the
exact
time
when
such
a
call
was
attempted,
they
had
no
response!
Then
I
informed
them
that
my
phone
was
switched
off
2
days
back
for
precisely
a
13
hours
window,
and
the
staff
claimed
that
they
had
called
in
that
window,
not
realising
that
10.5
out
of
those
13
hours
were
at
night
between
(6
PM
to
4:30
AM
next
morning),
which
clearly
shrouds
a
cloud
over
their
claim!
When
I
enquired
why
wasnโt
a
follow-up
call
attempted
in
the
past
2
days,
again
no
response!
Why
couldnโt
they
have
sent
a
text
message,
no
response!
Terrible
experience,
lackadaisical,
callous
and
irresponsible
staff
attitude
towards
patients!
This
appointment
was
taken
10
days
in
advance
because
we
were
travelling
from
outside
Baroda
and
had
to
consult
the
doctor
urgently.
Now,
the
78
year
old
patient
has
to
suffer
another
3
days,
not
because
of
the
doctor,
but
because
of
this
irresponsible
staff
behaviour,
who
donโt
seem
to
care
two
hoots
about
inconvenience
they
may
be
causing
the
patients!
I
have
a
simple
question,
what
if
we
were
residing
outside
Baroda
and
had
been
visiting
only
for
this
consultation?
Can
you
imagine
the
inconvenience,
it
would
have
caused
in
such
a
case,
because
the
staff
is
busier
chatting
among
themselves
than
actually
doing
their
job!
