Best gym in Anand. It has power cage which is good for strength training and able to do heavy squat. It also has studio For aerobics zumba. Hvaing dumbbells of heavy weight till 45 kilograms. Good gym for crossfiters. In anand I don't think that any one has power cage. All gyms have Smith machine that little awkward for heavy lifters but hv fitness have power cage or squat rack.
