Review: Being an amateur marathon runner, I always had calf pain and cramps after the event lasting for a minimum of 5-7 days. One of my friends suggested me to consult physio, so based on google reviews, I have sent online enquiry to few clinics including revival. Physio here was not only concerned with my pain but also educated me about the role of aerobic capacity, heart rate, respiratory rate, endurance, etc. (Which I never thought of). Pain was gone in 3 sessions and then training for my first 10km marathon was started which was scheduled after 2 months. It included- self monitoring of vitals, exercises, indications and warnings of stopping workout. And finally the day came. since it was my first 10km run, I was bit nervous, but could comfortably finish the run without pain and cramps. Also, my vitals were stable. I am having arthritis in both knees which frequently causes unbearable pain. Recently I had a fall that resulted in extreme pain, swelling and inability to walk. I took physiotherapy initially at other place but was not satisfied so visited Revival Physiotherapy Center 10 days after the incident. For the first time in my life arthritis was explained by using a dummy model and I could really get a clear picture of what has exactly happened with my joints. I was happy the way first interaction was made, and I decided to start treatment for 10 days, although here I was advised to take treatment for 1 month. Pain and swelling were reduced considerably after 1 week and so I took 1 month of regular physiotherapy. Today I can walk with minimum pain and even climb stairs at home and temple. Hi Dr Akshay here Today I ll share my genuine experience with Revival physiotherapy centre. I had wrist sprain 3 months back. On X ray there was no crack and also no swelling. So orthopaedic doctor told me to use splint to immobilize wrist joint for one month and told me that pain will subside on its own. But afteruse of splint and pain killer for more than one month, pain was still there.so I have visited revival physiotherapy. Doctos over here are very well experienced and having advanced technologies and knowledge. They diagnosed my problem and started treatment with Ultrasound and Tens with some exercise. Slowly pain was reduced in 3 weeks. As almost 3 months gone after my injury , it's taking time to recover. But 90 Percent recovery is there in just 3 weeks. So here I personally suggest to go for Physiotherapy if you have any injury of bone or ligament or muscle. And also patient should have some kind of patience as any injury to bone or ligament or muscle , it ll take some time to recover completely. Here at Revival physiotherapy centre you ll have 100 percent recovery from your long term or short term injury. So visit this centre if you have injury and no recovery after lots of medication and other treatment.
