So much smoke inside, eyes are paining!. The beer is for 1k, horribly expensive and not worth it at all. People have brought money like it's a mujra and showering at waiters and everybody else, every 10 minutes somebody takes a portable anar and lights it in the middle of the floor All in all the stupidest place one can go for a techno party in Delhi, there is no re-entry allowed too! I ordered a pizza which wasn't even worth 1/5th of the price I paid I feel bad for Hozho with half of the people not even knowing who he is!

First time for me at this club last night and not impressed. A DJ friend was playing a set so he asked me to come by. He dropped a tight set and since I enjoy dancing, I had a great time moving to the beats. I was surprised and a little shocked to find out that the beers being served here were not chilled.They were cold ok but not like 'chilled'. I have had colder beers from a wine shop in Gurgaon at 1/5th the price. Expected better from one of the top 5 star hotel clubs in the city. Didn't have the courage to try the food there after being served a semi- cold beer.

First time i was in Soho celebrating my Birthday. I liked music and atmosphere, but on my opinion prices were too high. Cocktails were so so, in BW club and Privee i tried much better drinks.

- Rude staff: manager, security & servers - Overpriced drinks. 1200 for a pint of beer & 1800 for cocktails. It's more expensive to have a drink here than Chicago / Boston / London downtown. Even local establishments in Delhi like ITC Maurya, Taj etc. have a much better bar experience at lower prices - Old Infrastructure Overall, this club is a rip-off & I'm not visiting again.

It’s huge and can room a whole lot of people. I happened to see faces I haven’t had met for years. Takes ages for you to pass the crowd to go from one point to the other, say from the DJ stand to the gate. I’m not a techno fan so I can’t comment on the music but apparently people were enjoying it. The re entry is not allowed so to go out to take a breath we had to talk and give a promise that’s not gonna take more than 30 minutes. Didn’t have food so I can’t comment.

I came to India after 6 months and was meeting with my girlfriend and sister for the first time, I choose to come to Soho club, and I think that was my worst ever experience. The club has free couple entries before 12:30 PM and we reached before 12:10 pm, but wait unfortunately our girls came in sport shoes and regular girl's slippers. The club didn't allowed us in, we tried every request, but no, it is like crime to come in sports shoes, they were not entertaining anything, we talked to one of their associate, and she told us "come in beautiful slippers", seriously man, someone says this. I think this club management should be changed completely, these people are not at all professional. We even asked if we can come high heels, and get free entry, as we come before time, they said no, you have to come early, if you come again, you will have to pay regular fee. One more strange thing happened that i, they don't had problem with the slippers or sport shoes, their issue is with the money, their other associate told us to pay 20k to get entry with whatever you have. All they wanted is the money. I think it is the responsibility of the hotel itself to make sure these kind of things are not entertained. If they are allowing such management, they are evenly responsible for such behaviour.

I went for dancing yesterday and have fun with my friends..and they played stupid beat music.. they didn't play any good music to enjoy...so much disappointed...ruined my day...and they didn't have any place to seat for unreserved ones. I'm never going there..place sucked. Please go to other places rather than this one. Now I know why it's given bad rating.

I went to check out the club and the guy outside looked like somebody from a criminal gang was standing and had goons around him. Don’t know how to talk, don’t know how to greet people and full of himself. One of most pathetic experiences and worse part is that The Ashok hotel has allowed such low lying people to enter and have a place in the hotel. One should avoid going here and spoil the evening.

I went to the venue 3 times in last 6 months and every-time from out of nowhere cops stoped our car at the entrance of the hotel and started threatening us, all three times we were not drunk neither had any substance on us, still they kept forcing us to pay bribe!! Shame!! I believe the club is also equally responsible for such acts and should make sure that the whole experience for the customer is looked after not just inside the club.

