Hey guys, I have never seen such a ridiculous staff of gym like Xotica, Thaltej Branch. The manager of the gym seems to be less knowledgeable person that he was distributing leaflets of monsoon offer in winter season in Thaltej and near by areas; that when people come with that offer leaflet he used to answer that; this was monsoon offer currently we don't have any offer. The current members are also not at all happy with the staff behavior and gym has been reduced in size and equipment that members ask for their refund of membership amount paid. The receptionist can't even talk in English nor even in proper Gujarati language and she is someone who is completely focused on increasing members rather than solving their problems or complains. After getting enrolled there as a member non of the complains are taken into consideration by her nor even gym manager. They make exercise cards without any kind of body measurement of any clients nor even taking note of clients requirement. They hardly have 2/3 trainer on floor, who are also busy in talking rather than showing correct exercise to clients. I would not recommend anyone to join this gym. Thaltej being a posh area with posh people they didn't even maintain the class of it and last but not the least majority of the reviews mentioned here are from the gym staff members itself, so please guys don't get mislead from 5 stars given reviews. I gave 1 star because there was no option for zero star.

I can hardly find any trainer on floor, 2 or 3 trainers max available. The gym size is reduced to half in the name of cafe and head office. I won't suggest anyone for this gym because there is trust issue at management level.. They don't keep their words.

One of the best gyms in Ahmedabad. Well maintained and the atmosphere is great! The trainers And all staff are very helpful and provide good motivation.

Very poor service ... trainers behaviour is not good and you have to do workout yourself, no one can guide you.....some services like zumba & aerobics are not running there...and recently they have been closed the gym without informing anyone.

Don't go at this gym.there are so many reasons 1.they don't give perfect service 2.they don't have a sense to talk with their customers 3.any time they close their gym without informing 4.if they refunded,they shout on us and don't give a perfect reply. So I am telling you don't go at this gym for saving your valuable money.
