One of the nicest places we have visited. 100% recommended. They bring very tasty breakfast to your room, they have afordable parking lot, everything works smooth and nice:) They even helped me organize a birthday surprise for my wife <3

Amazing stay at The Viaduct Suites. The hotel is centrally located and includes private parking. Breakfast is served in your rooms based on the pre ordered menu. The only downside of our stay is that we weren’t able to use the spa anymore. Make sure to let them know in advance.

The Viaduct’s services in general is best of the best and immediate on-call services were experienced , politeness and patience always shown on all faces of staff and manager. The host is a very welcoming person who would make you feel at home. Daily room served breakfast with different best choices of healthy food is our favourite that we have not experienced during our four-month tour in other cities in Europe. Room is extraordinarily spacious and clean as well as stylishly decorated accompanied with its newly renovated and fabricated building; in addition, we enjoyed the art paintings all over the hotel. Anyway, it is not only new but stylish making our stay very comfortable. We hoped we could stay longer (to enjoy the fitness and spa rooms that we have missed) before our next trip to Leipzig. Further, good location where traffic is convenient for our further journey. PS. We enjoyed reading the book (one in English) provided for customer in the room, instead of “Bible” as sometimes provided by other hotels.

I highly recommend this brand new hotel, very clean and cozy. The least details are carefully designed, each detail is in its place. The rooms are finished to a very high standard, with the use of high quality materials and with an outstanding aesthetic taste. The plants on the window and in the room are real. You can order you breakfast through tablet in the room, and it will be served to your room at the time you indicate. The quality of the food is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a private parking. The hotel is easy to reach by car and it’s close to the downtown. This place has everything you need for a perfect stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing hotel with amazing with amazing service. Extremely friendly staff. Large rooms. And the breakfast in the room is great. It is really close to florenc tram and metro stop. And the cutest thing they had was that they had a bath robe and slipper in my 6 year old sons size

The hotel is located close to the subway and bus terminal, making transportation convenient. For this four-night stay, breakfast is included in the price. You can choose your favorite breakfast for the next day through the tablet before 21:00. The lady at the reception desk was charming and smiling, and she even gave me a small gift when checking out. The only drawback is that the drain hole in the shower room was not cleaned at first, and too much hair blocked it, resulting in poor drainage. There was improvement after reaction. Personally, I think the breakfast is very good and it is a recommended hotel for traveling to Prague.

Very good. A nice place that has everything you need. Very modern, uses web forms to order breakfast, communicate with the reception and so on. I will visit it again.

My family stayed for six nights recently at Viaduct. The best part of Viaduct is the in-room quality breakfasts. They made my vacation be like a real vacation. The beddings are very comfortable and clean. The interior design of the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is located a bit off the center of the old town, quiet yet is within walking distance to the main attractions. It is enjoyable to take a nice walk in the nearby neighborhoods to experience local people's lives. I highly recommend the Viaduct if you plan to visit Prague.

Three of us stayed here this week for 3 nights. Absolutely highly recommend! We weren't sure about location at first but turned out perfect with no need to use public transport (which is right there), but easily strolled everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast options were outstanding with fab service. Room, decor, space, everything was more than we were expecting. Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic experience in the Viaduct hotel . All rooms are Suite so spacey with a very trendy design. Breakfast in room is excellent. Room was very quiet. Coffee machine in the lobby and in the room for free. We didn’t try the wellness place but plan to during our next visit. Very welcome lady at the lobby desk.

I really like this brand new boutique hotel in the center Prague. The rooms are really big and designed in a modern (with touch of art nouveau in my opinion) style. We were lucky to stay in the 2-level junior suite where was enough space for 2 people and there was also a sofa for one more person to sleep in the separate living room on another floor. There were 2 bathrooms on different levels. One of the most important and pleasant things was a parking place for my car in the inner yard of the Viaduct Hotel. Breakfast is delivered to your room every morning at exact time you mentioned while ordering it in advance via an App on iPad. That was a real luxury. The owners are very gentle people and pay much of their precious attention to the guests as well as to the very small details that make your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. There were somethings in this hotel that were exactly as stated in previous reviews. The room was great, looked clean and the breakfast was really good. The person at the reception was friendly enough too. On the first day, I really hoped that by the end of the stay, my opinion would be that this place deserved five stars, but I noticed something strange. There was a water kettle in the room. I opened it and it did not look clean or at least there was a lot of limescale which can be deemed normal for some,but it was not cleaned off. I tried cleaning the kettle and boiled water in it to make instant coffee in the morning. Each time I tried and then poured water in the cup, I could see that the water did not look clear and there was an oil like substance floating. I can ignore that, but what happened next time was even more strange. A lady brought the breakfast to the room, and she was friendly and all. I have this habit of tipping the cleaning staff and anyone who brings anything to the room. We went out and came back in the afternoon. We are usually a family that tries to keep the room as clean as possible and not like some people who expect the cleaning staff to clean up fully after them. Our bed sheets were also put in place but not pulled in fully tight as the hotel staff do. We came back and noticed that the lady did not vacuum clean the bathroom or the room and the bed was not made up as it is normal in all 4 star and 5 star hotels. We thought this was an anomaly and thought it was a one-off, but the next day, the result was the same. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and it was definitely not vacuum cleaned. I mean I expect no extra service because I have tipped the cleaning lady, but the least I can expect is that a minimum standard is met. We left the "make up our room" sign twice and both the times, all the lady did was come in ( we did not even ask for a change in towels or so the first day), and arranged 3 toys of my second child in a line, did nothing with both the beds in both the bedrooms and could not be bothered to at least quickly vacuum clean the rooms or clean the sink which is customary in hotels of such a standard. The worst part was the state of the water kettle. I chose not to complain as we there there only for 3 nights and during the check out, the lady at the reception was friendly enough too, but did not even ask us how the stay was:) I understand that this place got many good reviews, but this was our experience, and I have been to 40 plus countries and stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels, and this was the first time that I experienced room cleaning of such a low standard. Don't get me wrong- The rooms were clean or looked clean when we checked in. There was just no attempt to maintain that:) The state of the water kettle left a lot to be desired.
