Rude service, overly crispy (yukky) waffles, and fake fruit. If you're looking for good tasting waffles or friendly service, don't go here. We ordered 4 waffles and were only given them wrapped in napkins without anything to put them on at the table. We don't like the idea of putting food directly onto a dirty take, so we asked for one of the numerous boxes they have stacked behind the counter. Then, the rude staff tried to charge us! So were standing there, holding 4 waffles, and no place to put them. The lady finally gave us a bag to set them on. Waffle batter is very plain and this company seems to love over cooking them. Waffles come out closer to toast than a waffle. And don't think you're gonna get 'real' strawberries or blueberries here - it's just a poor quality jam. Charging customers for a box??? Really guys?? Really? Not giving customers with multiple items a place to put them on, except your dirty tables??? Really? This company has some massive problems. And, btw, across the street from this particular location, is a great British waffle company that has better tasting waffles and nicer service. Oh, and if paying by card is important to you, just know that Belgium Waffle doesn't accept international cards ... but their British competition does.

Very good taste. Perfact location. Only thing for self service is that they should mentioned you have drop leftover papers, food package out side the outlet by your self. Otherwise good experience.

👍Nice location at v v nagar .less sitting area .not proper sitting arrangement with 6-8 people. The table are not enough clean.air conditioner is not working properly and staff excuses for A.C. Confusing menu card . 😠😤The staff behaviour is very rude .they are not interested in customer request. 🤬They just buzy in communicating between eachother. 🤑🤑🤑 Their behaviour like money minded ,they are not attentive.The interior of Shop is very attractive but the staffing behaviour leads it down .They provide waffles in paper bag but is not good unable to eat properly. 🙏👍Tye test of waffle is very nice and quality also 👍 good.😠😤🤬🤑But response of staff dispointed to enjoy the waffle . even they underestimate the power of customer.

Great waffles but I guess little costly! Easy to reach this place as it is on A V road (Pramukh Swami marg). This place has sitting area inside so you can sit and enjoy your waffles here. Shop is clean and well maintained. safety precautions are followed. I had Triple choc olate waffle and it was delicious. And it's 100% vegetarian shop. 💚

I would say it's a good experience compared as a first timer. costly, of course. good waffle, it was warm and crispy, service was quick since there was no rush in the evening. tried the red velvet waffle, the taste was decent. looking forward to try more from this place. oh and, don't go for the box packaging, they'll charge you more.

The best waffles in the town. It is pricey but you would not mind it once in a while. Would recommend trying blueberry cheese cream waffles.

Loved the quality of waffles which I have tried till date. They are very consistent in taste. Moreover, they are maintaining proper hygiene.

One of the best dessert after brownie. My personal favorite. Must try Chocolate (milk) waffle. Nice ambience. Little inwards according to vvn. Costly but worth it. The weekly offer is great deal. Overall Great to go.

This was my very first time and it was really good. We ordered 3 different waffle 🧇 1st was milk waffle 2nd was Kiki and Oreo & 3rd one was blueberry cream cheese . blueberry cream cheese : try only and only if you like blueberry flavour with cream cheese. Kiki and Oreo : the colour of these waffle 🧇 was really great as it was blue . crunchy , try Milk waffle : if you are trying waffle for the first time trust me this one is best for you . The soft texture and better in tast.

A ordered rocky road wich waffle and he gave me receipt also.after 30 minutes i asked to make it fast they said already done.after one hour also they said the same .i asked again they told that the order is not taken yet they forgot to proceed the order. Took my time and replied nothing. How can such service tolerated by anyone

The employee working there was very very very misbehaving with me. He didn’t have the respect to treat the person right. Remember, you should be soft spoken when in business and if possible also in life. Kindly, teach that guy to respect woman. Apart from that, the ambience was good. Be cautious of that guy ..☢️

I like the taste and ambience is also very great.Staff is pretty polite but they take just a little more time to serve the order.Rather than that taste wise it is top notch.

I ordered two waffle the one is red velvet and Triple chocolate I not prefer to order red velvet but Triple chocolate is delicious if you like chocolaty flavor

So apparently burnt waffles are called crispy waffles here! Tried blueberry and cream cheese, blueberry tasted funny and cream cheese was definitely not fresh

Decent place. But please keep in mind before visiting that you only get waffles & sundae. If you have plans to have a sizzling brownie or chocolate ice-cream, they don’t have it . Chocolate waffle & sundae were decent though.

Amazing experience, with different varieties of waffles and mini pancakes. I loved the ambience of the place, like whatever they have the sitting arrangements and cleanliness of the place. Also the humbleness of the staff is very well and impressive!

badest service i have evern seen........ the guy over there were so rude....... never seen such a bad behavior and just because of parking vechile problem he didnt served the order which we placed............ they should learn customer serivce first..... customer handling should be first priority

I visited here frequently and they made really good waffle cakes, mini pan cakes and waffle 🧇 . If you want to have something sweet i suggest this place for sure.

The staff is continuously buzy with communication eachother, they not give proper answer of customer quary . But the test of waffle 🧇 is very delicious.
