Very shallow minded management, not at all customer oriented. I took membership of 3 months just before lockdown. The gym reopened from 5th august and because of frequent travelling in my job i couldnt continue and now the bulky bodied but small minded people tell me that i have to renew my membership. I paid 5500 for 5 days. If you re reading this its a strong recommendation that you try out sportena or any other gym as matter of fact. Very very very awful experience.

I called in morning regarding inquiry. When I dialled the number that was present online, one of the lady answered in a very rude manner that was not at all fruitful experience. Kindly teach her how to communicate with customers otherwise. She is certainly defaming the name of your gym.

Very clean, great equipment and not too crowded. A well-rounded gym that is well maintained, you can tell a lot of thought has been put into creating it. Do come if you're in Surat.

To be accurate, closing time is definitely not 12am (or 12 midnight). It closes at 11 pm. Also, it's not open on Sundays. N.B. On Wednesday 8th June,2022 I visited the gym after about 7 to 10daus. Was pleasantly surprised to read a notice: On Sunday, gym will remain open from 7am to 12 noon.

It is good Gym with lots of Exercise equipments (multiple) but it's newly opened so the rate is too expensive.

Noisy Dusty Dirty And they have put all varieties of each machines instead of putting multiple machines of limited varieties So you will have to wait during peak hours
