Everyone's favourite KFC is now in town. Good ambiance and service. Sitting capacity is quite less but still it's not that bad . Staff is friendly . Overall good experience.

It is one of the best place to have chicken and chicken burger. The taste is good and spicy and the burgers have a continental taste. So i suggest taking extra dips with burgers.

Visited twice till now, worst experience both the times. Found mosquito in desert first time but staff refused to accept the customers point and behaviour of the staff was very rude. They are blaming back on us in return Second time also the experience was very bad we got unboiled chicken when we complained the reply from the staff was " Sir that is not boiled that's grilled". And then same rude behaviour was repeated Advice to customers:- please click a pic when you find fault in food bcz staff is going to refuse our complaint anyway

Being from America, I was looking forward to trying how different the food was going to be. I was left shocked by quite a few things. The place was much cleaner than in America. The service was very friendly. Lastly the food was much better and healthier than in America. In my 2 weeks in town I found myself there at least 5 times.

They have a numbering system which is of no use since people can crowd around the counter and get their orders sooner while the ones who follow the system are left hungry. Placed an order at 9:51 and received it at 10:20 after 'reminding' the personnel again about the order. Absolutely atrocious...

Owner needs to fire the staff including managers and hire people who actually appreciate their job. The cashier had cold, kept touching his nose and food with gloves on. Had to ask multiple times to clean the table which he did with a dirty rag, no sanitizer or cleaning products. Ordered bucket of hot and crispy, the pieces so big and cold, why don’t they jusy fry entire chicken. Managers nowhere to be seen. Avoid this place, hygiene nightmare.

No proper order management, gave order dine in and sit, waited for the Order. There was no any rush. Waited but no response. After some time went to the reception and asked for the order she was not even aware. Order also not served fully. Spicy mix was added but when asked her than she gave it ..No shaking bag given..If I didn’t go there they would have not even remembered about the pending order..Irresponsibility of staff..

I always feel that staff in KFC is not up to the mark as McDonalds. Sometimes I feel that they don't care about customers.

I have visited so much KFCs but no one meet like this staff, they behaves like they are the only one. They are pretending like they are the boss here.

Just like any other KFC. The only thing I dont like about KFC is their Drink. The Pepsi at KFC is just water with sugar syrup. Its way too diluted. I have literally lost the hope from them.

It is the best place for Non vegetarian. Specially for Chicken lover. One should try their latest Chicken Biryani. It is seriously awesome. And for kids mingle meal is the best offer and pocket friendly too.

KFC is in my most loved food I usually visit there 2 a week but yesterday night I have visited there I have order my favourite meal nd told them that plzzz serve hot still they nt served hot nd after I complain the manager he was not agreeing that the meal is nt proper I have called them 4 times after I receive the order they have nt given response nd was telling me that it was ur fault nt us and we have taken dine in option as we start are meal they off all the Ac no fans were there how can we enjoy our meal like that how I think so they have to improve their services nd employees nd manager tooo

Finally KFC in the town!🎉 With a compact sitting area and ambience at the city's very own Maruti Solaris. With the arrival of KFC, the centre has become a major attracting point with the presence of its competitors Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Wok On Fire and others. Ambience is fine. Staff is good as per first impressions. Takeaway would be the preferable option for some as dining-in would be quite compact on a busy day. Food is good and the menu has all the known usual items. Pricing is usual too. Overall, a good one, specially for chicken lovers in Anand!😉
