Very bad food i had ever I found some insects in rice and manager says ohh its only 1 or 2 will replace ur plate I will definitely file complaint against that hotel in govt food department

Very poor service inside hotel and outside store. They charge you more money then MRP price. Very bed experience. It was never expected like this in Gujarat state. I request to people please don't buy anything from outside store.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks, the cucumber/cilantro infused vodka martini and the K&P Aquarium was great (even took photos so we could try to replicate at home).

The taste and quality of food is average, but tea is good. Outside packaged food vendor are selling it at a higher price. Toilet is very dirty.

Very pathetic experience as per below We had bad experience yesterday night at this hotel. We were traveling to Mumbai from Una, Gujarat in Kakadiya Travels bus and they halted here for dinner of all the 35 passangers. Toilet and Wash basin - while I gone to wash basin for refreshing, what I can see it's a full of water and spit of gutkha. I told the owner that please clean that first. After I done with my dinner which I brought from home , still not clean RESTUARENT - There is no variety in vegetarian food at all. I ordered butter milk but taste was never like curd or buttermilk so I told waiter about bad taste. He was never agreed with that and charge rs 20 for 1 glass and i paid My co passanger had a small child and he was looking something which is atleast hygienic food so I told driver that please halt somewhere for 15 minutes so that we can take parcel from any other hotel and make dinner in bus. As I am gujarai , pure vegetarian - Iwhat I can see is the owner is muslim and all the photos which they put in the hotel are of all Hindu god and goddess so that people's get to know that this is pure vegetarian but no. Even bus conductor asked us if we want non vegetarian food at hotel. It means they are playing with our respect . It's not about dharma and caste but about the quality of food you provide to passangers. If you think that by putting all the Hindu god and goddess photos in hotel, peoples will come to eat then I would say big ' NO'. I would recommend all the travellers who going to halt here to request bus driver and conductor that there are 50+ pure vegetarian hotels ( Hotel Gangotri and Hotel Maya ) where you will get multiple things to eat.
