Problems are not handled well, Only money making issue will be done or taken up. Other issue like electric wiring for vechicle, wheel jam issue, disk break problems, wheel out problem, speedometer problem such time consuming items and less money making bike problems will not be taken up here......Answer for all u r queries like "Mamu ne trial liya Gadi ka, Kuch issue nahi hai"

Can I give negative stars... Pathetic service...you should go here if you know someone here or you are a Marathi speaking person...else you have to wait for 5 hours for general service of your vehicle... staff works like they have mehendi on there hands... my bike was here for servicing at 10:30am and now when I am writing this review I.e. at 2:30 my bike is still in service yard... great... if I have to come next time here I will be coming with lunch packed...

Worst worst … giving 1 star as no option for negative rating.. pathetic service.. after 2nd service i found handel alignment issue and because of time constraints wont able to visit immidiately to report the issue.. today 26th nov (after 1 month of service) told the problem and they took test drive after that agrees with alignment issue. But later after their discussion with supervisor they again went for test drive and came back saying now it resolved. I took small test and found now the alignment is shifted to opposite side 🤪. Then he service man went again for test ride and came back saying now its been resolved.. i asked him why not he is checking in service station so he said we dont have the space.. now i am waiting here for my turn as they said need to dismental the handle to check.. Question is that can the problem resolved with only test ride? Or they do something on test ride which they cant do in service centre 😅 Why they think that customers are fool. After sales service need to be more transparent and geniune.

Worst ever experience from Royal Enfield service center. 1) Charged wrong for Parts 2) Changed parts and charged for it for their mistake 3) haven't cleared my full reserve indicator problem 4) speedometer stopped working after service by knowing it was their mistake they still charged to repair it - took 185 rs and haven't gave me original bill 5) Fooling customer for parts and service 6) 3 different mechanics also center manager was giving different reasons for one issue to hide their mistake 7) They don't even know capacity of fuel tank and Haven't solved my issue of fuel indicator 8) it's worst service center having non professional mechanics said you are from Mumbai and mumbai registered bikes are facing issue here. I don't understand what was logic in that, it was worst ever experience for service in Ahmednagar Newaskar automobile

Worst experience; even sales executive can take decisions in service department if spare parts of your new bike to be replaced or not and that's too it doesn't matter if your bike is in warranty period. While free servicing of your bike they can easily ask to go to outside/ local vendors to fix problems in your new bike.
