A Nightmare with RK Cycles, Anand, Gujarat I bought two Cycles from RK Cycles - Vector 91 and Hero. Since Day 1 both had innumerable problems. When contacted Mr Manoj about the same he spoke in an extremely RUDE and Unprofessional manner. After speaking to Viren I send the Cycles to him ONLY for fixing the chain in Cycles. I informed him the same. Thereafter he DIDN'T inform me anything. Rather he made a hefty bill against both Cycles.I just wanted him to fix the chain but he changed the tyres, the rim, the brakes, the seat and gave me a hefty bill WITHOUT MY INFORMATION. I confronted him and said as a customer before you start working on Cycles you should inform the customer that these all things have to be changed. Even when we send the car for service they always inform us in prior. It's customers RIGHT to know the approximate cost before you start the work. Mr Manoj answered in an extremely RUDE tone that it's not about LAKHS its just a few thousands. Such a disgusting reply from Mr Manoj. I tried speaking to Viren too but he was also extremely RUDE and showed his attitude. GOOGLE Reviews - Most of the REVIEWS on Google about RK CYCLE are from their very OWN FRIENDS and family who are part of their CYCLING GROUP which are MISLEADING. BEWARE RK Cycles are extremely extremely MONEY MINDED and Arrogant. PRICE - Buy from RK Cycles at your own RISK. Prices are extremely high as compared to their retail competitors. SERVICE - Be ready to pay a hefty amount that too they will change whatever they want without prior information to you. RUDE - RUDE behaviour from Mr Manoj and Viren will be complimentary for you. I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND RK CYCLES, Anand, Gujarat. I have read many reviews and I understand now why people advised me NOT to buy from RK CYCLES when I first landed in Anand, Gujarat,India.
