Not a proper beach but dhuwaran thermal power station site is nice to visit and also two temples are in the site to visit !! The peace is amazing in the place, not too crowded, but if you have food with you, you'll have a nice picnic over there !!!

Really great beach.... Awesome atmosphere, here we have mata ji mandire, shivling , shiv mandir.... Do once visit this place, tea is given as a form of Prasad...

Must visit beach if you are near Khambhat, Gujarat. Clean beach. Few temples are also located here. Not much crowded.

Dhuvaran Beach is just on the opposite side in Khambhat ni Khadi from Shree Stambheshwar Mahadev Temple. The entry to reach Dhuvaran Beach passes through GSECL Power Plant township and is open to all. There are many temples in this area which are quite maintained and are calming. Talking about the beach, it is so-so maintained and has black sand. It is not suitable for swimming or diving but can peacefully walk on it.

Peaceful place if you want peace of Mind. Dhuvaran Beach is not exactly the beach but rather Opening of River Mahisagar into Gulf of Cambay (Khmabhat). Place is very well connected thorough Road from Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Anand. Theirs also a Temple called DOSALI mata exactly on this place as well ancient GOD SHIVA temple into the river bed which submerges when High Tide comes. This place is becoming famous amongst the biker who want to enjoy bit Off Roads into River bed. I am by hobby also a biker and can definitely say this place is must in Bike Riding list. Best season to visit - Rainy season but in Winters and Summers definitely you can come down by evening to relax and enjoy the sunset. Small Store is available just outside Temple where in you can get Water and some packed snacks.

Water is muddy here and it's not safe to go into the sea. Its just for watching the sea.

Well for on it is not a beach, it mouth of Nahi river meeting Arabian Sea, do as expected it muddy and the water is also not very inviting fr the same reason. But the temple around it have some important significance to the local population. So people go there in large number on Tuesday n Sundays. Presently the approach road leading to the beach head is very narrow following the boundary wall of Dhuvaran power plant. Which cud be an issues to tourist.

Environment that gives you peace and blessings. Mahadev temple also there at the beach. Dosli ma ( pandava's mother : kunta Mata ) temple is located at the beach. View of the sea from dosli maa temple is fabulous especially in monsoon season.

Nice place. Calm and Silent. The Dushala Mata temple is a good area to visit and u can go down the beach and have a good alone time there. Not for recreation or picnic. Just go there. Spend some time alone and enjoy the view.

This place blessed with picturesque views is perfect for visiting with family. The view of sunset on the seashore provides coolness to the soul.

This place is located near The Power house in Dhuvaran village of Anand district. Also there is a garden so you can sit and enjoy the environment. Moreover a shiv temple is situated on the bank of akhat (gulf). But don’t aspect a sandy beach, it is clayey soil. So be careful there are chances to be stuck in it.

I visited GSECL Dhuvaran and along with the visit I had a previliage to visit Doshli Mata Temple (Kunta Mata), Mahisagar Temple and Pandav Worshipped Mahadev temple. Really, Good Place to visit.
