Thank you for organizing the Kerala trip. It was very good experience. Most of the hotels you booked were clean and good, except in Munnar and the Houseboat. The reservations and bookings were very easy and very well coordinated. We got the best customer service everywhere. The driver Arijit was exceptionally good. Breakfast at hotels were very good also. Only some hotels need to be changed. Atwood resort at Munnar was dirty and houseboat LakeQueen Houseboats was old and dirty. If you have NRI customers, please don't recommend those to them. But other than that thank you so much for your service.

Management of the trip was nice. I planned my trip to Shimla and Manali. There was no issue in hotels as well as traveling. Views from all hotels were wonderful. Trip4you was personally available during the whole trip.
