Taking advantage of the brand they represent, the employees here think customer service does not matter anymore. Especially the “doormen”…impolite and arrogant. Definitely the worse LV experience ever.

Worst experience ever! First of all, someone brought a tablet computer and asked what you want to see, and then I said I wanted to see a narrow silk scarf. The guy there took me in and ignored me. I didn’t dare to take it by myself. I waited for a few minutes and saw a woman. When I have time, I tell her what I want to see, and she is also very happy to open the drawer and is about to pick it out for me, and then a senior person comes over and says: This one has a customer to serve now, you can wait a little longer Let me show you, I just continued to wander around, unexpectedly she walked to the door to welcome new customers, obviously no customers to serve! Isn't buying silk scarves a business? Do you have to choose customers for business? This store is too rubbish! Especially the old saleslady with golden hair!

Bad experience. Attitude of the female staff at the door who greets the customers was awful. She was rude, no smile literally none, stared at me from top to bottom and didn’t give any assistant to help with. Kept saying they don’t have anyone right now. I wanted to know the price - but I didn’t know what’s with this store - they don’t want to sell their stuff or they don’t want to sell to some customers. I bought 2 LV bags the day befor from Vienna LV store and my experience was brilliant even when I went to just check out the bags. Prague LV staff needs to learn from Vienna store staff. Collection was good though but if they are not interested in selling no point in keeping it.

Unimpressive customer service. Store attendant told us that she’ll be back in 3min, waited for > 20 min and noticed that she was attending to other customers.

The decoration at this store is nice. The staffs mostly are friendly but the one who took care of my purchase seem to be off at first but then when i decide to buy, she became nicer🙂.

Overall the service is considered usable. Unfortunately, I have never been asked if I wanted a drink. Maybe it's because I just went and bought some 400-500 euro pieces of jewelry.

Visited LV Prague twice during our visit to Prague and unable to get in both times waved away like trash at the door by the doorman who didn't even have the courtesy to open it and talk to us . My wife and I have quite a lot of LV bought from all over the world and this is definitely the rudest we have ever been treated at any store lt alone LV if they don't want to treat their customers decently then I don't need to shop there . This branch definitely needs to go on a customer service course. Worst ever experience with LV and I didn't even get through the door.

Worst Experience ever! And probably always! Rude and unpleasant personnel. Taking care about only asians and permanent customers. Also, once they simply didn't want to sell the good even they've had it.

We came in to collect the order, without making an appointment as our previous (really nice!) assistant was absent that day anyways. The waiting time was 2x longer than they had estimated. Ppl waiting next to us got their coffee and water but no one bothered to serve us or inform us about the prolonged waiting time. It was about lunch time and we couldn’t see many assistants around, a coincidence? Suddenly they all disappeared in the back. When we already got the bag, the lady had a huge problem with giving us a proper invoice, which took another 30 minutes. Her english was bad and she couldn’t handle the situation professionally. At the end she apologized for the inconvenience and asked us to pick a scent we like, then handled us a bag with random perfume samples you can get anywhere. The store is large and beautiful, the quality of the items is v good, but the quality of service on Pařížská street is far from luxury

Made a reservation in advance to buy a Neverfull handbag when visiting Prague. A shop assistant named Mikhailo ( or something like Michal, can’t remember) was the one to take care of us however, we were quite disappointed in the way he treated us. We were expecting much friendlier and active approach. We had to constantly ask questions, as he wasn’t very informative - he didn’t give any advice. At the end he mentioned something like it is the cheapest version of the LV handbags-which made us feel uncomfortable..like hello,it’s still 1700€?? My bf visited the store the day after and the service was way better. Anyway, not the best experience in buying luxury goods and will definitely not be back any time soon.

Apparently, nobody wants to sell anything in that shop. Three employees without customers, but nobody wanted to have our money. Quite unfriendly behaviour if you do not fit into the LV-image...

The stock is rather limited and they seem to like making customers queue outside the store while they "attend" to those inside. I was made to wait more than 10 mins outside the store.

Great customer experience. As I walked in the store my personal shopping assistant was waiting by the door to greet me. Petra Havlickova was most helpful. The product I was looking for was not in stock and was not possible to order but she communicated often and well the product’s availability and gave me a call as soon as the product arrived to the store and I went to purchase it. Very profesional and friendly customer service. I had a great LV experience at this location. Thank you Petra!

Horrible experience! People are not friendly and are rude especially when we are buying such expensive stuff. There was a medium hieght white guy who was especially racist! Don't buy from Prague LV if you want a happy expecience to buy. Budapest was excellent.

Have bought a handbag M40995 yesterday. In French , the official website , it only costs 1500 Euro. but in Praha, it costs 1650 euro, 10% more.

I have a what I call tradition ,in every country I visit I buy something from Louis Vuitton so far It was one of the best experiences I have had.

We were by the door for quite 10 minutes or more. Let 9 customers out while we were waiting but the door person was looking away from us. I tap the glass door to get his attention, he give a sign for one moment then a female salesperson stand by the door to look at us and look away, another 2 customer came out from the store. Ans still they did not let us in. This is the most prejudiced store we have ever been in the world.

Pretty bad experience for a LV store! Came to check sneakers I wanted to see and buy. Told me they have them and another SA will come with the shoes in 10 min in meantime I should go to 3rd floor and wait where they have woman shoes. Ten minutes pass by no one… 30 minutes no one again not a single SA. Another customer came but sat in a more visible place so when a SA came she of course asked them first. My bf proceed to ask her and she just bluntly said wait for her to finish assist the customer not even letting other SA in the ground floor to know that there is customer waiting for shoes. At this point I was fed up and we went home. Poor service

Good service and they provide delivery to the hotel. Typically cheaper by ard 30% compared to Singapore.

Definitely the worst LV shop I've ever been. Much expensive than germany and much worse service.

First and last experience with Luis Vuitton products. The service I got in Prague was ridiculous, the sale representative was able to create a “never forget “ BAD luxury experience. It was like she was bothered by my presences and she just refused to help with the handbag I asked for, she was very dismissive, like she was telling me I am wasting her time. She seemed “luxurious” by attitude and I was just there to visit her greatness… for the price I payed for that handbag the service MUST be different!

Not surprised to see so many negative feedbacks about service. Regular buyer on this street, but never had such negative experience as in LV shop. The only shop with such service and unfortunately regularly, especially at the entrance. Will for sure avoid for the future.

Really nice place. Warm welcome and amazing goods. The size of the shop is bigger than I expected.
