Rooms are clean and good ,but a little small ...

Neat and clean rooms with basic facilities and helpful staff, we stayed to attend a wedding at GPN palace. So it was the perfect place to stay. Everything feels brand new. The parking is bit of an issue because of the high slope in the entrance which is under construction and will be fixed soon. Parked nearby. Note : not all rooms have the same dimensions, like the approach to window is not available in certain rooms. Also only double occupancy, extra bed not available.

I would will give a zero rating for this hotel. Behaved very badly, I booked 10 rooms online using fab express in this hotel when I went directly for enquiry they said rooms can’t be given for fab express, you booked too early, you booked after I took booking from other customers, different reasons each time .very disappointing behaviour.

Big Zero rating. Never ever book this hotel, they are only their to cheat customer's giving all reasons, confirmed online bookings not accepted stating they disabled online bookings and they collect money as well...such an irresponsible staff and hotel management, never fit in to be in a hotel industry. Only there for looting customers. Never book online and trust them.

Tv not worked, Wifi not provided, car parking not good and delivery's are not allowed to door step, we have to collect it from main gate.
