This place is right on the famous and most crowded BAGA beach. The beach is full of activity and is quite loud with the sounds of jet ski, music at shacks and tourists. But if you step into this place the entire scene will change to a quite calm and nature friendly place. Rooms are clean and staff are so friendly and helpful. They do not have a restaurant but there are a lot of options either at many shacks on the beach or restaurant outside entrance of this cottage. Really enjoyed the stay with family and definitely will choose this place again. One suggestion to management: Please extend swimming pool closing time to 8.00PM since most of us spend time at beach watching sunset and by that time pool will get closed for the day

Nice place.. one star less for the pricing.. not worth the money but definitely a nice place to stay . The double bed was two single beds joined together and so the bed was completely uncomfortable.. the bathroom planning sucked.. when u open the door it's the shower area. But the proximity to the beach and the shack there is good.. the seaters needs to be changed though.. Another plus are the staff.. damn sweet and easy to talk to and they helped us out in every way.. Food was just average but with the view you can't complain.. it's not a private beach but the location and set up makes it more like a private set up..

Horrible staff, rooms were nowhere as they were shown in the pictures while booking and they won’t let you book without advance payment. In the description it says that rooms are 25 metre square but it was not even 10 metre square, height of the roof was mere 6 feet. When requested to give us the same room as shown in the picture they simply denied that they were all booked and this is what they have. They did not even refund the money and were faking that it was the first time they had to face this situation when one can see their Google reviews. I think they have paid reviews to boost their rating but one can check the negative reviews to know the exact picture. @google.co.in should Check the authenticity of these reviews so that they won’t fool any more tourists.

Great hotel in a good location, located in a reasonably quiet area compared to the rest of beach. Clean rooms with working air conditioning, hot water, very helpful staff, well-maintained and clean swimming pool. We also rented a scooter at the reception without any problems. The only caveat is poor quality internet. The Bongo Beach Shack Restaurant/Bar is located directly at the hotel. Throughout our stay we ate only in this place, breakfasts, lunches / dinners, drinks all very good, service great. I recommend both the hotel and the restaurants!

Check in time they say is 1pm but in rooms they have shared the time for check in is 12 noon. Rooms are really nice. Neat n clean. Ambience is really good both at। Day and night. Best place to stay at Baga beach.

Neat and tidy rooms with minimal paintings. Good for stay if you are looking for a decent hotel near the sea shore. Staff are courteous and very helpful. They even helped us for booking with sporting activities, two wheeler rental and taxi hiring for railway station drop.

I had really good experience staying here. I was here in September month. I feel the property is a bit old and can do a makeover with new furniture and a bit more restructure. Special thanks to Sam and team for their services they were always there to help. Pros - it is between Calngute and Bagha. If you want to stay in North Goa and wants to be in cottage then it can be best in this area. They have a very small pool and you will enjoy it as it gives a feeling of private pool. The food was good in taste. Cons- I feel a bit costly and there was not much crowd and music in restaurant in September though they told that in season they have this. They do not have 24*7 service as well.

Pros: 1. Awesome location, very quiet. 2. Good room service. Not the best, but good food. 3. Other hotels/eateries, just a walk away. 4. Cozy rooms with refrigerator & A/C. 5. A female dog - Snowy, a stray, very much affectionate & lovely. Cons: 1. Oceanside Cottages - not Ocean-view cottages. (don't get confused) 2. Narrow & very less bathing space. 3. One morning, the hot water ran out, tank was empty. 4. I found - Rat Poo on the table top outside my room. The soap was eaten by the rats in the bathroom. 5. I said, cozy, personally I like rooms that have some 'room'. Conclusion: I would give ₹ 3500 to 4000 & definitely not ₹ 5,000.

The cottages were adorable! Very tropical feel. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Only giving it a 4 because we did not have hot water for most of our stay. I have seen bad reviews on the food at the Bongo Shack, but we liked the food. We also loved our waiter, Alex :) It has quick, private access to the beach. The pool is nice. It’s in a great area, walking distance from everything. We booked late, so we took the last cottage available, but I would recommend an Oceanside cottage. You can’t see the ocean, exactly, but those cottages are closer to the pool and beach, and it looked like a better set-up. Our cottage was right next to the reception desk. No issues, but we wished we had one further down the path. Whenever we go back to Goa, we will definitely try to book this place. I recommend! I traveled from the US, and this place was so relaxing. So much so, that I accidentally slept half the day away! Great place and great ambiance!

After a long search we found this place. Cottages are beautiful and cozy. The place has a heritage theme of India and nicely maintained. The food is delicious here and quantity is pretty good for the rates. Staff is helpful and sweet. Swimming pool is also maintained properly.

