I
quit
the
gym
2
months
ago
but
I
want
to
write
real
review
as
I
experienced.
The
gym
is
very
hygienic
and
well-maintained,
but
the
trainers
have
very
poor
behavior.
I
have
never
seen
such
ignorant
or
third-rate
trainers
in
a
gym.
They
are
lazy,
have
zero
knowledge,
and
are
experts
at
bullying.
If
someone
talks
to
you
with
a
smile,
it
doesn't
mean
you
are
in
the
right
place.
The
owner
seems
professional,
but
the
gym
trainers
have
very
cheap
behavior.
I
started
going
to
the
gym,
and
the
trainer
put
me
on
high-intensity
lifting
on
my
first
day.
I
ended
up
getting
injured
on
my
second
day.
It
seems
like
the
trainers
are
trying
to
get
people
to
quit
the
gym
after
just
a
few
days.
Just
because
a
trainer
is
fit
and
exercises
doesn't
mean
they
are
a
good
trainer.
A
gym
trainer
should
have
knowledge
about
nutrition,
science,
and
injury-free
form
for
building
muscle
or
lifting
weights
(Which
I
got
in
another
gym).
A
trainer
should
also
know
about
the
process
of
progressive
overload
in
the
gym.
Everyone's
body
is
different,
and
the
trainer
should
give
the
right
advice.
However,
as
I
said,
the
trainers
here
have
very
cheap
behavior.
There
are
also
not
enough
gym
equipment,
and
the
gym
is
often
crowded.
If
you
just
want
to
do
cardio,
cardio,
and
more
cardio,
then
this
gym
is
for
you.
The
gym
trainers
only
know
how
to
do
cardio,
and
they
will
suggest
that
you
do
cardio
until
your
membership
expires.
If
you
tell
them
you
want
to
start
lifting
weights,
they
will
add
unnecessary
weight
to
the
machines
and
ask
you
to
do
that.
These
trainers
don't
even
know
the
proper
form
for
exercises.
They
only
know
the
basic
forms
of
exercises.
They
don't
even
know
the
meaning
of
"smart
training."
I
would
say
that
if
you
want
to
just
go
to
the
gym,
talk
to
the
trainer,
walk
around
the
gym,
don't
have
any
goals
related
to
the
gym,
and
want
to
overtrain
on
your
first
day
at
the
gym
and
get
injured,
then
this
gym
is
for
you.
Go
for
it.
Again,
I
am
saying
that
just
because
someone
talks
to
you
with
a
smile
and
says
good
things
doesn't
mean
the
place
is
good
for
you
or
that
the
person
is
knowledgeable.
Overtraining
and
lifting
too
much
weight
too
soon
can
lead
to
injury,
and
that
injury
can
hurt
you
for
a
long
time.
After
the
injury
and
1
month
of
rest
I
joined
an
another
gym
and
I
got
different
environment
(very
positive
and
good
environment
than
this)with
professional
members
and
gym
trainers.
