Just ok but not many Mexican choices in the city. I got sick after maybe the cook was sick i don't know. I'd go back occasionally only because it's the only real Mex food in town as far as i know. I honestly think it's overpriced for what you get.

Ordered Cali Burrito with no potato inside for 250Czk. When I complained the lady just said sorry there is a small piece of potato (the size of corns) and that’s all you get. It’s a disgrace to the real mexican food.

Absolute trash place. Boyfriend and friends of employees are hanging right at the door for HOURS, they are loud, obnoxious, with 2 unleashed pitbulls barking and lounging at people and other dogs passing by. Employees are feeding their boyfriends and friends for free while you wait in line to get what tastes like 3 day old rice and beans. I’m not even going to talk about the attitude of employees, somehow their crazy rudeness was the least of my concerns. The trash bin is not functional, the “wonderful” plastic recycling system is useless as employees throw everything in there - food waste, paper. Just a scam. Truly one of the worst places I’ve seen in Prague, what a shame to have wasted my money there.

Great customer service. Vegan and vegetarian options available. One of the nicest burritos I’ve had. Good price and very filling.

At 22:00 there was no rice left "due to closing time" the lady had told us even though we now see it should close at 1am the cheese in the crunch wrap was not melted at all and it barely had anything in it, the quesadilla barely had any vegetables, just big chunks of uncooked bacon which is not how we usually know it is served in burrito Loko, everything else was also served cold Spent a lot of money for nothing. Overall we are quite disappointed, this is not how it usually is but we won't be coming back to this branch

For the price it was really good, enjoyed the "a little bit spicy" burrito. I can recommend this place👍🏼

The place could use a revamp, the staff was not very competent, the place is not nice to eat in and the food was not great not terrible.

Do not recommend. Hygiene is not the best one. Price quality ratio tends to zero.

Solid Mexican restaurant in Žižkov, Prague. Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing i would improve is seasoning of the food. Even do food is good it just needs bit seasoning to be great. Still I would recommend your visit only thing to know is that there are about 5-8 chairs to sit so maybe take it out if you dont find space.

First of all, we were starving, just arrived from a 16h train trip. we couldn’t wish for better than this place filled with love care and spices. All of this made possible by the one and only Marina. She took care of us so nicely, the service was quick and amazing. Great flavors and she even recommended us what delicious drinks to have with our meal. For us vegetarian options were available. Affordable and reliable. We strongly recommend!!

There was a problem with the light at the restaurant when I ordered my food, and the girls who work there were very friendly and they treated me very well. I'm very grateful to them. It happen in the afternoon of 11.17. thank you Girls 😊

Burrito came with pork after ordering chicken. I do not eat pork for personal reasons so very disturbed.

Beef quesadilla I ordered via delivery service had the half of the normal portion of beef and almost no cheese.

I ate Mana burrito - it was tasty, but could be grilled a little bit more. I didn’t wait for long, so I definitely recommend it for a quick grab-and-go meal.

The service doesn't speak Czech or English, I had to correct them two times about my payment. They messed up and added various different foods to my order. The food was smaller portion but ok. The service is extremely slow. Will not visit again.

Fantastic service by one of the staff members (forgot his name but had mentioned he was Russian :) ) he spoke excellent English as we knew little Czech so was very welcoming and made ordering much easier. The food was very nice and filling for what we had, burritos and quesadillas.

I was worried when I moved to Prague from Arizona, that I'd never have delicious Mexican food while living here. Well Burrito Loco proved me wrong. Of course it's not as good as Tucson or San Diego Mexican food, but it's a great substitute. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Comparable to Chipotle in the US. (But better than Chipotle)

It's decent, of course you can't expect as good quality as in authentic restaurants, but it's a good grab&go option.

I’ve eaten at this place hundreds of times less so in the last few years. But tonight I’m giving this four stars knowing it’s a fast food restaurant (fast food has a different rating system) The best part was the staff tonight, I don’t know his name but he took pride in what they were serving recommending only the freshest ingredients! Wow
