Staff do not know about property. No changing room. Everyone see each other underwear and change clothes for swimming. We have witness one accident at pool due to no anti slip mat and wet floor. Pool table is broke, gym is dead. Worst Worst. This is photo of changing room.

Service is pathetic, Staff is loose, they do not know about fault in property or they pretend that they don’t know that they do not have changing room. Food, Staff, Place, amenities everything is disaster. No AC area to seat 10 people and they give entry to 200 People. Must go if you want to waste your day and money. Wild animals are in property. Unsafe.

Staff do not value visitors, pool table is broken, AC is not working, Changing room do not have changing area, urinal is not cleaned, no anti slip mat at swimming pool, no safety at pool, GYM is broken, Basket ball court is broken. Spoiled our day.

No ample space, they allow 200-250 peoples in Weekend and do not have space to seat for 20 peoples. No space to change room, no locker room, staff is pathetic, mr.Kunjan patel admit they do not have facilities but he do not have capacity to improve it.

Due to bad weather condition we asked them to do payment once we reach over there not prior. So we didn't pay the amount Prior. Next day we visited place and Very much Dissatisfied with the Hospitality. We came from 50kms far at Morning 8am and front desk staff didn't even offered us water. And said "Jinse Baat hui thi Unko call krlo" We can't allow like this without Payment Confirmation Prior This is not the way to deal with customers ofcourse.

Arranged a Corporate Meeting on Saturday. Service is not up to the mark. No one is there to greet. Even the Basic amenities like water is not provided throughout the day. Served Stale Food in Breakfast, Lunch and Hi-Tea Snacks. Staff is not trained and not able to manage service. It is not advisable to arrange any party / One Day Picnic or Corporate meeting here. Charged high price without having any good point. All over very bad experience. Should definitely avoid booking here. Date of Program : 23rd June 2023

If you need peaceful atmosphere than come to this resort all staff of this resort are fully trained for how to give best service to their customer's no words for their humble service.

Very bad and miserable experience. The club is very poorly maintained both indoor and outdoor. None of the activities were operating, nor cinema hall nor common area. The lake was stinking like hell, very poorly managed. The restaurant food was also ok ok. The club was very well managed and happening place few years back but at present the club is the worst place to visit. Strictly avoid.

The club is not well maintained. Most of the activities are not in use. Food is average. Swimming pool is good but changing room should be well maintained. Overall services should be improved.

The service is just okay; there's no one to greet you, and the main issue is that there isn't much time to spend, especially if you have kids. Even though there's a theater, it's only available during specific times. This means you can't even entertain your kids with the theater if they get bored and there's nothing else to do. So, I believe that a one-day picnic here isn't worth spending the entire day. After 2 to 3 hours, you'll likely get bored, and the same goes for your kids. There are hardly any proper indoor games, except for pool and table tennis; other indoor options are lacking. The food was also just average. Having lunch at 1 PM isn't ideal for a resort; starting between 11:30 and 12:00 would be better. I don't recommend this place, especially for a one-day family picnic. In summary, it's overpriced and not worth spending 1654 for the whole day until high tea or 1444 for only breakfast and lunch package.

Everything is good location, rooms, pool but gave 3 star as scope of improvement is their. No fan is available in reception area. It's open way but standing or table fan is required, it's too hot to sit without it. Some more maintenance is requested near boat. Food is so so. Otherwise experience was gooood.

I recently visited this amazing resort and had a great time with my friends. The location was beautiful with plenty of greenery and fresh air. The amenities were basic but sufficient for a day trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also I had a fantastic time at playground area, which contains 8 ball pool tables, snooker tables with air conditioning area. Along with that, you can get another area including chessboard, carrom and table tennis too. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great workout or a fun day out with friends or family. If I talk about outdoor games so there are multiple options for such. Like, volleyball, football, basketball, tennis court and as well as children play area. Considering cricket lovers it is negative for them because thay can’t get any area for cricket. Resort has not covered cricket pitch and stuffs. So this is negative point for cricket lovers. In resort you can get Fantastic mini theatre experience! Highly recommend for a unique and intimate viewing experience. Around 40-50 people can sit in mini theatre and enjoy movies with friends and family. At the end, I would like to talk about budget as compared to other resorts this is expensive. As per my opinion, this much budget is not worthy for this resort. But if you want to spend then you can.

