Recently purchased a refrigerator from here. Offered Price was second lowest as compared to all other major showrooms in the area but that difference was negligible.Also the way I was treated by their employees was indeed a great experience. And definately you do get better after sales and service benifits as it is a national chain owned by very reputed organization. A Big Thanks to all the staff members who helped me through entire process especially Pooja Mam and Bharat Sir. Will be editing this review and include product experience after usage of few weeks. Update : Delivery of the product was supposed to be done after a week. But they have shown product as delivered on very next day only. Since then I have received atleast 50 phone calls regarding demo and installation. So, it was a bit of negative impact as per customer point of view. I would recommend to update the correct data.

Good mall for Electronics home appliances, mobile , laptops etc. It has variety of products with good range. They provide good discounts from Croma and Credit/ Debit cards also. Everyday they offer different discounts on different products. Overall it creates win win situation for customer & seller both.

All products are digitally and new generation available at this Chroma branch in Anand. Located on the main road, this store has a large space for necessary parking, the special feature here is that one can directly park the car from the main road and go to the store, thus saving time. The staff here is ready to solve any customer's query, all Chroma products as well as products from other leading brands are found here. There is a slight increase in the price compared to online, but the benefit of checking the item is obtained.

Very poor service, I bought refrigerator 1 week ago nd then after 2 days delivery is done, but after 4 days service man come and open box but it's damaged pc, so I physically raised complaint in croma store, he told me currently no stock in your refrigerator so I dilever it tomorrow or Saturday but as now it's not delivered new pc. And important thing today I called to Croma customer care but he's tell me there is a no any complaint regarding refrigerator. So today customer care is accepted my complaint but when I physically meet to Croma service man so he's not raise complaint online. Totally unsatisfied by anand Croma branch

Nice place to buy Laptops and household appliances. Mobiles and other accessories are costly. (For ex. 128 GB C type ott drive is 1300 INR, which is way too high, laptop bags are to expensive). Before buying ask price around at other stores and online. Staff is professional and courteous.

The management needs to work on house keeping front. After Sales Service review. Most of the time, you will find their phone numbers switched off. In case of registering any issue with the item purchased, there is no alternative number. Croma, Anand store is blur on the name of TATA. Thanks.

I have worst experience by croma store and service both. Recently I purchased refrigerator from coma anand and it took 15 day to be delivered in the same city. I begged multiple times for refund but they are reluctant to listen. They always ask you to write grievances but on the grievance adress they only ask you to wait. Also after delivery refrigerator is not functioning properly. So I registered complaint online to croma and technician visited but without resolving issues he said " Refrigerator me se pani to nikalta hi hai and due to ice your temperature knobs are not working " And he said to wait for one day and call again. I have registered complaint again but no one appears. Finally after 8 days they have escalated complaint to higher level and they will again take 4 days to respond. And general response is please wait we are working on it. This was big mistake to buy from croma. (Do not consider only good review as how they help in difficult situation is matter other wise if all goes well and people write good review is just nonsense) . I have also written email to customers support@croma. But no response except wait...this all system they designed is pathetic.

I visited today and jitendra sir help me. Explain everything how to purchase laptop and other things. And greet nicely.
