Gym is fabulous with almost all types equipments. Cardio , Yoga , Weight lifting all areas have individual rooms . Dietician and Nutritionist have great knowledge for your diet. Trainers are experienced and expert too. Their behaviour is too good towards you. Sanjay Yadav Sir is head here for everything and is easily available and good in nature as well. I am being trained under Ankur Sir as I was recommended by my friends who are regular here for a long period of time. Well maintained and hygiene enough to workout here. Changing room with lockers are available too. Badminton court is available to play and small food court is available too for your snacks , juice and protein shakes too. I would recommend to join those are finding a great gym here in Karamsad.

Very good and cheap price gym in all Anand, not much equipments but still good to go, good staff and people are nice too.

Good badminton court. Can be better without pigeons and lighting on the sides instead of High bay lamps on top.

It's a nice place.....quite a lot of instruments but not what I would call a high end place......the flooring is wooden and there's an aerobics room too....with balls and all that stuff....there are sufficient number of trainers and physiotherapists on site too....a good place....the fee is not cheap but not exorbitant either....
