Never recommend this gym to anyone. There are no trainers available for general people. Only trainers will tell you the exercise if you are taking PT. Also, owners will claim they will provide you this and that benefits if you take annual membership. But after you pay the amount they will never give you those benefits. The main issue with the gym are trainers. There are no trainers available. Trainers those are available as well they will only guide you before your payment. After that they will never guide you. They are not available for PT. Even they never ever help with the posture which is really scary because you can get any lifelong injury. Trainers will only give you card and then never tell you any exercise or postures. I really had very bad experience with this gym. Trainers will ignore you on your face whenever you ask for any guidance. Even if they are standing in front of you they will never correct your postures or guide you in any exercise. Never recommend this gym to anyone.

This is my request to the owner of Fitt lounge 56 sector that please keep a good check on your trainers and staff. One of the trainer Mr Anurag he showed his bad behaviour asked me not to use any service . Asked me NOT TO USE WASHROOM because I have a black subscription on cult . And i request CULT that please don't tie up with such a bad gym which do not have enough space and Machine 🙏🙏 . BAD EXPERIENCE BAD GYM DONT GO TO THIS GYM GUYS !

Gym has seperate streching room yoga room its good but the other part is little bit untidy at smith machine area and leg should not be done on a soft mat to be honest

Very spacious !! And they have very polite and knowledgeable trainners !! Latest and gym equipments, also, they do have steam bath facility, neat and clean changing rooms, locker facility. Apart from gym they do have yoga, dance, Zumba classes. For annual membership there have special offer and fee....

GRT place, polite and professional instructors. It has a steam. Parking adequate. Space is a constraint in terms of eqpt, changing room and work area. Fees is decent and have various options, combined classes are conducted. Bring your own towel, bottle.

Gym is ok but it is quite expensive comparative to their service

The equipment is good. But the trainers bar 1 or 2 don't really care about anything but their own regimes and having fun amongst themselves.

Good gym with nice clientele. The equipment is well maintained and there are plenty of machines and free weights. The staff is super nice and trainers are always available to assist clients.

I have taken a 4 months membership of this gym. Its quite a nice place with good trainers and very important enough parking space. They are full equipped with all kind of machines and equipments and I am quite enjoying going there.

Gift lounge is maintaining social distance to Sheree perfection.

You can find gym in every Delhi corner But you can't get a gym with world class machine and a enthusiast trainer Some says the gym is little costly Yes it is, but having a gym in Delhi's VVIP area would cost you little more than a average gym

A great place for achieving your fitness goals. I had been there for almost 6 months now. The coaches are knowledgeable and very helpful. Vinay sir helps taking the workout to next level. And Deepesh and Aditya sir are spot on , even gave the customized workout plans. Zumba classes by Divya ma'am are a refreshing break from daily workout. Mr Sunil manages the gym really well and provides a great environment for us to workout. Overall has been a wonderful experience and motivating to be there everyday.

I have been going to fittlounge since over 6months. I have tried other gyms in Gr.Noida but nothing beats The fittlounge gym. From the staff to the trainers, everyone here is so warm and welcoming. Been training with the best here,vinay sir and I couldn’t have found a better trainer for my self! He is so motivating and pushes me to my limits in every session that we have. My distant goals seem achievable now with his guidance and training and I have achieved quite a few. Aditya sir is also helpful and a nice person ☺️

Good clean and well hygienic gym, all the staff members are very supportive and PT sessions with Mohit sir is helping a lot , great place to work out