This club is an absolute nightmare! The staff here must have attended a special training program in rudeness because I've never encountered such a collection of obnoxious individuals in one place. From the bouncers to the bartenders, they all seemed to take joy in making customers' lives miserable. And the cherry on top of this dreadful sundae was the manager, who was not only arrogant but seemed to relish in it. Their ego was so massive that it practically had its own gravitational pull. When I tried to address the abhorrent behavior of their staff, the manager dismissed me with an air of superiority that left me seething with anger. I've been to many clubs in my life, but this one takes the prize for the absolute worst. If you enjoy being treated like garbage and having your night ruined by arrogant staff and an even more arrogant manager, then by all means, give this place a visit. Otherwise, steer clear and save yourself the frustration.

Yesterday I attended an event at Soho which was supposed to be a really playful and fun event but the management was too bad at the club. They were not able to control the crowd at all. We were pushed by the crowd so bad that I couldn’t stand properly. Such a bad decision to attend the event. Also the it was such a prestigious hotel according to which they should have ample parking but they were asking the guests to park their cars on the road. Also the guards were so greedy as if they don’t get paid. The club could’ve been managed much better. We all bought tickets respectfully and could’ve attended the event in a better way

A girl mistakenly accused my colleague for bad behaviour. She started abusing us and tried many times through out the show to create a scene by coming in front of us. We had to stop her that please go from there. Later she went to some bouncer named Sumit. Just because she was a girl, the brainless bouncer without any moral trainings, grabbed my friend, hit him in front of everyone and then some other bouncer came and hit him too. They didn't even ask what was the matter. All the staff member when complaint didn't bother about anything. A bouncer can ask you to leave the premises but they cannot hit you without any proof. We asked them to see the CCTV footage but they were ignoring us. We were told that the girl was crying that's why they hit him. It was very unjustified. Sumit and the other bouncer could have been jailed for such wrong doings. We have ties with Ashoka Hotel for our psu clients. But after such mental harrasment by the staff of Soho Club we have to think.

The staff of this place is the worst. Bartenders specially. None of them have any etiquette, they are rude and upon their own mistake they will argue with you. No sign of politeness. Also if you are at the bar and your drink is half empty they will remove it saying it’s empty. This happened with many people yesterday at Joris Voorn.

One of the worst experiences. We went to see Farhan concert and there was no good management at all. They were just throwing people inside the club. There were girls also and despite knowing that there were hundreds of people inside paid for the same ticket, some girls were yelling at everyone to maintain distance from them but everyone knows it is not at all possible in concerts. It was the responsibility of bouncers and club management to supervise such events. Bouncers were coming and throwing people out of the club just because some girls were calling bouncers with absurd excuses. This was really shameful from Soho Club Management side and Ashoka Hotel. Bouncers there act like Gods. They do not want to listen to you. But if you are a girl then they will happily do anything they would tell them to do without using their brains. This was the first and last time. No business in future with this hotel and club from our team. If you want to get yourself humiliated by the staff then only go there.

Attended Edm concert at Soho, it was a pre-bday party. If you want to experience Delhi- night life then this is your spot. The bar is gigantic and yes happiness is expensive 😅😅

Music and DJ could be better, stopped me at the entrance because I was wearing sports shoes, was asked to pay another 5k for that. Plentiful crowd, great lights, loud music and get excessive drunk if that's something you want then it's good to go, do not forget to wear nice shoes. ;)

Went there to attend MONOLINK, got back home regretting the decision for going there. The dj set stopped 3 times which was over an hour. The ac went off right in the starting of the concert which made everyone sweating in congestion. Soho overcrowded the place in name of making money. Please think twice before going there.

First of all this club should be named as Aman Chabra. They popped champagne about a million times, which was so annoying because the whole dance floor was flooded and people where drenched with champagne. This isn't the first time I've been this disappointed with Soho. They should know how to prioritize each guests equally.