Excellent place to spend quality time with friends and family as property is huge and well maintained. Ample space for parking,kids zone, swimming pool, movie,indoor games like pool,billiards,carrom and outdoor games like basketball,volleyball,tennis etc. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

A nice and cosy place to stay. You can play various type of sports here like badminton but they don't have a separate ground for badminton yet they are making it, then they have table tennis, basketball, tennis, snooker, children playgrounds. Rooms are also good and maintained well ,they also have a thretre, library,spa, Swimming pool, Etc food is also good, staff is also cooperative and good.liked this place

We went for outing with office colleagues.. Food was excellent.. All the gaming zone are well maintained. Swimming pool is neat and clean... There was water on badminton are but after discussing with manager he cleaned the entire area.. Overall good resort for outing... Bonus there is theater as well.

Worst experience during our stay at Starz Club. Paid for the resort but no amenities were available for eg. Movie Theater and also the restaurant was closed. Pathetic staff members who do not know how to talk with customers.

Pathetic experience at Starz club. Manager was very rude. No proper amenities. When I visited starz and ask for lawn Tennis racket, they said we do not have the rackets at that point of time as guest do not usually play lawn Tennis. When asked for cricket bat, they said it's broken. When ask for badminton, they said badminton court is under maintainence. Talking about food, 2staff in whole restaurant, counters with no food on it. Need to wait for food to come. Rooms were very bad when you are paying more than 7k per night. Even no hot water coming in your bathrooms. Over all very bad experience. Will never recommend this resort to anyone.

Nice leisure place for family, frndz. Good ambience. Nice rooms with good cleanliness. Huge space having nicely maintained swimming pool, lake, indoor/outdoor games, kidz play area, theater, etc. Greeneries surrounding rooms looking beautiful. Nice taste of food & restaurants. Our stay at Aarohi Starz club was excellent, stay was very comfortable as rooms are very spacious and staff is very polite. This property has something for every age group like kids zone, huge swimming pool with great view, movie theatre,outdoor games like basketball,volleyball,tennis and indoor activities like pool,billiards,carrom etc Also food served was very yummy. It is excellent place to spend quality time with friends and family.

Place is good, they have outdoor and indoor games also, but they don’t have cricket ground. What I don’t like is that, staff is rude sometimes. And food is average.

Nice place but property with low maintenance. Repetitions of same menu for 3 days when public rush. Otherwise when there is no public rush very limited choices of food. At time of booking they say American breakfast but only with 3 or 4 items. In Lunch and dinner they also provide from listed menu with limited choices. Staff is very rude sometimes. Lake is with very bad smell. No maintenance at indoor and outdoor games also. Gym is with worst quality instruments. No maintenance in indoor games also. There is cinema hall but at time of rush thay don't put movie and when there is no rush they say only few families are staying so we are not putting movie.

Worst experience ever!! Worst food ever! - I am not able to differentiate between buttermilk and water! - They told two sweets in lunch. But they are considering ice cream as sweet. So only one sweet!!! - Roti is also not good. - high-tea is also worse. Every time served different cookies. They take money in advance but not for preparations only to confirm. - No ground and amenities for cricket. Badminton court is also in renovation. - You have to come up with swimming suit because they not allow you to go inside the pool without it. else you need to purchase it from their own store. It is very costly - 250rs for boys and 550rs for girls. I spoil my day and wasted money. More importantly I spoil all of my family member's day also.they also having bad experience ever... Please don't go there to spoil your money and time.😔😭😡

Perfect resort for a nearby vacation Staff, service and hygiene was well maintained. Swimming pool has depth of 7 feet, which is an exception thing. Restaurant’s staff and food is also of a top notch, even during the busy schedule of Diwali.

I had been to plotting scheme, well maintained plotting with trees planted in each plot, roads are well maintained. Starz Club is the best situated in the area with many amenities.

Service was not as expected, we went for group trip about 50 people. There are few very basic issues they had like only one rest room so where ever you roam you need to come back to one place for getting freshen up. Same with water, only one purifier is planted at entry so if you want you need to walk mile every time for water. Food is below average. It takes forever for them to refill food and that kills the mood for eating. Overall I would say look for othet options if you're planning trip

It was Awesome place to go with group. We had a so much fun. There is a theatre also. We enjoyed alot. Food was also good.

The place is good but if we want to enjoy outdoor games then we need to carry props of our own. Food was not so good and if you are veg and you don't eat mushroom then please specify because I accidentally ate mushroom for which I regret.

I thought to take my daughter here for a weekend stay. But it turned out a very poor experience. Its not at all worth staying here. Its very good for one day outing though. After covid19, majority of their things need maintenance. In Deluxe room, the bathroom shower keeps leaking, the tap rotates when you try to open it up, and it stinks a lot. If you plan to stay - I suggest you to avoid it. One day outing is good - there are some activities to do. Food is good in taste and service is courteous, but slow.

Very far away from Ahmedabad, entry gate is having very good plantation. Peaceful place, but food is costly as well not as per expectations
