Urmi Ma’am is very good at teaching Yoga. Her flexibility is superb and she is truly an international level instructor!!! I have enjoyed yoga sessions taught by Ma’am and she has inspired me to inculcate yoga in my daily life!!! I would highly recommend people who want to learn yoga from scratch to learn from Urmi Ma’am 😊

Urmi Yoga academy not only helped me shed weight, made be fit but also enabled me to work towards holistic health - which includes pranayam, diet and rest along with asanas, that I joined for. My Experience: I worked with Urmiji She has wonderful observation even if the sessions are virtual, quickly understood my flexibility and capability and tailored the asanas accordingly. She also provided a roadmap and checkpoints giving me fitness and flexibility goals and that made me clarity and what to work towards. I highly recommend whoever is considering to embrace holistic health.

Can not say enough great things about Urmi. She introduced me to Yoga and completely changed my life. I visited her three times a week for 90 minute long private lessons and can not say how great it was. I had done Yoga in the past but nothing compared to what Urmi introduced me to. Not only is she knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. Before going to Yoga at The Yoga Academy, I had been in a motorbike accident which left my back and my wrist in frequent pain. I had visited the chiropractor multiple times but no avail. After a few sessions in Yoga, I felt stronger and my pain went away completely. I can not say enough great things about Urmi's classes and her teaching methodologies. It is simply fantastic!

This place is great! Love the instructors, the environment and the cleanliness of the studio. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to continue or start Yoga, Pilates or any fitness classes!