What a nonsense place. Washrooms are shut and you don’t have re entry when you use the lobby washrooms. The staff is rude and non co-operative. Servers at times accepts cash and then after a while ask you to recharge your rfid card. For a property like that, the overall management is very bad. Went there to see Deborah de luca playing, but woah this club is the worst i have ever been to. First and foremost their management thinks that you are not human and you don’t deserve to be treated with dignity. The tone and the way in which they were talking was absolutely atrocious. Secondly, if you are going to make it a techno party atleast have good speakers, these speakers were the worst tbh. All they see you as a cash cow and nothing more than that. I prefer negative ratings but don’t have the option for that. Only visit if you hate yourself and are planning to hate your decisions more.

These people are cheats. They messaged from their registered number about confirming the booking and then denied when we arrive. We are students group, looking for a fun night but we’re cheated by these money greeds. This is just the tip, they talk rudely when we showed them their own messages as proof of booking and behaved inappropriately. Such bad service in hospitality.

Never suggest go there. First offer free drinks after 1 hour will be paid. Food is not up to the mark. Too much slow service... Bettet to go BW.......

This is a party place which is near the marker . its spacious and it can accommodate plenty of people as it is spanned across a large area . Beautiful interiors and lovely music makes this a perfect option for parties. Perfect for Saturday night clubbing .

Personally for me the club is good. You won't find average Joe here. This is a place for good crowd and you will know this by the number of bouncers they hire and also by the people you'll meet. PS :- Sport Shoes are not allowed.

The pathetic customer experience people have had is probably because of the lease monopoly of the club. Praveen Naayar has been getting the club for more than a decade now. He is the same owner when the Capitol Club got raided after the adulterated liquor incident happened with a guest. The only difference is that it was managed by a different event company. It's the same place without the vibe with a new name.

I had a horrible experience at this club, and I’m pretty sure others had even worse because I was let in but other people weren’t let in because of their skin color staff was very racist, adding to that drinks were so expensive and not worth it if you want to put a high price on the drink, make it luxurious and fancy don’t just give me any drink. The guards and the security was horrible. It felt like a drug cartel security. The security could do whatever they want they created the rules. They asked me not to chew gum. We waited for the DJ for three hours, and the party starts at three hours the date we left even before the mail. The check came horrible experience overall terrible stuff, and terrible security and racist.

I went to Soho for the first time. Was there last night for Yotto's performance. Right from the entrance the staff (bouncers) were very rude. They at first confiscated for anything and everything, just seconds later one of them asked for 2 cigarettes since he saw a pack of cigarettes in my pocket. Then they started asking for mints, it's not allowed etc., the way they handle guests is so rude that you feel disgusted to be at such a place. They even threatened to sit outside and denied entry for arguing. Somehow, I went inside and realised after few minutes that the all the pushing, which happens every 5 seconds, is majorly all because of the waiter staff. They just keep pushing from whichever directions they are coming from, no etiquettes at all. The bouncers and the staff inside are eating chewing gums, gutkha, etc. and at the entry they make so much fuss about mints which aren't even gum. The waiter and bartending staff is rude, drunk, and just careless about everything. The money we spent there was majorly for water. ₹20 worth of Kinkey getting sold for ₹300. Beer for ₹1000 for a pint, that lsnjit even cold. All in all a super pathetic experience. PS: The ENTIRE bouncer staff is just pathetic. Eating confiscated chewing gums, eating gutkha, smoking confiscated cigarettes, and weird way of talking, unnecessary arguments, trying to strike unnecessary conversations. Then laughing histerically. Just pathetic.

worst experience of my life i m 35 years old and i came with my wife on 31st jan and we booked couple full cover and they denied entry because my wife had 2 drinks.. and refused to give refund..its worst wid never come back..and if u have lots of time then only go..by the way m member of the palms club and itc mautya sheraton..and this is not the end it was so disrespectful nd in past it happened also we will sue this club..if they dont give me a written apology in front of the hotel staff.. we dont want any refund or money...
