I was on the HJT course with Míša Votrubová. Before that, western medicine recommended artificial hormones. I didn't want to go this way and wanted to try an alternative. Míša led the course excellently, explained everything well. Anti-stress exercises, pelvic floor exercises and insight into the world of aromatherapy were also beneficial. Míša was always willingly available even after completing the course, when I sometimes needed to consult something while practicing at home. I have been working out since June and I feel really good. The original difficulties are those there.

I go irregularly (I'm ashamed of that :-() to Míša Votrubová for a massage. For me, she is a goddess and after a massage I leave as a different, new person. I come from a different, pragmatic world, so sometimes my questions about yoga and spirituality must be answered by Míša to have fun. Nevertheless, they try to educate me in this regard. And thanks to my enthusiasm, which I interpret at home, I received a yoga class from Jesus at home. So I'm looking forward to it.

Today, yoga is offered everywhere and at all levels. I can say for myself that in the almost ten years that I have been practicing yoga, I have not met anything better than Petr Smil and his Gentle World.

My four-year-old daughter goes to the Subtle World for yoga. They have a very pleasant teacher. Really beautiful spaces in which they practice. Unfortunately, the entrance is not barrier-free. It is more difficult to get there with a stroller (but there are only about 4-5 steps). Parking is possible in the paid purple zone in the adjacent Polská Street.

Great little studio tucked away by Riegrovy Sady. I did the Monday afternoon class with Tereza, she's a really gifted teacher. She guided me through some of the more difficult poses in a really professional, supportive way. I left class feeling great, highly recommend this studio.

Great lecturers, professional approach, pleasant attitude. One of the few places where they look at yoga not only as a beneficial exercise for the body, but also take into account its other aspects and techniques.

For a long time I was looking for a system that fits me. A firm stomach and challenging exercise is the cure for body aches. Thanks to Peter and his exercises, I wouldn't have played poker without a sore back.
