Super place to stay when visiting Pieniny. Very professional and high standards hotel. Great views and late nights atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. It only got one big negative thing, the odor of burnt plastics and other debris dumped into hotel chimney was waking me up every early morning, since I was located in the attic room. I guess in order to avoid garbage disposal fees, hotel gets rid of it on their own way. Also warm beer, in the middle of hot summer, served in their bar downstairs is sort of unacceptable, but I think easy to fix.

Amazing food, beautiful location, great service. Don't look around for other places just come here! Would give 6 stars if I could.

We had dinner here (not staying), and we're so glad we did. Excellent food, generous portions, perfectly reasonable prices and lovely service. The house wine was excellent and the sliwkowa dessert was very boozy and delicious. Also, it was lovely and quiet and a nice romantic spot compared to elsewhere in town. Really recommend having dinner here.

I was here only for a dinner, not accommodated at all. However, the food was delicious and waitresses were very kind, too. There's a possibility to pay by card and also in euros.

Great value for money. Facilities are amazing: wide garden to chill, great sauna and swimming pool, wide balcony. A few times breakfast seemed not so fresh. Staff was awesome and helpful, mostly spoke English as well.

We visit the resort same time every year. The hotel is located in a breathtaking setting. Service food and overall atmosphere is magical. Will be returning the many more years to come.

expected a lot more from restaurant food and more skilled restaurant staff with ppl. Lamb soup had pork instead of Lamb, grilled trout was okay but nsot value for money at all, staff aren't rude but not service u expect at a hotel restaurant at all
