My iphone 12 pro is in warranty & 6 month warranty left still they said we can't provide u warranty. They said we need bill? I said my sister purchased from Hong Kong and she's no more so how can she go n ask for a bill? Still they aint listen me. even I told their madam that repair it and I'll pay money. Still they said no..poor service. I'll file a omplain in consumer court regarding these service center. If I've warranty then it ur responbility to provide a warranty to customer. One of the worst service center in India.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at the iVenus Anand branch. I had pre-booked a device, but it was not available when I went to pick it up. The staff was unhelpful and kept giving me different times when I would be able to receive the device. This caused me to miss my lunch and other formalities. I also spoke to the iVenus Apple Care team, but they were unable to provide me with any helpful information. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable and non-tolerable. After waiting for a long time, I was told to leave the store without the product. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by iVenus and would not recommend this store to anyone.

very bad service .... unprofessional .... don't know even to connect watch with iphone (without hearing me they restore my mobile afterthat told me you can not connect series 1 watch with iphone x after update of ios13.5..mobile was in warranty otherwise they charged 1600rs for doing nothing ) ..

better to go for b2x service here is my experience with the staff they both have kind of rude behaviour i had an issue with display which they can see it very clearly she also confirmed it by looking at it and she run diagnose to find any problem inside my phone she said she is looking for colour reproduction test after that she talked to her other member and after that they started ignoring my questions and at the end i leave the service center and today i visited the b2x service ,and problem solved with in three hours

This is the most incompetent ivenus ever visted. Staff has attitude problem even with users using iphone. No help received for changing battery and they want customers to pay for their incompetence.

Very poor customer greeting response.. They don’t care about their customer at all.. I have experience this three times & so posting this review.. To the owner.. Please train your staff properly..

Very third class man Mr vishal he is very third class attitude person how to talk with customers he don’t know just I tell u customers is god when he comes at your station then you and your family servive so don’t talk customer like that I request to apple store who handling kindly remove this person so your store run happily

Most unhelpful and arrogant nature of staff. They hide their incompetency by saying ‘something can happen while repairing the product and they are not responsible’. The only response they give to the customer is to upgrade the product and that’s the only solution, otherwise be with the faulty product. What’s the use of customer service centre if customer is responsible for everything that service centre is suppose to handle!

Very poor service. The only answer to all your problems they have is "We are helpless.". I had the worst experience with service center. My problem was resolved by Apple care Baroda. Going to iVenus is just waste of time. They do not have any resolution for any problem.

Nice support by store staff as well as manager also so humble. Best experience ever I recieved at ivenus. Before I bought products at Vadodara ivenus but there is a huge diffrence in terms of satisfaction. Will recommend all family and friends to visit this store
