    Dhairya from Fitnat has been a doctor, coach and a great friend in my training journey. Reached him when my pull ups got painful and had stopped training. Though I was sure he'd be skillful enough to identify whats wrong, I was all curious about working on movement based training online. To my amazement, his patient guidance on how to use movement to strengthen body and learning to create pain tolerance has pretty much changed the way I thought about training. His approach proved simple, concise yet highly effective. We had only three video call sessions over a course of year, but he always stayed connected as we kept track of my progress. I was able to stay accountable throughout, thanks to his understanding of people's mindsets. Apart from getting my scoliosis issue treated with literally 0 equipment, Dr. D has armed me with foundational principles and knowledge about training that I treasure the most and can come back to at anytime! My experience with Fitnat is an inspiring one, I bet the Indian Calisthenics scene feels the same!

    Dr Dhairya has helped reach to a point that I thought was never achievable. After injuring my lower back last year, I lost hope. As someone who’s getting into the sport of powerlifting, spinal injuries are a nightmare. Bending down to grab something off the floor used to be a task for me. I worked with Dr for around three months, he gave me daily non negotiable drills which made a day and night difference. I went on from not deadlifting at all to deadlifting the same weight back in three months! the best part about this whole experience was the knowledge I gained from Dr Dhairya. He’s explained me everything that I was curious about, all my questions were answered and in the end not only I was satisfied and pain free, but stronger than I ever was and strongest I have ever been!! Thanks a ton dr!!

    I got introduced to Fitnat by my Calisthenics trainer after Strained my shoulders terribly . I have been working out for almost 4.5 years before I ventured into calisthenics and started facing lot of shoulder issues. After discussing with Dr D in the first sitting I found out that I was unnecessarily straining my smaller muscles which is causing injuries . I was trained to utilize core , how to walk with correct posture and many other astounding facts . Great knowledge , great understanding . In just two three session I was able to much more that I could imagine. Highly recommended for people who want to understand how to prevent injuries in Future.

    The team at Fitnat are extremely talented, knowledgeable and helpful. My followed their monthly program to get moving and started seeing visible changes in my strength. Their methods are different, but they know what they are doing. Unlike some professionals who advise you to stop doing the activity that causes pain, these guys work to empower you.

    THE BEST!!!! I am a Calisthenics coach and have a personal experience with shoulder dislocation I spent 13k+ taking PT sessions with nearby physio and had another dislocation the next day after I left the sessions I reached out to Fitnat for the same And he not not helped me treat the dislocation but also, helped me achieve FRONT LEVER! I'm forever grateful to him for everything he has done including psychological counselling when required as injuries take a toll on mental health as well.. Oh and also, he is a wonderful soul! More power to you guys! 🙌

    I have been training with Dhariya for the last 6 months and it's one of the best decision that I have taken for myself. I had a sedentary life  and desk job which made my neck and shoulders very weak and tried multiple treatments which was effective only for short period of time and I approached fitnat with the mind of giving one last try. I had doubts of online physio initially but eventually it was so convenient that he made the process very easy and doable. Trust me it's a physio and fitness combo and I personally loved their goal oriented approach rather than generalized which is the uniqueness of fitnat I would say ❤️ I started with very basic movements and gradually progressed to the exercises that I never imagined my body is capable of doing them ❤️ Dhariya is very patient and knowledgeable and a very supportive person that any person would love to work with him.

    n april 2022, my shoulder accidentally dislocated, and my doctor advised me to avoid moving it for the next two months. they explained that during the recovery phase, the shoulder is susceptible to dislocating again. fortunately. I connected with my friend sanjay who had also experienced a i shoulder dislocation. and he was able to i provide valuable advice based on his own experience with shoulder dislocation. I sought dr. dhaiya's @fitnat expertise in physiotherapy for my shoulder dislocation, and with his continuous support, | have made significant progress in my recovery. I am truly grateful to dr. dhaiya for his help.

    I have knee injury and didn’t know if I should completely rest or avoid knees bending exercise or what ??? So I chose to take rest as most of us will do post any injury . Thankfully I bumped on @fitnat.corner profile 😊 he says - “ Right rehab is exercising. Right exercising is rehab & taking rest is never a solution “ Dr Dhairya’s approach towards treating any injury is what makes him special and unique from most of the physiotherapist out there . He taught me active rest is important while working on injured areas , that would help me doing things I love to do . Also active rest means doing your workout/sports but only with proper supervision and guidance. He is helping me jog, jump, squat, fold all with injured knee 😊 isn’t that amazing 🤩 I highly highly recommend him , he is not only subject matter expert but make you also understand things in detail and is very friendly & professional at same time . So if u are suffering any injury or niggle blindly you can go to Fitnat corner .

