I
am
very
disappointed
with
your
domestic
service
provided
and
you
lost
our
company
in
Hyderabad
as
your
client
for
good.
It
a
horrible
experience
when
you
call
and
tell
what
are
our
requirements.
We
give
the
price
and
when
quality
of
service
is
not
provided
what’s
the
use?
Adil/
jay
and
Kirti
share
the
same
number
and
they
don’t
take
the
ownership
of
telling
they
made
a
mistake
when
you
call
them
on
the
day
of
your
flight,
The
standard
answer
is
blame
game
on
each
other
and
they
were
not
aware
of
the
call
I
made
to
check.
I
had
a
family
who
visited
from
Chennai,
I
specifically
told
them
what
are
my
requirement
and
they
booked
the
ticket
for
4,500
each.
I
call
them
on
the
day
of
flight
to
ask
them
why
am
I
not
getting
the
seats
what
I
paid
premium
for,
Jai
responds
madam
I
will
take
care.
I
call
back
again
in
the
evening
Adil
passes
the
phone
to
Kirti
and
he
try’s
his
best
salesmanship
telling
me
that
he
spoke
to
airlines
and
we
go
and
pay
to
airlines
and
our
seats
will
be
confirmed.
After
agreeing
to
the
premium
seating
pricing
we
agree
to
go
ahead
for
the
need
of
the
time.
But,
again
they
don’t
be
truthful
of
calling
and
informing
the
seats
are
not
available.
When
family
calls
me
that
they
felt
like
a
fool
in
front
of
airlines
and
airlines
people
told
to
get
refund
of
money
for
the
seating.
Neither
anyone
had
a
courtesy
to
call
me
and
inform
me
that,
what
they
pretend
faked
to
me
about
the
seats
was
not
correct.
Who
will
want
to
trust
you
again??
Kindly
don’t
reach
out
to
them
for
any
service
it
better
to
use
makemytrip
and
other
websites
rather
than
being
cheated
by
CP
travel
agent.
I
am
going
to
make
sure
that
I
call
our
company
manger
tomorrow
and
narrate
the
incident
and
find
a
better
truthful,
trustworthy
honest
ticket
service.
You
lost
a
very
good
client
and
the
company.
Please
don’t
go
with
their
sweet
talks
very
very
irresponsible.
