We celebrated ours grandma birthday in this restaurant and it turned out to be a great choice! Very cozy restaurant outside of busy Prague. The food was delicious and the the waiters were very friendly. It was quite expensive, but the taste was on point. I recommend ordering the octopus, mine was absolutely delicious. Great desserts too.

We visited Hlinena Basta on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, but unfortunately, our overall experience left much to be desired. we arrived 15 minutes earlier than our reservation and were made to wait. While waiting is understandable (we were earlier), it would have been more acceptable if our table would not be free… Once we were finally seated, we had to wait for more than 15 minutes just to receive a menu. To our disappointment, they were out of the Czech menu, but thankfully they did have an English menu available. After ordering, we experienced an incredibly long wait time of 80 minutes for our meals to arrive. Although the food itself was good, the quality of service and the excessive waiting time overshadowed our enjoyment. Pilsen Beer was in wrong glass (Pardubicky Brewery)

fish with vegetables was ok, old toilets and design inside. do not order beef stroganoff-very bad,sauce taste like ketchup mixed with mayonnaise-very unpleasant taste, we we’re hungry and in a hurry so we ate it all,but the taste wasn’t right.

As always - wonderful! Delicious food, great staff, yammy wine card, lovely atmosphere. Make sure you book in advance!

I was having a dinner here two days in a row. The place just beautiful. It has its own lake with ducks, and a terrace in flowers, right above the living lake. There is a playground where live rabbits walked, and if I had children with me, they would be delighted. And I was absolutely satisfied with the food and the friendly people here. I will visit them again if I am in the area.

A cozy restaurant in a nice and quiet location. They offer many fish, but also some meals from the traditional Czech cuisine. I absolutely recommend their duck. You’ll get an expensive bottle of some fancy mineral water when you order just “water”. The staff is nice and their homemade bread service awesome.

Fresh and tasty food. Quiet and relaxing environment. A good place for any type of occasion.

Very nice upscale place, mainly focusing on fish and seafood. It's on the expensive side, but that's to be expected. It has beautiful surroundings - a pond, a park, a playground and a little farm.
