The experience of the factory tour is amazing and nostalgic given the number of years we've seen the amul ads 😜 the tour is informative, experiential and fills in pride of what has been achieved. Capturing market share from Polson farms before independence is quite a stride and as a cooperative society, it's no less than a freedom struggle. Pro tip: The tour starts at 2pm only and there's ample parking. You will not be let in before 2pm but there's Amul Foodland right outside in case you reach early or need to grab a bite before the tour.

It’s a huge and amazing plant you can visit if you want to know how do you receive packages from Amul, there were people who will guide you with each and everything and share knowledge and history about Amul. The best thing, there is no entry or visiting fees, I have visited the place with friends and took a ride from entry gate to the other part of the factory

It's the wonderful place with beautiful surroundings. I would suggest the school and college going students should be visiting this place at least once. The visitors can visit during 2 p.m to 4 p.m on any day. It's inside out cleanest. The tour starts at 2pm with batches of visitors and a prior booking helps. you can see the butter and milk powder mixing & packing. It's well managed and very good facility - parking, bathrooms & selfie stand..They'll show you how it started the dairy , contribution of late Dr. Verghese Kurien ;by visiting one museum inside the factory, one of must watch thing. You can get to buy all the products including chocolates , different types of milks, even you can have the other things like fast food , Punjabi food ,south indian food etc etc outside their official Store at AMUL FOODLAND.. Pro tip: tour takes 45mins, you can complete the diary & chocolate factory visit in one afternoon. Plan appropriately.

Amul is one of the largest Milk producer of India and this plant marks one of the important plant in its history. People are allowed to visit this plant by pre-booking on Amul's website and uploading id-proof. Id proof checking is also done at gate. It's a gigantic place to see processing of Milk, manufacturing of milk powder and butter. Instructor explains the history of Amul and gives a tour visit to some parts of plant.

This unit is also considered as Kairana Milk coop union where from 250 LPD to now crore of lit. Of milk procured today. Lowest TAT to move fresh milk to VAP. Farmers are the core for success of this units. Staffs are diligent, cordial to assist on any information.

This is where it all started from. This is where history was made 75 years back. The factory is open for visitors from 2 to 4pm only and you know what, entry is free. One can book passes online or it is available at the main gate. The place is well maintained and there are security guards to guide us. There is also a guided tour inside the factory. The guide was very friendly and took us inside the factory explaining the entire manufacturing process in detail. Photography is not allowed inside the factory. There is also a museum, an auditorium, an ice cream parlour and a canteen inside. Overall a wonderful experience, a big thanks to the entire team. Kudos!

How butter us made etc. Etc. The hygiene was maintained so well. So whenever you visit Anand do visit Amul dairy and try their delicious milk items.

Real taste of India!! I fulfilled my childhood dream with my son. AMUL has been part of my life and I always wondered, what it would be like. I like to visit temples and museums but this is one such place which imparts knowledge which I taste it daily. It was quick and short 20 minutes tour but enough to rember life time, just like a handshake with Tendulkar or Abdul Kalam, same is the feeling visiting Amul Factory and that too FREE FREE FREE of cost yes no ticket price to this world class factory. Take your family with you to amaze them.... Surprise them, best tour trip for schools college.. That too FREE FREE FREE... Even on Sundays...

I had the opportunity to visit this plant when I got a couple of hours off in my days trip to Anand. When in Anand, this is a must to visit. Had the opportunity to work on a case study on Amul, and decided to have this experience. The milk silos first up will give the glimpse of the legacy it carries. If one haven't seen milk processing before, the factory tour is a must. It is free of cost, visit hours somewhere in the afternoon with ID proof to be checked at the main gate. The main gate is also complimented by an exclusive Amul restaurant, with dairy parlors inside as well. The fully automated 24hrs planet and its functioning of incoming, outgoing and processing lakhs of litres of milk is mesmerising.