Cottage sizes are smaller than apparent on the photos.The ambience was definitely beautiful but the price range is too high at 5500 for a small cottage.location is good but getting to the property is an issue because it's deep inside a small gully and alsp google maps aren't too precise here. Hot water is sourced from solar heating so it's not always available especially in the night.

Very good experience. The rooms are practically on the beach. Walk like 2 min and you are on the beach. The Bongo Shack, accessible to all residents has quick and delicious service. DB took very good care of us. We also get sun deck. Apart from that Austin took good care while we were there. Everything was available in a moment's notice. The deluxe room is considerably big and convenient and the room has a old yet cozy feel. Two issues with the property were the terrible cell reception and insufficient lighting in room. At 3k/ night, this was a great stay for us.

There are very few properties in Goa like Little India. The place has practically its own beach. Rooms are small but cozy, ideal for travellers who mostly use it for sleeping. The restaurant faces the beach but has limited menu and limited staff. Hotel staff on the other hand is handful and skilled. We rented both bike and car at different times with easy processes. Overall a total value for money.

Stayed here in Feb and loved it! A wonderful hotel. Their rooms are clean, well maintained and it’s just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Their Bongo beach shack serves amazing food and the staff are so nice. Loved their cocktails and a special shoutout to their calamari! Austin at the reception is a great host, recommends activities and will help you rent a car or a scooty. The interior of the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing, with stone sculptures and pebbled paths. Clean and satinary pool. As a solo woman traveller, I had a great time here, felt safe and comfortable. Definitely planning on visiting again this year!

This place is very lovely.Right on the mid between Baga and Calangute Beach. The service is very good. The staffs here are very helpful especially Mr. Anand,he is really polite and sincere .He helped us while our rented bike was not working.The Gentleman on front desk is also very helpful. Sitting on the shack of this Cottage at night, you will find it very peaceful as it is private and if you happened to change your mood and want party vibe you can just walk some steps where the main nightlife is active and enjoy the night also. Perfect Location, Service was Superb, The Rooms was so big it is just like 1bhk flat, Lovely Balcony+Drawing room+Bedroom+Big Kitchen+Washroom. Moreover,During my stay I felt very secure because of the warm vibe and the staffs. 👍

This is a lovely little hotel located between Baga and Calangute beaches. Both areas are very busy and loud but Little India Beaches Cottages is a tranquil oasis in between the two. The cottages are compact but have everything you would need, including additional extras such as Netflix. They all have lovely garden views and are a 1-minute walk to the beach. However, ours was slightly damp at times and would benefit from more frequent airing. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. All are very friendly, helpful and accommodating and are one of the best features of this place. Sam at the restaurant was particularly brilliant and Monica and her husband do amazing massages on the beach. The restaurant is very good but we felt that breakfast included in room costs would be a suitable addition to the hotel options. The beach area of the hotel is very nice but needs updated furniture and a higher number of chairs / beds. Overall a great place that we would happily return to. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

To begin with, it has a private access to the beach so that is something really worth liking. Also, they have a small restaurant next to the beach. Again, an attraction. Also, the staff, specially Austin is super helpful, so yeah this matters too. However, when it comes to the stay it is nothing special. Although u can get a feel of staying inside a cottage, still this huge property could have been managed and made up in a much better manner than it is right now, although the owner is trying to make it better and add features to it, so best of luck for his efforts. My main issue is simple things like the room, has a huge patio, a verandah too outside, then a big room, and then a very tiny washroom which is not even like a basic one (although it is neat and clean). So coming back to it, the property is good, is right in the heart of Calangute, but not done as properly as such a good property can be done. To add to it the pricing is not justifiable for this one. I would have loved it at below rupees 3000 per day, but in the plus 3000 range it doesn't seem justified as of now. Hope so the owners will make it even better in days to come. P.S. would have given 3.5 stars but that option is not there and 4 star seems too much for this one, so going with 3 stars. Thanks.

It's almost on the beach, however the rooms were not very clean and were really small in size. Not recommended for a group of 3,however they did give us a complimentary upgrade to one of their service apartment which was quite huge. The overall experience was nice. Roadways it is a little inside,so travelling at night becomes difficult.

A beautiful beach side cottage property. First visited in 2014, they just began their journey. Was beautiful little property with village ambience. Since then, they have grown in size and facilities. Stayed many times with friends. Now swimming pool also available . Those who love to be in a calm, village, cottage experience will like it. Staffs are welcoming. Anand, caretaker/all in all, is a blessing for you. That guy is awesome. You name it he will do for you. Always there for you. They have a shack also, provides food. Room services are available. And they will arrange bike, taxi for you.

