Worst gym as there is a lot of rush at everytime, they provided membership in just 3000 rupees for a whole year and got a lot of members, inturn it caused gym to get very populated in this critical time of corona. Other drawbacks are following:- 1.) No maintenance for the machines which get a fault in them. 2.) A lot of rush which makes you wait for atleast 10 minutes for the performing successive sets of your excercise so maximum time you spend in this gym is wasted in waiting for getting your chance instead of doing workout. 3.) Highly populated so worst quality of management. 4.) Gym trainers keep on insisting you for taking personal training from them. 5.) A new rule came into existence from today that u will onlh be allowed to workout for 45 minutes atmost which was no where mentioned when they took money for membership. In all i suggest you all do not get attracted by less money for yearly membership just pay few thousand more in any other gym and do excercise having mental peace too. Stay healthy and safe.🙂

I am taking personal training from Hitesh Sir since more than 2 years and my experience is very good for the same. He is very kind and experienced trainer at the gym. He has pretty well knowledge of the exercises and diet.

Forget about maintenance of machines, they dont even pay there electricity bill. We are suffering from power cut on regular basis. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Please do not ever go to this gym. There are no safety precautions here. Your belongings will get stolen if you enroll here. No maintenance has been done for the past 5 years. I urge everyone to avoid going here. My new shoes got stolen and I got no response for the management. They are totally deaf to your requests and questions. No cleaning and no facilities inside the changing room. Bathroom not available, toilets not cleaned since a year. Please avoid this gym.

Best gym in nizampura. Instructors are very Co operative. I have joined one month before. I took personal training from hiteshsir for weight loss and I lost 6 kgs in just one month. Amazing results!!! thank you Hiteshsir for being true mentor. He always motivates and assign work out according to your stamina and strength.

would like to give some serious advice about this gym. Its the most horrible gym in Baroda. i paid for one month at the beginning of October. They shut down the gym for 12 days without any notice during diwali. When i asked for a refund they denied bluntly. The gym equipments are in pathetic condition, not even arranged properly. The dressing room always stinks. Think a thousand times before joining this pathetic place.

Best gym in sama. Best equipment for workout. All Trainer are so supportive and give good guidance.

Perfect environment with proper advise and training !! If you are searching for a well maintained clean gym !! Come here !!! And if you want a personal trainer I'd recommend Asfaq sir. Certified trainer having good behaviour with proper training and a well mannered disciplined guy.

Please dont go to this gym, one of the wrost gym, no housekeeping, to dirty, equpment not working, no reponsible person. I m yearly member but truly speaking dnt join this gym. Owner also not intrsted in gym.

Review: Your way of guiding is good for exercise!! Indicated exercises are beneficially!! I am doing exercise on correct way, that u r also observing and giving correct way of it!!you have suggested diets like peanut butter brown bread and eggs are good!! However, below suggestion are from my side:: body measurement not done in gym!! How improvement my body giving that how u will measure after a month!! Purpose of the exercise goal need to clear and need to check the exercises and how body will reflect the shape that need to check and based on the same changes in exercise is required !!