    I had an excruciating pain in my upper back even while doing daily chores. While it was all online approach for diagnosing the root cause and curating a programme thereafter, it was wonderful experience all over. Dr Dhairya believes in increasing tolerance of pain while working on your strengths. He created a workout schedule for entire week which hits all the big muscles while addressing my pain.we had weekly meetings to check on my progress. My back feels absolutely fine as of now. If you are an athelete and/or fitness enthusiast and having any sports injury, I'd highly recommend approaching Dr Dhairya. You ll reach your goals sooner and safer. If you are just experiencing pain in your day to day life and doesn't have any fitness background/goal, he'll be able to create basic fitness routine to stick to everyday yet exciting enough that you learn new things everyday.     one of the best in this field . Helped me in recovering from hip injury also guided me how to manage workouts during injury. The best thing is you never have to stop doing activities you love, instead Dr helps with progressive methods. Its been one year with them , we are glad we have joined you💪🏻❣️

    I have been working with Nidhi for almost an year now. I started therapy to heal my injured ankle ligament. The results I have been experiencing are beyond what I expected. My ankle is very functional, knee issues that I had since the last several years during workouts has been functioning like I never thought it would. Nidhi is always accommodating with timezone difference challenges.

    I have been going to Dr. Nidhi since the past 2 years. She healed my groin pain and most importantly helped me with tail bone pain which no other doctor could. So satisfied with her sessions that both my husband and me are now doing personal fitness classes with her.

    Definitely my go to person when I've any physical issues or need to fix my workout routine. Being a calisthenics athlete, shoulder injuries are quite common to experience, and I went to Dr. Dhairya for the same reason, to get a injury-free routine. But it changed so much of my perspective towards training. He is not someone who will had you routine or give you a few exercises or prescribe some anti-inflammatory tablets and that's the best, he will get to the root and reason of the pain before treating! The treatment will be completely natural and only movement related based on princples of training. I've learnt a lot from the sessions that I've taken, it doesn't demand a lot of time from you too! After working out under him, we unlocked the back lever and strict muscle up, with a properly and effective training plan where we focused more on goals than rehab. The best thing is he won't ask you to stop working out, he will just modify the training to place the right amount of stress and adaptation for the body. Cherry on the cake is the sessions are not just limited to the subscribed number of days but through lifetime, with constant update and support! Thanks a lot fitnat!🤗

    I was scrolling my Instagram feed, at that time i found this "FITNAT" Page over there, firstly there were many important that were covered regarding injuries, how to manage injuries, how to prevent injuries , different training methods etc and that were very accurate. At that time I had an AC JOINT injury, but i ignored DR. D. and went to some other physiotherapist, but the other physiotherapist gave me more pain and I just stopped my therapy. After 3-4 weeks I just messaged to DR. D, and he firstly diagnosed me and then properly cured my injury. Even after that we are in touch and he gives me many advice and also answers my question in no time. Definitely recommend anyone who's having any injury or dealing with any type of syndrome. DR. D GIVES HIS BEST EVERY TIME 🔥🔥

    Fitnat provides very effective drills! They respond to queries very quickly. Dhairya is very polite and patient and is always happy to help. I absolutely recommend Fitnat for any injuries, treatments or movement plans!

    I am doing "move with fitnat(MWF) " and on my ongoing journey I can definitely say that I am feeling healthy and lively like never before. I achieved handbalancing poses for first time in just one month...! Now i can stand on my hands, be in elbow inversion, perform somersault like kids and it is so exciting, and the best part is that it just takes about 12 minutes a day which help me to gain tremendous self confidence in my life.     I have been taking sessions from Dr.Dhairya for almost a year now and i couldn't be happier. I came to him with shoulder pain for which i was taking physical therapy in US but didn't get too much relief. When i first spoke to him i was a little skeptical if the program would work but to my amazement he not only helped me with my shoulder pain but now we are working together to get better in terms of my fitness journey. His plans are simple and realistic keeping in mind your lifestyle and stress level. I am very happy and will continue to work with him for quite a while 😀

    I am super glad to have personally been treated and have my clients be treated by someone as competent as Dr Dhairya and Dr Nidhi. They’re experts in their respective domains and I haven’t come across anyone as genuine, humble and professional as this duo. The best physiotherapists in India. They understand the physiology and psychology behind pain. Highly recommend!

    I was suffering from a severy spine injury from last 3-4 years and never got a permanent relief or treatment from any physio or spine doctors. Found fitnat on twitter, consulted Dr. Dhairya and he helped me in managing my daily life with the back injury! On the scale of 10 my pain reduced to 1-2 levels . He helped me in starting working out again. My mobility improved, strength increased and i was able to do things which I haven't done in past 2-3 years. He was a blessing to me. Will suggest anyone who's dealing with any kind of injury to consult him once Would always be thankful to him!

    I had severe pain in neck and knees and was finding it very difficult to do day to day chores. Dr. Nidhi at Fitnat helped me to get rid of this chronic pain with regular exercises.👌👌👌 She understands both the pain and the patient really well.