I visited Goa in November and I really had a very good stay in this hotel. Their hospitality and services are good. It is a good place to stay when you go with family. Restaurant is placed right in front of beach and their services are good. Food taste is fine but cost is bit more. Rest apart, had a very good stay time with family in this hotel.

Beautiful property and very accommodating hosts. The cottages are spacious, come equipped with a good enough bed, air conditioning and a balcony. The restaurant in the property serves delicious food and overlooks the ocean. We visited on the on-set of monsoon and had good meals amongst a roaring rain. The restaurant is far enough from the beach to ensure you don’t get drenched while you eat. The restaurant opens at 8:30 AM and the last order is at 10:30PM. You’ve room service too! It’s a 5 minute walk by the beach to enter Tito’s lane if you want to explore a street full of activities and food joints. The property also has a small swimming pool with pool chairs. Not big enough to train, but good enough to enjoy a small swim. They have a good enough parking space for your four-wheelers as well as two-wheelers.

Little India Beach Cottages, This is very pure lies This is not Beach Cottages, Little India Beach Restaurant only I am stay 4 days 1 cottages „, No happy moment at least one time , I think better you book restaurant not Cottages, your book Cottages no access Beach side, in case you one plastic chair sitting beachside not available only restaurant use „ This was better book restaurant, this is worst experience me ,, Cottages employee is good, but restaurant I think manager this man worst experience, this man no customer service „I think This man thought it was his own property „., If he has no respect for the work he does, He doesn't deserve that He's there to ruin your mood Everyone comes Goa this was fun and enjoy happy moment, for sure But in case you book this cottages After one day you are mood-off definitely ,. Clean room and cottages. Although the size of cottages were small but yes it's nice place to stay at. They have direct beach access from their property. Calm places peaceful environment. Food was so so. Just to reach there drive is little bit narrow. Rest all is good.

Properly is good but slightly on the expensive side. Restaurant & room service is good. Good for couples/friends & family stay. Vibe is okay not much happy/happening. Good for stay only not much to spend time on the property.

Calm and peaceful place to stay. Restaurant is behind the resort and it is beach facing. Veg dishes were not cooked well but non veg dishes were good in quality and taste. Found one major drawback here is the restroom. Tissue roll were kept near wash basin. No tray inside bathroom. Doors were not properly closing. After my stay I felt the price I paid wasn’t worth.

We use to wake up early morning & they have created a wonderful path 👣 to walk & reach your beach in just minute.. & the view & the vibe can't express in words just amazing 😍 Just obsessed with their service ; their cottages & beach front views.. The owner is very friendly & get your things done in minutes & we were well- honourrd by him as well & the staff.. Thank you every one for making Our stay so well by satisfying our needs throughout 😇.. Will always visit here for stay whenever we will visit goa.!! & Lastly I would say that it's a best place for family time & your own peace of breath as well... We recently had a stay here and absolutely loved it! A really beautiful property. Well maintained surroundings, clean rooms, swimming pool and an awesome restaurant right at the beach side with a great view. The staff are all very welcoming. We booked their tropical wooden cottage. The room and bathroom were very clean and the cottage provides a really good ambience. The rooms are to the backside of the restaurant and pool. Their Bongo shack is another main highlight of the property. It feels really awesome to enjoy yummy food by the beach side enjoying the view. All the staff in the shack are very friendly. Feels great to simply sit and relax there after a very busy day. It is less than a minute walk to the Baga beach from the restaurant. Overall a very nice property. We really really loved it ♥️ Will definitely visit on our next Goa trip and will definitely recommend to friends too!

Had a pleasant stay, very well designed property with a lot of plants throughout. The staff always helped us with all our requirements. The pool is small but very beautiful and well designed.The prices were very reasonable considering the beach is just a few steps away. They could add more cottages as they have a lot of space. But I will definitely come here again the next time I visit Goa.

Pretty secluded resort with a not so nice vibe. Staying here might kill your experience as the property is mediocre and the staff is just poor. Liked Liked nothing about this place, I did not checkin after looking at the property and the manager Austin was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. My advance got wasted as they refused to refund. We booked it at 6000 INR/per night which certainly was to hight for this property, we immediately booked the Shining sand resort which is just adjacent to little India beach cottages at 6500 INR/per night including breakfast, that to luxury cottage, believe me there is no comparison between both had an excellent experience at Shining sand beach resort. Glad our vibes didn't match, My husband barged in furiously as his wife was too polite for your staff to seek help from them and was given a run around to seek parking space. Your reception staff referred him to security which somehow you might have forgot to hire as no one was there as we stayed next to your resort for 2 nights and thankfully our vibes matched. Please feel free to reach out to me in case you need some customer service training for your staff. We showed enough patience before we lost and got an irresponsible reply.

