The laser treatment packages are really awesome here. Staff os also very helpful and maintain all the safety measures and takes care of everyone’s safety. There are various other good services that anyone can avail. Must try visiting and giving them a chance.

VLCC gave me really great services for a very reasonable price, to be honest the prices were not that high for the amazing work they did. Amitbhai transformed my hair completely! They are fully renewed and completely frizz free. Treatments for skin did miracles for my scars. VLCC has very good treatment packages that actually work. Prakruti mam would suggest treatments that deliver results. Pinal, Parul and Happy are very hard working and super friendly. The whole staff is very cooperative and friendly. Worst service...i have done smoothning from this place (vlcc) and just after 1 hairwash ,i got waves in my hairs and my hairs got damaged and when i tried to consult them again they just asked me to do some other treatments by paying them again .i would suggest not to do any kind of hair treatment at vlcc.

If there was an option to give negative ratings, I would've chosen that option. The Anand office management is too misleading. Make sure you take their commitment in writing because then you will be left to yourself to prove the number of appointments you've been to. I went in for a laser hair removal procedure and due to their shabby service I am left in a worse condition.

I booked an appointment for hair spa and Mani pedi and I had an horrible experience here. I had to wait 15-20 mins before getting started, after the Mani Pedi they took me for my hair spa on a regular chair which is not usually used for a hair spa(sharing photos). They multibooked and when asked they said they dont have any idea who booked me. Now I have been here like a million times before so its not like Im a new customer. I have had this kind of experience twice now which is why Im mad. 1 time is okay but lately they have been not doing their job perfectly. I asked the employee to give me the number of the Manager or someone who was in charge and they denied to give me the number. Never going back here again.
