It's was the first apartment which was constructed in Avadi area thanks to central government. This place is really well maintained and has good security services. It has committee to fix all the issues. It's located away from main road reason is not sure but its not so much noisy around. This place has it own park and play area for small children and elder people to chit chat. Bike or vehicle is mandatory to reach your friends or cousins home if not you have to walk 500mtr from entrence. It has lift facility too.

Well spaced apartment blocks. Spacious apartments. Large park spaces for elders and ample kids play areas. Away from all the pollution. A serene location to live.

Building maintenance is poor. Water leakage through joints of drainage pipelines. Dusty. Poor wireless phone connectivity. Gardening and seatings in the parks and near floral and fauna is really very thoughtful arrangement.

Pleasnt place for living.. Splendid Atmosphere for family peoples..

Nice housing society for central government employees, good location and address to live ,lots of open area,best for living with children and parents

Calm surrounding, bad roads inside the apartments, no proper lighting in the common steps areas, cameras are installed but not sure if they're working, no security personnel on rounds inside the apartments.