We visited this hotel in September last week. It was mostly raining, but we managed to enjoy the trip. The location is perfect just in between Baga and Calangute beach. Food is available in their Bongo shack that is located near the beach itself and part of their property. Quality and quantity of food is good. Room-dining service also available, if you are unable to go to this shack. Overall, a very good place to chill and have fun in North Goa!

Beautiful property. Well placed between Calungate and Baga. Both are 10-15minute walk on the sea shore side. It has private sea access and has car parking. Need some parking skills to squeeze your car into that parking! It's shack menu is okay..not very impressive.. better walk till Baga, and have your food and comeback. We went on a moonlit night and spent half the night on the beach gutting down snacks and beer and it was peaceful and memorable! Crowd on Baga side till 3 am! Tip: don't forget to apply Odomos on skin before chilling out on shore!

I have stay here for 3 days with my Husband. the property is too good with its greenery. Room sizes are small, but the location and service of the property worth it. It has the designated parking with the property.

The location was good and the rooms were pretty decent. The washroom was also clean and hygienic. Overall it's a good stay for 3 nights for us .

Love the location and cottages are just extraordinary. The place is very tidy and neatly kept and food, mock tails and cocktails everything is superb. I went with my husband in the month of august and the stay was amazing. The staff was helpful and assertive to our needs especially justin….the best host.

Clean, spacious, well maintained room near to beach like some 40-50 steps. The owner is also so cool and co-operative like extended some hours as we were running out of time, booked can for airport also. Overall nice experience one should definitely try visiting there

Rooms were beautiful, but not worth of MONEY.. Big parking issue for traveller with four wheelers.. just after 5 mins of check in water in bathrooms stopped coming and than waited till 12 in the mid night... How you use toilet than, bucket is the only option.. direct access to beach..

Absolutely brilliant if you're looking for some peaceful place to stay amidst what might be the noisiest part of North Goa. Location is perfect and the access to the beach is sublime. They have their own shack, pool, room service, the works as well, so you can be super lazy and spend an entire vacation just within little India. Tastefully done cottages and decor in the premises as well. Hot tip: don't worry if you get a garden cottage, in our experience the space was much more and it somehow felt more baby friendly. One thing though, you have to ask for what you're missing like hot water for e.g. so don't hesitate to call their front desk.

The property has a good vibe to it. The cottages are good and neatly kept. Size of the cottages could definitely be bigger. One step from the bed from all sides is the end of the room. Hot water supply wasn't fixed for the entire stay we had.

Great place and absolute lovely location. Right at heart of Baga and has a private access to the beach. The deluxe rooms are spacious and the cottages are pretty good too.

pro's 1) Nicely located near the beach 2) good service of the person from bongo beach shack con's 1) dirty stinky bedsheets and pillow 2) very hard pillow, not at all comfortable 3) no security guard, as it is open property feels very unsafe as they have very noisy uneducated neighbors staying just touch to the property 4) They are allowing Scamsters at their shacks who cheats tourists, 5) No proper parking facility available, neighbors of this property have personal grudges with the hotel, so that uncultured neighbors broke our cars wiper number plate and deflated tires of our car and started fighting with us, just they are locals they feel we can do whatever we can, on top of it we asked for help from hotel then they suggested to talk with the manager of the hotel Mr. Laurence, now Mr. Laurence is telling how can you say that neighbor broke it, they were fighting with us and they had a problem it is clearly visible sir, and he is also suggesting us to do a police complain, it felt like he was on the favors of his neighbor rather then his guests, sir rather giving advise please invest on a security guard who guide their guest where to park car and where to not. all in all it was a very bad experience at this overrated property, we were wiper less throughout our journey, as that part was not available with the workshop, it was full rainy days and i have to bear heavy price of repairing, as the car was rented because of this bunch of illiterate morons. please don't waste your precious vacation time on this unprofessional peoples.

The room was nice we stayed for 2 days but the ac was not cooling the room apart from that it was great staying there. The main reason we stayed over their was very near to beach like a walkable distance like 100 metres.

Is there minus rating? Bogus place I was there for my honeymoon but I had very bad experience at this place. Poor service poor ambience too much expensive don't visit this place if you want to spend quality time with your loved ones or family.Dont only see 5 star rating only just consider my this 0 star review once.very small rooms.
