Had
booked
4
nights
stay
thru
Oyo
and
paid
online.
However
when
we
reached
,
the
hotel
manager
refused
to
acknowledge
the
Oyo
booking.
On
complaining
to
Oyo,
we
came
to
know
that
even
on
Oyo
call
centre
they
are
conning
people.
They
had
booked
our
stay
from
the
morning
of
the
day
when
we
called
at
11pm
night
.
So
citing
this
this
reasone,
the
Oyo
call
centre
guy
told
us
that
since
we
dint
report
for
check-in
on
the
date
,
booking
has
been
cancelled.
However
they
wer
thankfully
ready
to
refund
the
amount,
though
they
did
cut
700-800
rupees
for
their
fault.
On
enquiring
with
the
hotel
manager
regarding
availability
of
rooms,
he
said
rooms
were
available
but
not
through
Oyo.
So
we
agreed
to
that
otherwise
we
wud
have
to
go
hunting
for
hotels
in
an
unknown
City.
Entry
was
made
in
hotel
register
but
no
bill
was
provided.
Room
was
basic.
Two
500ml
water
bottles
were
provided
wen
we
checked
in
on
asking.
All
other
days
we
bought
bottles
from
outside.
Towels
were
provided.
Basic
cleanliness
was
there,
though
regular
room
cleaning
was
not
done.
